The hotel is located in the old town, close to places like Piazza Marienplatz. It is convenient for dining and shopping nearby, and also convenient for getting around. The rooms are simple and practical, and the single bed is just enough for one person.

The hotel is in a great location near the main train station. We had a room facing the back. At night, we couldn't hear any street noise. In the evenings and mornings, there was a strong smell of doner kebab from the many doner shops nearby. We were there for a football match, and it was perfect for that. The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

We stayed here for the weekend and booked a double room, it was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was a little different than what I’m used to-no shower curtain or door but it worked. Fairly simple contemporary hotel with all that is needed for a short business stay. Good internet speed, quiet for a good sleep and a 5 minute walk from BMW digital if that is where you will be heading. It's also a 1 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get you to the city center or elsewhere. One thing that could be improved here is the breakfast which is a bit too basic for 4 star hotel.

This is a great value hotel for Munchen, they have family rooms with 2 double beds which are perfect for families with 2 children. The atmosphere in the hotel reminded me of eastern Europe or Russia for some reason.
