This is a great hotel just outside of Munich Center. Its very easy to get to on the ubahn (subway). Less than a 5 minute ride from the Hauptbahnhoff. Got a double room; it's fairly spartan but comfortable. Shower is nice, staff is friendly and spoke excellent English. Only complaint is that the pillows are horrendous, and there's no overhead light in the room.

Great accommodation, location and staff

The hotel is in a great location near the main train station. We had a room facing the back. At night, we couldn't hear any street noise. In the evenings and mornings, there was a strong smell of doner kebab from the many doner shops nearby. We were there for a football match, and it was perfect for that. It was ok…wasn’t my favorite place of my trip around Germany. Located close to the main train station and close to the Marienplatz but I would have given it an extra star of all the staff was nice. The people at the front desk were great but the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff were rude. Not sure I would stay here again.

In itself, this is a nice hotel. The location is central near the train station, and you can quickly reach the city center. The hotel room is a bit cramped—especially regarding access to the bed—but nicely designed and functional. A major drawback is that not only the bathroom but also the toilet is open. And not just visually, due to the glass walls, but also physically—there's no door to close off...

Suitable for a short trip. - Well located

The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

We stayed here for the weekend and booked a double room, it was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of delicious options to choose from. We got also access to the Vitality Spa, where you can use the Sauna and the gym. Highly recommended!

Everything is satisfactory. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk after getting off the subway. It is clean, tidy, and the service is also very good. There is floor heating and a balcony, which is very comfortable. I will choose it again next time I go back. The breakfast is also good.

The staff at Innspire Hotel were so helpful. There was a problem with the reservation but they were able to sort it out efficiently. Our room was shiny clean! It is an easy walk to the subway.

Upon checkin the receptionist first needed to finish his private call before attending us. USB socket in the room and TV control was not working. During breakfast there was no butter. Apparently supermarkets are closed in Munich on Saturday morning??

This was our fifth time staying at this hotel, and each time we were delighted by how uncomplicated and friendly the staff were. We always managed to get a room, even during Oktoberfest. The hotel is quite ok, the beds were good and the shower was also good, the breakfast, was a bit boring for my taste. Fairly simple contemporary hotel with all that is needed for a short business stay. Good internet speed, quiet for a good sleep and a 5 minute walk from BMW digital if that is where you will be heading. It's also a 1 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get you to the city center or elsewhere. One thing that could be improved here is the breakfast which is a bit too basic for 4 star hotel.

The bathroom was a little different than what I’m used to-no shower curtain or door but it worked. Hotel was close enough within walking distance to Marienplatz (we were there for the Christmas markets) and the main train station was an easy 45 minute walk. And the pizza restaurant right next door was a godsend when other places were closed the one night (and the pizza was decent).

The bed was fine but not enough pillows. The air conditioning did not cool the room. There wasn't a kettle or cups, when we went to the lobby bar for hot water, i had to fill the kettle and do it myself, nobody was there. Internet and breakfast, both were excellent. stayed in a Family room for 2nights Wifi was good. AIr con in the hot room was not, and I was not able to sleep. We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults, 3 teenagers) who stayed overnight here twice in the last 2 weeks. We found it to be in an excellent location as we arrived into the central train station and got an Uber for less than 10euro. The local train stops right outside too. This is a great value hotel for Munchen, they have family rooms with 2 double beds which are perfect for families with 2 children. The atmosphere in the hotel reminded me of eastern Europe or Russia for some reason.

The thing that bothers me the most that the house keeper didn’t come to my room through the whole 48 hours of my stay. Also, smell of the rooms and the restaurant is not pleasant.
