Nice and clean hotel that is walking distance to train station and old town

The service was good and the environment was okay, but the bedding in our room wasn't changed. When I touched it, it didn't feel like the usual crisp, laundered hotel sheets. After sleeping one night, I broke out in a rash... I stayed for three days and had a rash all three days.

It was okay. Overall, hotels abroad aren't as convenient as those in China.

3 minutes from main railway station, it has its advantages and drawbacks: very convenient to travel with luggage, but surroundings are far from romantic (a lot of migrants around and the environment doesn't feel very safe). However, Aldi supermarket is just 3 minutes walk from it. As to the hotel, the room is clean, spacious and neat, but very dark! Almost no light (this is the design of the room)

We had a very enjoyable 4-night stay. The hotel is well placed in central Memmingen, efficiently run and with excellent staff: they were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts very good and varied. We would happily stay there again.

Room does not have microwave, nor coffee machine, king bed was arranged as of two mattresses not one and there were always a gap between them so effectively I was using it as a twin bed.

Stayed here for 3 days. I really enjoyed everything - the location, the staff, and the excellent breakfasts👍. The hotel is decorated in a Bavarian style. The view from the balcony is stunning😍. The hotel has a sauna. There are many interesting attractions nearby. I really want to come back here again.

Dream location, friendly staff. We checked in around 9 PM, very good communication. The room was clean, spacious, and had a terrace, complementary 2 bottles of water. Parking cost €5/night extra. Exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of food. The hotel bar is open until 1:00 AM for drinks.

Everything is great except there is no AC in any rooms.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were all wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. We will definitely be returning. Also the meal selection at dinner is absolutely delicious. We loved everything we tried and the portion sizes are appropriate.

Staff was great and room was spotless. Location perfect. But 1) our bed(s) were in bad need of replacement and 2) the temperature of our room was super hot at night - the controller didn’t seem to work, so we had to sleep with the window open in October - letting noise, moisture, and allergens in.

The air conditioning was weak and didn’t get close to the set point temp. This is my only complaint, otherwise great experience.

This was a great hotel. Staff was fabulous and location was ideal…short tram ride to Oktoberfest. The AC still needs work and this could have been solved with a fan. We could walk to Matienplstz and plenty of dining nearby.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff. I also liked the location of the hotel and proximity to the market directly across the street. The parking was difficult and expensive so unless you need a car I would not get one. You can walk or Uber anywhere you might need to go

Lovely hotel close to Neuschwanstein Castle and nearby lake. Service was excellent and half board was a great option to relax after a busy day site seeing. My teenage girls loved the pool too.

Well, this is another excellent Best Western +. Service is as expected in Deutschland, efficient, friendly and professional. My husband and I stayed 5 nights in a terraced studio at an annex building 2 minutes from the main one. The room was spacious and had a walk-in closet which was extremely handy at the time. A boutique hotel that is located not to far from the main stations and to subway. Rooms and common areas are good. Sometimes the service has been a bit "stingy" by not refilling soap, shampoo, etc. even if it was clearly finishing. Breakfast is not bad but kind of expensive is bought separately. Although it's a bit out of the city center, it's a quiet, value-for-money hotel that I'd love to stay at again. While there's no bike storage, I was able to store my bike under the eaves in the parking lot. The breakfast was also satisfactory, and the reception staff spoke English.

The room was fair, the pillows were very very uncomfortable but it is reasonably priced so I guess its alright for a night or two. It is located perfectly between the center and the central station so both catching a bus for the airport and exploring the city is very convenient.

The location is good, more than 200 meters away from the old salt factory. It is convenient to eat opposite. The Italian food is really good. There is also a supermarket next to it, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel rooms are also very good. It is worth recommending

I asked the hotel how to remove the plug from the bathtub, but they couldn't help me. They came to check it out, but they didn't finish it. What a shame. The location is great. The view was great, and the food was delicious.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved this place and wished we had more than a one night stay booked. It’s beautifully done and sits over Würzburg where you can see the entire city. The breakfast was just what we needed before heading on to our next adventure and was amazing!

Very charming and perfectly located Hotel build on an old castle in Würzburg. The rooms are quit luxury and the food is delicious. Especialy the wine range is (which makes this city of Germany so famous for) great. The Hotel view is priceless, with a view over Würzburg and the illuminated Castle and city (evening) just on the other side of the river makes a stay all in all very confortable.

I liked it, but it's more like a cheap hotel. I found the heating set way too high and didn't see a thermostat to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the internet connection in my room was poor, so I used my own. An upgrade of the rooms would be nice, especially considering the €100 per night.

Had a traditional alpine feel to the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice location. Pro tip get a room not on the street side the church bells are loud.

I love how comfortable the bed is! I rested super well! The room was spotless. The staff has been very nice and has a good location. There is a bank nearby and a couple of convenient stores. The hotel is about 12 minutes from the center / Marienplatz. I’d recommend it for solo travelers if they plan to visit Garmisch
