Good hotel. Excellent location. Carpet and furniture need renew. Otherwise very good.
Booked two rooms through Trip.com My friend couldn't come to Germany as he didn't get the visa entry. Called the hotel and requested to cancel one room, but was told that they couldn't do anything as it was booked through Trip.com and it was at their discretion. I contacted Trip.com and the CSR told me that it was upto the hotel's approval. CRS sent the request to the hotel and it was rejected. Then...
Great location for a good price, will repeat.
The location was very convenient. Right next to a subway station and within walking distance from the old town center. Even though it's self check in, the staff can be reached via Whatsapp. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful.
Room was clean, location was the best. There was 1 small fridge, 1 kettle, and 1 fan. There was no air conditioning, so we opened the window. But at night, there was a lot of noise from drunk people outside.
Very good and clean hotel I recommend 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄👌👌👌👌👌

It is very near the Frankfurt train station and the tram lines and subway.
Simple and efficient hotel
Very simple, clean hotel. Friendly staff, although English is not always easy.
Close to the station, but the neighbourhood is a bit dodgy in the evening/at night.
The shower door didn't close properly, but it wasn't a big deal. Towels and sheets seem to be changed every other day.
We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.
Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner...
overall I and my family enjoyed staying at hotel columbus
Columbus Hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay
The Columbus Hotel is a convenient and affordable option for a quick overnighter just 3 min from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station). The property is small, but clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. What was off putting was the level of activity and noise in the rooms on all floors which could be heard until 3:00 AM. I have a feeling...
Rooms are pretty good sometimes with adorable view and prices are low - that’s cool!
I appreciated how close and walkable this place was to the central station!

Pleasant clean room. Convenient location for our needs. Good transport links into Frankfurt center.
there was hair on my bed sheets. the wall has peeling paint that needs to be painted. it said mailbox in reception but I didnt know where the reception was, I eventually figured out it was on the left hallway. the electrical device (maybe a timer i don't know) in the ground floor hallway by the right door was noisy.
Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Personnel is very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast lacks some variety.
Fine place. Affordable. Clean. Shower was a pain though. Ours had a curtain but not a tub. Could not stop water from getting on the floor. Other than that place was good.
Very friendly family run hotel in a very local neighborhood. Plenty of good eating spots nearby, easy free parking. Staff gave great recommendations for dinner. Room was very clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable nights stay. Public transport right in front of the building to quickly get downtown and very close to the airport. Excellent price for staying in a big city.
Very nice family run hotel in a quite neighborhood, close to the city center and at the same time to the airport. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, family atmosphere and very satisfying breakfast. What else do you need?

That is to sure stay but is ok to sleep mattress is new ..
Very lovely and exciting stay.
Very affordable hotel, somewhat simple and vintage, but clean.
Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes all the time. There was also some dirt from aging.
The location and accommodation costs are great, so I recommend it to those who don't mind the above.
Everything is good, but a bit small. The transportation is convenient. It's just near the train station. It only takes 5 minutes. You can get there by train wherever you want. There are many hotels nearby. It's very suitable for a business trip.
Great location, great service. The rooms are ok sized and very functional but not the newest. For the price it was a great deal just for a night. Good bed and shower. Even a mini fridge.

since we knew that we would arrive in frankfurt well before check-in time (1400), we asked if we could leave our bags with the receptionist. of course, the answer was yes. the room was small, but had a desk, chair and tv and lost of closet space. it is located right across from a coffee shop and a block away from bars and restaurants. it was perfect for our one-night stay in frankfurt. everything...
Perfect location within walking distance to all the sights. Warm welcome with friendly staff who kindly let us check in early. The room was basic but had everything we needed.
Ok budget option I. Good location
The price was good and location was good. Outdated. Room had a smell I think came from the old carpet. Bed not that comfortable. Good for a few nights maximum.
One observation that it was good to have a small refrigerator, everything else was ok, very central, and the service was very good.
The location of the hotel is great - very central and easy to reach, and the price was quite reasonable compared to other options in Frankfurt. I also really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the official time.
That said, the room wasn’t very clean - I found some hair on the bed, and the shower drain was clogged from the beginning, which made it hard to use. The room also didn’t match...
This place is perfect for a budget stay. The location is awesome with plenty of bars and restaurants close by plus the river and a short walk to the main square. Its safe and secure, clean and comfy. If you are not fussy you will be happy staying here. I can’t comment on parking

