Around 40min by underground to city centre. But, at least close to an underground station. The station is unmanned so you'll have to use the machine to get tickets. There is no AC in the room. We had a triable, very noisy, old broken fan. When asked to change it, they said there are no replacements, sad as it was very very hot in the room

The hotel location is perfect with a bua station infront, a tram station withing few steps and Ubahn Sbahn stations 10 mimutes walk. The hotel amenities are good with average breakfast. The staff are always welcoming but i requested a baby crib and they said they can provide then later they said they do not have this option.

Absolutely no service here, it's self check-in. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay. The room itself was clean though. The breakfast wasn't great, to be honest, it was the same every single day. The only thing with a bit of variety was the coffee.

The hotel is great. The lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff speak English and are very patient. They even specifically noted our request for twin beds. The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away. Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance. I had the suite room. Comes stocked with one time juice, beer, and soda. Every day you get water and coffee replenished. Sofa bed was comfy as was the double bed. Balcony was relaxing. Ask for a change of towels or room cleaning preferably the night before or when you leave in the morning on your excursion so that your room will be how you want ot when you return to it.

My stay in Am Moosfeld Hotel was amazing, free water upon checkin, free flowing water at the lobby, coffee available all day (at a cost), with indoor swimming pool and sauna available until 11pm. Hotel is about 10-15mins away from the nearest station which is great, and easy to navigate once you got used to it. Staff were very friendly.
