First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room

Nice quiet clean room, but non-smokers should not take the rooms over the lobby entrance because smokers tend to smoke directly out front on either side of the Entrance). Otherwise, it's not far from the autobahn and still close a short drive to the city center attractions and eateries.

Hotel is not bad, the only problem is when you first time come to your room,it is really dirty. We especially asked for taking out trash and changing towels service but that happend after three days and at least five calls. All in all, the stuff is really nice and kind.

This was a very nice property, the rooms were clean and the service, from the moment we arrived was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic but you will pay 45 euros if you don’t get the room package.

Decent place to stay in Munich for a few days. The location is okay within 10 minutes by tram from the central station. There is no room cleaning services if the stay is less than a week, but it is manageable. In general, it is a recommendable place in Munich for tourists.