Everything is perfect and clean. 💯% recommended. Nice room and service. And in a perfect location for Messe and Hauptbahnof.
customer service is amazing and they are like family
That is the best thing I like the most
My stay at the Art-Hotel Robert Mayer was exceptional! The hotel has been accommodating of all my requests, including exceptional pet stay, taxi booking, and after-hours breakfast service. The rooms are big and hospitable and the location is central and in one of the best residential areas of Frankfurt. Highly recommended!
Small Hotel, very clean ,very peaceful environment with kind workers.I would like to come again.
The rooms are very clean and that is very important to me. Rather a small, modest hotel, but very close to the trade fair and many good restaurants around the corner. Gladly again... air conditioning would be very nice ;-)
Beautiful hotel! Nice service!
I felt very welcome

I have seen a negative reviews before I book this hotel, but I would say management is now changed and rooms looks very neat and clean, front desk is awesome and very professional. I would highly recommend.
Conveniently located near both the railway and bus stations, with plenty of small shops around. It’s also very close to the main streets downtown. The staff was friendly, and the room felt incredibly comfortable.

Great staff and you get what you pay for. 4 Nights in room that was well above what I expected.
I give it five stars because it has amazing people and amazing view and the manager is amazing this hotel is amazing and has a reasonable price nd the food is not expensive it's theperfect hotel to spend a night or two it's an amazing hotel I give it more than 5/5 I give it a 100/100❤❤p
Good location as it is quite near to Frankfurt main station and main tourists spot. Reasonable room price. The receptionist is very friendly.

We got there late because our daughter flew in a day early so we needed 3 bed, we called the host and he was very accommodating. There's a great curry restaurant within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. We would stay here again.
Room was nice. Great location.
I didn’t go to the breakfast. I did not have a car.
Photos quality is just bad and makes the place look worse than it is.
Minus is that you can hear everything through walls when someone enters/leaves building but it didn’t bother too much
Good hotel considering the price
This hotel is a bit like a guesthouse. The WiFi is almost non-existent, and there's no one at the front desk to offer any service. The only advantage is that it's relatively close to the exhibition hall.
Frankfurt am Main, Moselstr. 44 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
hospitable and friendly staffs. nice room and good for family. the problem is the location. although it's near from the Hauptbahnhof, the location it's a little bit scary because of some people who are drunk and not on their mind.
Great price in a interesting location. Can't beat the price though!
The location is not bad, I don’t mind that it is in the redlight district. But I’ve bitten by bugs in the room.
Was Great, really cozy and clean, with some free bathroom stuff.haven’t seen that in an affordable hotel in a long time
Great hotel
clean room and nearly to land mark place and main train station.

Staffs are good and helpful , my single was good in cleanness but very tight, I thought it’s same size for 2 but less things like towels shampoo… but it’s really tight , it’s like once you get in to the room and 1 step to bed .
Reception staff are helpful, and I really like the room for 2 persons still tight but nice
The trip was fantastic. I was on a solo travel. Specially I like the guy who do night shift he is so friendly and helpful with information and food. I have heard Germany people are not good at communication but To be honest whoever I met everyone was friendly and helpful
Lots of steps up to the room and the other guests in the accommodation were a bit anti-social.
The hotel is ok for the price, very good location.
No lift. The front desk changed for me to the 1st floor room.
The Room is spacious.
Halal shop nearby.
Good hotel and comfortable stay. Tourist attractions is nearby

Very easy and convenient place to rest. I booked for my daughter and she was pleased (and grateful) for the experience
Not kinda of easy location.it sud be centralised for general passenger movement.Or probably they sud have another transit hotel for other wings
Very convenient for a long lay over. Very clean, highly recommend.
The room was small but clean and nice. It serve the very purpose of being the Transit Hotel. Convenient for transiting more than 12 hours.

Ok it’s essentially a bed and bath is extremely close proximity. There is no frills going on here. You will not have a Keurig and you will have no privacy in the bathroom. It is however perfect if you have a 12 hour layover and so t want to sleep in a plastic chair. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Perfect for what it is and very easy process.

Good budget hotel
Was clean and tidy but with a very limited selection for breakfast
We always come here on our way to Romania. The rooms are spotless, friendly staff and the price is very convenient. It's really worth it to save it for your business or family travels.
I booked myself again for a second night and was booked in the same room. Beddings unchanged and trash was still there. To make the matters worse, was woken up the following morning before checkout time for the room service to clean.
I stayed at ibis Offenbach for two nights and was really pleased with the experience. The hotel is easy to reach and just a short ride from Frankfurt, which made it a convenient base for my trip. The check-in was quick and friendly, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. My room was exactly what I expected from an ibis – compact but very clean, with a comfortable bed and good soundproofing...
Very helpful, friendly receptionist. What I don't understand is why I had to pay extra for my dog. I know it is standard, but the reason given is for the extra cleaning a dog causes. I'd get that if the room was immaculate, but when the carpet looks like it does in the picture, what exactly am I paying extra for? There was a definite lack of cleaning there.
Frankfurt am Main, Duesseldorfer Str. 10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Pictures on website was confusing with 3 beds, but turned out it’s only two beds. We asked, they did not offer the extra bed instead asked us to call *******. Other than that was good experience.
The rooms we booked are spacious, clean, and tidy. However, both rooms had some little issues including a stuck sink and a broken hairdryer, nothing too big of a deal. After all, it is a very good stay!
Location was near the train station and there were many homeless and dr*g users which could make some people feel unsafe. However, hotel room itself was clean but basic in amenities. It was quite loud at night so sleep was not great, this is due to location.

