It’s my second time staying at Hotel Munich Deluxe (both times in the annex). It seems like they have an issue with their ventilation or plumbing. There’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the longer the ventilation runs, the worse the odor gets. This happened to me on both stays. You also can’t turn the ventilation off, as it switches on automatically with the light. As a woman getting ready in the bathroom, the smell honestly is disturbing.

Other than that, the hotel is okay. The room design is nice and the location close to the city center is very convenient.

WONDERFUL POSITION
Very close to Oktoberfest area, public transportation. Rooms are alittle small but doesn’t make much problem. It was my second time staying there and won’t be the last 😉

Very hot! The air conditioner did not work . Really small rooms - could not open my suitcases on the floor .

Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. No top sheet, no counter space. The only good thing was it was very close to Oktoberfest. Wouldn't recommend.

The bed was fine but not enough pillows. The air conditioning did not cool the room.
There wasn't a kettle or cups, when we went to the lobby bar for hot water, i had to fill the kettle and do it myself, nobody was there.
Internet and breakfast, both were excellent.
We would give it a 7.5 out of 10. Worth the money.

Paid around €1500 and wasn’t expecting luxury but the room was extremely small with a small single bed where my feet over hanged. Really wasn’t much room to move we

Ridiculously tiny room. And I mean, not being able to leave your suitcase into the bedroom or kove around the bed. Unbearable stench in the bathroom (clogged pipes). Very noisy.
This is not a 4 star hotel, at all.
Breakfast was average.

It's called the Munich Deluxe Hotel, but check-in is actually at the adjacent Munich City building on the right. Without any signs or instructions, I initially had trouble finding it and wandered around outside the door several times.
I spoke to three front desk staff members. The two men were unhelpful and disengaged. The woman was very helpful and provided some directions and explanations.
The TV had Netflix and Disney channels, and the free Wi-Fi was reasonably fast.
The free breakfast was good. There was a wide variety, and the milk was fragrant.
