10-15minutes walk from train station, nearby groceries and transportation. No kettle in the room, though they have hair dryer provided. Our room is situated beside the lift so it was noisy when being used (obviously) it was okay for a short stay.

Location near to bus station, in front of a good shopping mall and supermarkets. Room was ok, but tv and furniture already old. Checking is after 16:00 but they allowed me to do it iearlier

The water in the toilet kept running. Even after reporting the problem, it couldn't be repaired due to the late hour. It was extremely noisy and I didn't get a good night's rest. Great location within walking distance to shopping areas. However, the room is quite small, especially the bathroom. Parking is available but must be booked and paid for in advance due to limited slots, and it may be challenging for beginner drivers.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-7 minute walk from the U-Bahn. If you walk a little further, there's also a tram stop. It's within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Town. The front desk staff speak English, so communication was no problem at all.

Nice hotel about 20 minutes walking distance from the old town center. On Christmas Eve we were pleasantly surprised to find by the room door, a gift bag with chocolates and a bottle of wine, compliments from the hotel. A very nice gesture, thank you for that!

Get to this hotel if you want to be in a quiet nice residential suburb. Service is good and the restaurant is reputed to be excellent. Very luxurious feel overall but especially the breakfast. (Vast majority of hotels in Munich that you will find on the usual sites will be near the train station which is not a bad area now, but used to be run down.)

Stopped here for a nice business lunch. They have a lovely beer garden with massive trees. Daily selection of lunch menus as well as choosing from a la carte. I had the Backhendl which was very nice. Might be also a nice spot for dinner and sleeping.

Unfortunatly the hotel has no a/c. At 30C outside, upper floor seema to heat up to 40C and with a min.at night never cooled below 25C at night.

Everything is satisfactory. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk after getting off the subway. It is clean, tidy, and the service is also very good. There is floor heating and a balcony, which is very comfortable. I will choose it again next time I go back. The breakfast is also good.

The bed was fine but not enough pillows. The air conditioning did not cool the room. This was a lovely three night stopover. Breakfast, although continental - had everything my husband liked, and everything I liked (ie the 'birdseed'!). Lovely little hotel that is more like a Bavarian guesthouse. Stayed here for a business trip visiting Munich Messe. Nice and quiet, slept well. Nice hot shower. Staff are really helpful.
