Nice facilities, a bit of a walk to the old town but acceptable.  They only clean your room every three days, that wasn’t what I was expecting.

It was a great stay with a warm welcome and a very friendly front desk.

Overall the hotel is nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the balcony had a nice city view. The room was also very spacious. Only problem was the cleaning. The cleaning ladies left cleaning supplies in our room once and somehow we have 2 shampoos 1 conditioner but no body wash.

It's acceptable, but not particularly cheap. The breakfast selection is varied, and the location is quite convenient with a supermarket nearby. They only cleaned the room once during my three-day stay, so service isn't a highlight. The light was broken and it took a day for someone to fix it. Overall, there weren't any major issues, but for this price, I would have expected better.

The stay was very good. Only the mattresses in the single bed room were a disaster.

We ( three golfers ) were there twice for dinner ( other places were closed ), weather was warm/hot enough in the evenings for us to sit outside for drinks & dinner. Staff were polite & friendly, dry white wines & cold local beers went down a treat! Plenty of choice on the menu ( check their website out ). Idyllic location and the loveliest welcome from staff whilst we were on a concert tour round Europe. Not all hotels welcome us so warmly and it makes such a difference. The view from the room was gorgeous, great facilities (wellness centre and pool!), lovely breakfast- would recommend!

Location is best you will find in Nurnberg Alt Stadt! Easy to get there; tram station within a block of the hotel. Accommodations were nice; staff very friendly. Be aware, however, that there is no air conditioning. We were there in mid-Sep 2025, weather in N-berg high 70s (F); cooled off at night but the room was a good bit warmer than planned. Nice hotel, good location, and very clean. The only issue is that there’s usually just one person at reception, so check-in can take a long time. They also have a self check-in machine, but it’s not very efficient because you still need to collect the room keys from the staff. I think the reception area should be larger, and having only one person there isn’t adequate.

This is a really nice place to stay if you're in Hof. There is a very nice restaurant that is part of the complex and it serves excellent meals and drinks. It's quite easy to get back to the main road. The staff were very pleasant & friendly and made me feel welcome. The room i stayed in did not have air conditioning but they had provided a feee standing fan which was appreciated as we were experiencing a heat wave.

Visited with aging parents, and this hotel delivered for everyone. The staff was patient with my parents who were not familiar with language or culture, and the facilities were outstanding. Spent a weekend in Munich, one day visiting Neuschwanstein Castle and another day Salzburg. Both trips departed from the main train station, and on the third day, I headed to the airport, also from the station. It turned out to be incredibly convenient, just a few minutes walk to the platforms.

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

A normal hotel. Don't expect anything special. Unfortunately, there was a large hole in the towel and several silverfish in the bathroom. The bar was already closed Friday evening, which is a shame. This is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's located right by the roadside, about a 20-minute drive from Dahao Plaza in the city center. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety, and parking is convenient.

Why can’t they just bring it back when they clean the room, which wasn’t to good, no vacuum cleaning for five days.
