This is just an average hotel. The room is small, but it's in the city center with convenient transportation. For over 3,000 yuan, even the cleanliness is poorly maintained. The location is excellent and the place is clean. It's located in a building, so it might be hard to find at first. The hotel is small, with few staff, and service can be slow at times. There's no doorbell, so I often hear knocks on the door.

The location is really good, but it's a shame that there was no staff present. We had an apartment and thought that there would at least be coffee facilities and a refrigerator in the room, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Also, during the three nights we stayed there, nothing was cleaned at all. Maybe we didn't read the fine print properly, but for us this is a reason not to book here again...

Nice hotel in a lovely location. Food and service were good and staff friendly. Only criticism was that the curtains were very thin and so I was woken up by early morning sunlight streaming into my room in the front of the hotel. Rooms at the rear probably didn't suffer from this problem.

It's a very nice hotel, the funiture in the rooms is a bit old school in my opinion but the rooms are clean and the view from the balconies is amazing. The people working at the hotel are most friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at Klosterhof. The staff made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The rooms are amazing, it is worth getting the rooms with the views of the mountains. This is a great place. Great and friendly service. Rooms are big and there is a really nice German restaurant down the street.

The location is good, more than 200 meters away from the old salt factory. It is convenient to eat opposite. The Italian food is really good. There is also a supermarket next to it, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel rooms are also very good. It is worth recommending

I asked the hotel how to remove the plug from the bathtub, but they couldn't help me. They came to check it out, but they didn't finish it. What a shame. The location is great. The view was great, and the food was delicious.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved this place and wished we had more than a one night stay booked. It’s beautifully done and sits over Würzburg where you can see the entire city. The breakfast was just what we needed before heading on to our next adventure and was amazing!

Very charming and perfectly located Hotel build on an old castle in Würzburg. The rooms are quit luxury and the food is delicious. Especialy the wine range is (which makes this city of Germany so famous for) great. The Hotel view is priceless, with a view over Würzburg and the illuminated Castle and city (evening) just on the other side of the river makes a stay all in all very confortable.

The room was fair, the pillows were very very uncomfortable but it is reasonably priced so I guess its alright for a night or two. It is located perfectly between the center and the central station so both catching a bus for the airport and exploring the city is very convenient.

10-15minutes walk from train station, nearby groceries and transportation. No kettle in the room, though they have hair dryer provided. Our room is situated beside the lift so it was noisy when being used (obviously) it was okay for a short stay.

Traditional hotel that had plenty of character, good parking and a super location. However, the furniture, carpets, etc all felt a bit dated. Breakfast was a bit on the basic side. I'd go back though. The town centre was really good, loads of bars and restaurants that seemed exceptional value.

I liked it, but it's more like a cheap hotel. I found the heating set way too high and didn't see a thermostat to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the internet connection in my room was poor, so I used my own. An upgrade of the rooms would be nice, especially considering the €100 per night.

Charming old world hotel with authentic details. Comfortable room with all amenities. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, had omelet station in addition to large spread of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and more. Lovely fresh squeezed orange juice too. Staff extremely accommodating and lots of space to relax.

Walls are thin so loud noises next door and outside. Shower sinks need work!

Great location within walking distance to shopping areas. However, the room is quite small, especially the bathroom. Parking is available but must be booked and paid for in advance due to limited slots, and it may be challenging for beginner drivers.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-7 minute walk from the U-Bahn. If you walk a little further, there's also a tram stop. It's within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Town. The front desk staff speak English, so communication was no problem at all.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, short/moderate walk to restaurants/activities. Mattress was comfortably firm. There are many shelves to place your belongings. Bathroom is very small, 1 person can stand it there at a time.

A bit disappointed Stayed here two years ago. Just feels like it has run down a bit. Had a problem with a waiter and spoke to manager about it. Not with complaining attitude but so he would know. The staff at this hotel was bar none, the best I have EVER encountered. They were friendly, hospitable, and really understood what it means to make people comfortable. Boboev and Christian were THE BEST! They went above and beyond! The coffee was free and some of the best I've ever had. The hotel itself was so beautiful. We cannot wait to come back...WITH FRIENDS!