affordable and near to train station
You can get in right after getting off the metro station, it's really close. But there are some nasty people walking around on the streets outside. That seemed strange.
You can walk to the city center.
Frankfurt am Main, Elbestr. 34 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Ok if you need to sleep somewhere at low cost, however hotel is very basic. The floor was not cleaned when I arrived and had a lot of dust on it so minus 1 star.
The hotel was nice to say the least. The seedy drug/drunk/homeless scene directly outside was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. Everything else was grand. There was a nice market right down the street. Wine and great food for everyone!
Very nice clean room very kinds staff cleaning every day value for many
This is an underrated hotel. I don't understand why it got so many bad reviews. Everything is fine: the price, the facility, the staff. Yes, there are junkies and prostitutes in the neighborhood but they have nothing to do with the service of the hotel and the area is still very safe. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much.
The hotel is also near the station so it's really convenient...
It's in the red district of Frankfurt am Main. Street stink. Lot of Junkies. Rooms are decent. Not bad.
Totally alright hotel for the price, no problems everything worked and free wifi. Only bad thing is the area but the hotel was good
Frankfurt am Main, Bleichstrasse 16 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great location, wide beds with quality bedclothes, stable Wi-Fi and powerful shower was all we needed. Personnel was very helpful. Electric kettle would be nice to have though, to be able to start day with cup of tea. Other than this very satisfied.
The rooms are very large. I stayed on the 3rd floor, my room was bigger than my friends room at the 1st floor, but smaller than my friends on the 2nd floor. Not by much though.
Lacks a good lobby with a sofa.
There is a kitchen in each room, but almost everything is locked.
Very small shower-cabin. A person of just slightly big stature will have a hard time not breaking it to pieces just by turning...
Nice location very close to bars and pubs and plenty to so in the local area
A decent hotel close to the shooping area of Frankfurt. Breakfast was good.
The rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, just 10 minutes by foot to the Zeil street.

The room was clean, The location is excellent.
The tube TV in the room had given a strong whistling noise in the operation of.
The staff was always friendly. The Breakfast buffet had a good selection. To the price a very good offer.
I liked the hotel Astoria because it is located in a quiet location, the metro station a few steps away, and shopping center very close. Very comfortable room and the breakfast service very good.

Location is worthy.. but the service and amenities are not sufficient.
Located in heart of Frankfurt
Nice hotel. Reasonable price. Clean rooms.
Cheap rates, good quality, good neatness and privacy, excellent behaviour of staff.
Cheap Hotel in the middle in the Frankfurt neighborhood,
Many shopping opportunities and, above all, a lot of places where you can be pampered.
Directly to several strip clubs, want to be very good for people the time the Sow out.
But really not a Hotel for grandma and grandpa.
Really friendly staff, I was able to order me something from the delivery service.
The room was roughly the size of a cell...

Beautiful and clean rooms excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. We will be booking this hotel in the future for sure.
The investor decided to first optimize the hotel's interior, right up to the breakfast area. This has been largely successful! Unfortunately, from the outside, the hotel still looks like no one would book it without seeing the inside.
A relaxing stay.
The welcome at this hotel was friendly and check-in was quick.
The breakfast was plentiful.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect
A very good experience, the hotel is not expensive, the staff is very polite and service oriented, the breakfast is very good too, and they offer washing and drying service, i recommand

Average Hotel
Our stay was just okay. The room was a bit of a squeeze, feeling too small for our group. The third bed was also pretty uncomfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the central train station. However, the area leading to the train station was a letdown, with a noticeable presence of homeless people and litter. It's a shame, as I remembered this city fondly from visits...
It was a very lovely hotel with the most amazing breakfast!
Close to the train station and the staff were so kind.
We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It may not be the fanciest hotel you’ll ever stay in but it makes up for that in character. The garden in the back was a nice, quiet spot to take a breather from the busy city. The included breakfast was delicious and had something for all tastes. The staff was helpful and gracious. In particular, Jonas, was a godsend in helping us navigate the area.
Wonderful place to stay in Frankfurt! Staff very helpful. Very impressive breakfast which is included. Definitely stay here again.
Wonderful properly, quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the train station. Helpful and friendly staff and a nice and fresh complementary breakfast.
