Had a lovely stay at The Fleming's. Arrived 2 hours before check in time, but the helpful staff still gave us our room. Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The walls seem to be extremely thin – you could hear every sound from the next room as if it were happening in your own. A restful sleep was virtually impossible. The cleanliness also left much to be desired: hair in the bed – absolutely unacceptable.

The Mandarin Oriental never disappoints, and its service is particularly outstanding. Nice hotel, good location, and very clean. The only issue is that there’s usually just one person at reception, so check-in can take a long time. They also have a self check-in machine, but it’s not very efficient because you still need to collect the room keys from the staff. Convenient to subway to easily take you anywhere in town. Very nice staff. A special shout out to Andreas, who was very helpful providing information/easy directions regarding restaurants within walking distance. He also would contact the locations to make sure they would accommodate our large group of 8 and have table waiting when we arrived!
