A good choice for business trips and exhibitions

Room fine if a bit spartan and bathroom very small. BUT very good value for money, excellent helpful staff and a great breakfast. Well done.

Transportation is very easy. It's possible to walk to the city center and important landmarks.

We had the apartment size hotel, which was very spacious. The room came with tea pot, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box and wine cooler. Air conditioning worked great and you could get breakfast, but we chose not to. Bed was very comfortable and a nice Roman bathtub. Convenient location to a small grocery store, laundromat and a couple of bakeries. The train station was probably about 15 minutes...

The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious! As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work...

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible, the free breakfast is great, the room is very comfortable. Every hotel staff we encountered have been very friendly and hospitable- from front desk to dining room. Syndi from the breakfast area is the best! My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. Not good for putting on makeup

During fair period, pay higher is quite normal. Just one night , nothing to complain. The only issue is there is no Hairdryer in room. Not very convenient.

The hotel is quite a walk from the main train station, about 45 minutes on foot. The breakfast for a budget hotel was decent enough to fill up on, and everything else could be overlooked. However, it's really unacceptable that there was no heating in the middle of winter, and the air conditioning was just for show – it didn't work even when turned up to the max.

The staff at the front office/lobby and the cafe are very nice and helpful.

Had quite a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Price was reasonable even though booked at the last minute. Personnel were quite friendly and always at service. Had a good time visiting Frankfurt due to its prime location.

I liked my stay here, very good central hotel. Service kind. For some reason a plastic bottle was stuck in the gutter in front of my window.

Bathroom was still dirty from the previous guest. Bed sheets had stains. No drinks in the room. Beds were comfortable. Parking near the accommodation was difficult.

Very friendly I stayed for 6 nights. All single rooms were fully booked except for the first and last days, so I combined a 4-night twin room for the cheapest option. When I checked in, I was told to just use the twin room. I was grateful for the towel dryer and tissue paper in the shower room. I was given accurate, polite, and friendly directions to the walking route to my business trip destination

No water in the room, and no coffee maker or tissues.

My colleague said it was pretty good overall, and the breakfast was nice too. I'll definitely consider staying there next time I have the chance!

The room was tiny. I booked a twin room, and the two beds were pushed right next to each other. Once my luggage was in, there was no space to walk around. It really impacted my experience. The customer service was terrible; I asked for a clothes hanger and never received it, even after three days.

I booked without checking the review so I ended up staying in the most very scary location ever in my life. The hotel room was small and everything in the room was compacted especially the washroom. You would rarely get space to open your suitcase. There was always a cigarette and other smell coming to the room.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, so going out wasn't really an option. However, the hotel's proximity to the train station was a big plus! 👍🏻

The hotel room was too small, and at 1280 RMB per night, it wasn't good value for money. The hotel breakfast, however, was very good.

The photos of the single room when booking didn't match the room I booked. It was too small and too noisy at night. So I moved to a double room. The location and service were very good.

This hotel was very convenient and within a short walking distance from the Hbf. There was also a station right in front, which made getting around incredibly easy. This was my third stay at the Europa Hotel – this time in the Europa Style style – and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Stayed there on a weekend. No spa staff at all. Massages offered but when we got there we were told the massage person went on vacation so, so sorry. Here's an idea, hire someone to fill in. I have never heard about relaxa hotel before but given the high rating on booking I decided to give it a try. The room was nice and tidy, offers even a coffe machine (no kettle). Lots of storage in wardrobes. A small bath room offers hair & bodywash in the shower and soap at the sink, as well as a hair dryer. I was surprised by a lovely breakfast buffet with differnt kind of breads and rolls, fresh fruit salad, nice selection of typical German breakfast crudities and chees.

We only stayed one night, it was okay. Bed was confortable and the service from the people in the reception was nice. There was a weird smell coming from the sink, seems it has not been clean for a while and there is no door to separate the shower from the room. We had breakfast there too it was normal nothing surprising. They have a juice maker and pancake machine which were not working unfortunately

Stay affordable. Comfort: not up to standard Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially
