The room was clean and everything was as described. Location is great. I asked for late checkout and the lady at the reception was nice and agreed to it. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for seven days visiting family and had a great time. The rooms are spacious plenty of storage and hanging hotel looks like they’ve done some upgrades recently, which is noticed. Located to center of town. I actually like there’s no room service or housekeeping every day until you leave.

Great location within walking distance to shopping areas. However, the room is quite small, especially the bathroom. Parking is available but must be booked and paid for in advance due to limited slots, and it may be challenging for beginner drivers.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-7 minute walk from the U-Bahn. If you walk a little further, there's also a tram stop. It's within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Town. The front desk staff speak English, so communication was no problem at all.

Nice hotel about 20 minutes walking distance from the old town center. On Christmas Eve we were pleasantly surprised to find by the room door, a gift bag with chocolates and a bottle of wine, compliments from the hotel. A very nice gesture, thank you for that!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, short/moderate walk to restaurants/activities. Mattress was comfortably firm. There are many shelves to place your belongings. Bathroom is very small, 1 person can stand it there at a time.

The staff at this hotel was bar none, the best I have EVER encountered. They were friendly, hospitable, and really understood what it means to make people comfortable.
