This was a perfect hotel to experience Munich.It is in the centre of the city but Quiet. Excellent restaurants nearby and a Spar. Our room was a good size, clean and modern. The bathroom was excellent. We could walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was eaten and enjoyed! in a conservatory overlooking a garden. We would definitely return!

Very, very good experience. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the subway, with convenient transportation. There are famous attractions around, basically just a short walk. The breakfast is especially nice. The front desk lady is very talkative and speaks highly of China. I have been to Shanghai and Suzhou

During the Oktoberfest we stayed at this hotel, very tidy, clean and spacious rooms, complete bathroom set with slippers, abundant breakfast both sweet and savory. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay as pleasant as possible. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, something for everyone. The U-Bahn was also not too far from the hotel, only two stops from the station. All in all, highly recommended.

Overall a nice hotel but it was very loud at night, I found that it got noisy around dinner time at the restaurant with seating in the courtyard and doesn't quiet down till around 11 30pm, so not very good for light sleepers. Also during our stay there was a film festival which we were not advised of when booking that had multiple floodlights shining into our room.

Hotel in need of an upgrade for the rooms. Wasnt very clean and the bathroom was very old fashioned with rust stains on the tiles. The bed was way too uncomfortable and felt like a waterbed it was so soft. Staff seemed pleasent and the Breakfast was just okay but again downstairs and reception area could do with modernisation. Friendly and helpful staff and clean hotel with large rooms. The hotel is well positioned near the railway station and an easy walk to the old town. Decent breakfast in the basement. Although it is a bit non descript, it makes a good base and is also extremely close to the Oktoberfest arena. Beds are a bit soft for my liking.

Located right next to a Ubahn station. I stayed here with my family and it was a beautiful experience. They have all the necessary items present in the apartment. Grocery shops are about 2 mins away. Staff were also friendly.

The hotel is very basic. There were issues with the water pressure (it was very low in the morning when everyone was showering). Everything in the room felt quite old and worn out. Location is great. Metro station right around the corner. The hotel is at the foot of the old town. Short walk from the Isar. Rooms are very basic. Doors are thin, you can hear a lot from the hallway and other rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, close to Place Maria, all within walking distance. Public transportation is also readily available. It's about 3 tram stops from Munich Station. It's a little far away, but it's not noisy, so that's good. The staff are very kind. They kindly gave me the Wi-Fi password, and when I bought food from outside, they gave me a fork and spoon.

Slightly away from “main” attractions for vacationers (but okay if you’re fairly mobile or willing to take a simple bus) however when considering the cost savings compared to staying in the center of things it makes sense for many.

Very good, the front desk was very polite. I checked in at midnight, but after making a few phone calls, I was safely checked in. It was just too late and there was no elevator to use, so carrying the suitcase upstairs was a bit difficult.

It's about ten minutes from the light rail station and has a nice environment. The breakfast quality is acceptable, and the front desk service is also good. However, it was so cold, the heating was a bit insufficient, and my feet were freezing in the middle of the night.

The room was spotless, and it even had a walk-in closet and a balcony with a view of St. Paul's Church's green spire. However, the bathroom's exhaust fan was incredibly loud and never stopped running.

Stayed at a&o München Hauptbahnhof. The room was very basic but clean, with a simple bed and small bathroom. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Good location near the main station. The only downside is that it’s close to the road, so you can hear the tram noise. Fine for a short, budget stay.
