Loved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.

The location of the hotel was very nice because it’s close to the city center. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, my room was close to the main street, which caused some disturbance due to car noise during the night and early morning.

Over all good, you can improve to the food

The reception service is very poor. When problems arise, they don't solve them. Even worse, they roll their eyes.

The hotel is clean and affordable. It’s close to Frankfurt Airport, making it a great transit hotel for us to relax for one night before catching an early flight.

Good environment and clean room

Clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Cheese-topped rolls are placed together in a container. There's a spoon in the Nutella, but that could be done differently 😉

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

Very good location, just a short 3 mins walk from Terminal 1. Quiet room despite being so near to the airport. Breakfast spread was good too!

There's a connected passage to the airport and train station, so you don't have to go outside. It's really convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during my trip to Germany. It’s located within walking distance to the S-Bahn which will take you to Frankfurt in 5 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants close-by as well. The staff at this hotel are great. Housekeeping was friendly too. Breakfast had many good options. Coffee, tea, and many different fruit juices. The store in the lobby carries lots...

No change of towels for 3 days!. Same for bedding no service at all. And no hot water for first morning. Not what I remember from Best Western. Staff were pretty good to be fair

Nice city and the beateful hotel I have enjoyed alot

I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise...

This is a fantastic hotel with the absolute best people working in Customer Service that you will ever find! They truly understand what ‘Customer Care’ is all about and to this end they (especially the Receptionist Staff) go above and beyond to make you feel ‘at home’ while you’re away from home; but don’t take my word for it, try it for yourself!😊

The staff were friendly and polite. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is fairly convenient. There's a supermarket nearby for daily necessities, but not many restaurants are nearby. The hotel room and toilet were small, and the room became even smaller after unpacking. The lighting was dim, but the price was reasonable, so overall I was satisfied. 👍🏽

Excellent value for money and within walking distance of the train station.

Rooms are like other ibis around the world. Breakfast is really good, I love the waffle machine. But the top of this hotel is the lobby bar : nice atmosphere, complete menu and the best barman - Daniel. He is very friendly and attentive, no matter how many guests are in the bar. He suggests us the local beer, and something do eat. Well done Daniel !

The rooms were small but the location is great. Staff were friendly and there is a convenient Hotel bar just downstairs. No complaints really, I wanted something budget and this fit the billing.

Great location, nice breakfast

The room was tiny but clean and decorative. We had a full size bed and two people in the room. The bathroom was ultra small and you needed to walk sideways to fit. The staff was great! Breakfast was good. The location was nice. It’s not far from the underground/train station. Bus station close by. Next to the river so very beautiful for the sunrises.

When I booked this hotel on the day we arrived in February through Best Western, we were given a spacious room with a fairly large kitchen. Using Trip.com, my room in the same hotel was almost half the size and half the kitchen size in April for more money after a discount. I probably won't use Trip.com again.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist....

No parking outside and they charge 28 euro for parking at night.

Location is very near train station is convenient. Hotel is near REWE family mart. Comes with kitchen - necessity items. Breakfast is nice, comes with a pancake machine! No airport shuttle. Hotel can arrange taxi for you.

The hotel is next to a supermarket that opens until 12am daily, which is very convenient. There are also many varieties of cuisine nearby and just opposite the hotel. It’s only a 5–7 minute walk to the main HBF, making it very convenient if you’re travelling by train. The hotel also has a gym, which makes it stand out. Great location, right above a pedestrian street. However, the room was tiny and the upper floor felt a bit like a maze.

The front desk service staffs are excellent. Very helpful with information and serves with a smile. The western breakfast spread is excellent and tables are always kept clean. We stayed at hotel for one night and everything was absolutely amazing, working team, location, rooms, breakfast and everything. I would expect much more refinement from a room which can cost on some days 700+ euro... It’s a very good standard and nothing was missing (only the click system of the closets was not working properly). The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed during our stay. The gym was really tiny and cramped so we didn’t use it as we planned to.. Friendly customer service, great location and nice view...

The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments. Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

Rooms are don't make sense. Why they keep doing these type non sende shower design. Always over flooding. Top of that toilet seat shouldn't be seperate with shower. Also you can watch outside while showering and they can watch you:) Rooms are clean but as you see at the pic if you stay couple not very useful bed frame. Last and the worst was the restaurant. The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy. The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I've stayed here several times already.

The hotel's location is pretty good, quite convenient. The female staff member from Egypt at the front desk was very enthusiastic and always smiling. On the first day, I requested daily housekeeping, but on the second day, it wasn't done when we returned, and my child was so tired they fell asleep. Later, they arranged for someone to clean, so overall, it was alright.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, the TV is large, and the room is well soundproofed. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, and there's a small sofa. Great hotel and facilities. Location is good for passengers to drop by or transit. One suggestion is to considering offer the free shuttle bus service to from airport. All experiences are good.

About a ten-minute walk from T2 airport, which is a bit inconvenient without a shuttle. There's a large supermarket, convenience stores, and 3-4 restaurants nearby. The environment is quite good, very convenient for business trips.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Terminal 2. The rooms are very clean and soundproofed well, making it quiet even near the elevator. The staff are polite, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The location was not my preference. No direct train to the hotel from airport but no issue going to centre by train. Some shopping around the hotel but mostly offices. The other Moxy Centre has direct train to airport. Shopping malls and restaurants are around the hotel.

Cleanliness 5, Location 5, Service 5, Facilities/Amenities 4 (out of 5). Sometimes the noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but overall it was a quiet stay in a calm area. The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

Located at the quieter end of Frankfurt, however easily accessible to city area and to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Do remember to request housekeeping if required if you're staying less than 3 nights. Only down side is the housekeeper entering the room in the morning even you did not request for cleaning!

the bathroom floor was cold and no bedroom slippers were provided. the showering area needs abit more coverage because an asian size can wet the whole floor after bathing, I wonder how it is for the others? toilet bowl is quite high, might be challenging for young kids to get up. tv casting doesnt work. room is basic, bed was flushed near the wall and has alot of space to open luggages. bed is comfy...

It is right next to the tram station. And not far from downtown. The reception lady was nice and gave me a lot of free water during my staying coz my sickness.

Amazing amazing amazing hotel. Very interesting and fun concept. They thought about everything and I mean everything. Also comp minibar with beer and wine are rare these days so that was amazing.

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

Over we hv a pleasant stay, hotel is on the opposite side of the side entrance at Frankfurt central station.  Welcome drinks and light snacks were provided at the hotel lobby and items in the mini bar were free (2 bottles of sparkling water, 1 Pepsi and 1 beer).

Here I am 11 days later and I am just now beginning to feel NORMAL after as many days with a severe case of stomach flu (Norovirus) which undoubtedly came from the breakfast the following morning. Also, I have given a lower rating for the location as there were several men just loitering around the hotel (I know this is not the fault of the hotel but we just felt uncomfortable when we were walking around). We had a very pleasant 5 night stay, the hotel is in a great location for access to the train station and the city! The staff that work there are very friendly and always happy to help! In Germany it isn’t a standard to have a kettle in your room, but if you ask they will supply you with one!

The room is simple but tidy. The loaction is very good, right beside the center. The best of this hotel is the personel. The lady at the reception - Yana is so very nice, heplful and hardworking! My colleagues and I, we had lots of laughs talking to her! The gentlemen of the night shift is also very kind and always to ready to give all the info we needed. The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.
