Very good location, Staff are nice and helpful. We will stay here again in the future.
Average Hotel Our stay was just okay. The room was a bit of a squeeze, feeling too small for our group. The third bed was also pretty uncomfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the central train station. However, the area leading to the train station was a letdown, with a noticeable presence of homeless people and litter. It's a shame, as I remembered this city fondly from visits...
It was a very lovely hotel with the most amazing breakfast! Close to the train station and the staff were so kind.
We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It may not be the fanciest hotel you’ll ever stay in but it makes up for that in character. The garden in the back was a nice, quiet spot to take a breather from the busy city. The included breakfast was delicious and had something for all tastes. The staff was helpful and gracious. In particular, Jonas, was a godsend in helping us navigate the area.
Wonderful place to stay in Frankfurt! Staff very helpful. Very impressive breakfast which is included. Definitely stay here again.
Wonderful properly, quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the train station. Helpful and friendly staff and a nice and fresh complementary breakfast.

I can't say I expected something better. Let's start by saying that the conversation with the receptionist was very difficult; it was difficult to communicate, and there were no explanations. Additionally, there was no news about the tourist tax??? We found out at the last minute. As for the room, it's clean, but we found a large silverfish, yuck.Additionally, the sink in the washbasin, the water is...
Reasonably priced, 12 mins walk from the nearest tram station
Decent service for its price especially at Frankfurt. No complains at all.
It is close to the exhibition (15-20min by foot) but it is expensive. Since it is a budget hotel, there is not much to be offered. The guy at the reception was not so helpful. The quilt cover was not so clean. However the breakfast was good. If it is only for one night, it is acceptable. I paid more than 200 euro for one night. It is very convenient to travel by subway to Frankfurt Messe. I recommend...
The location is good, and public transportation is convenient. However, the room is small, but it is acceptable, after all, it is in France.
24 hr reception, this is very helpful for flight-delayed travellers. Very nice people. Breakfask is good.

Location is excellent just in front of train station. Breakfast is below average. Room cleanliness is good
The room size was okay, and it even had a small refrigerator. I stayed in a connecting room, which ensured personal space while still being convenient. The bread for breakfast was nicely toasted, and the boiled eggs were excellent. The ham, fruit, and juice were all good. It's located right behind the main train station, a great location. Highly recommended. Free Wi-Fi is available at the front desk...
The location is best. 2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. 6-7 mins to a small REWE. The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!
Good value for the money, but that's it. Broken door lock, soggy breakfast, wrong receipts and making up a quick surcharge for me when realizing I'm in need by the owner.
The hotel has a convenient location near the main train station and offers spacious. However, the service was disappointing — the front desk staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. My first room had a bad odor and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Although I reported it, the response was slow and unhelpful, and I had to wait for a technician before getting a new room. The second room was better but...
The check-in experience was terrible. I spent 50 minutes at the front desk because my key card was broken, and I couldn't get into my room. There was too much paperwork, which was a huge waste of time. Despite the front desk staff's efforts, it still took far too long!

Near by place to messe frankfurt fair hall. But ther is no direct transport facility, we have to catch two trains for this short distance.
Went for a week, and it was fantastic for a city break. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is in a great location with roughly only 15/20 min to go anywhere via tram. I would definitely recommend it. A very clean with very friendly staff there's really not much to fault it on
Best quality hotel whith clean room and fair price.little far from the hbf.
Good for the money, location. Awkward multi-building layout. Room not fully cleaned at check-in. Air con very bright at night. Otherwise comfortable accommodations. Nice breakfast included.
Great value for the price; staff was friendly and spoke excellent English, the rooms were modern and very clean. This is a good place to stay if going to a concert at das Bett.
Good relation quality price, for a visit to a Frankfurt Messe event. Frankfurt Messe and Frankfurt center easily accessible by public transport (Tram). Breakfast and free Wi-Fi included.

Very good and clean hotel in a great location. Service is impeccable.
The bed and towels were clean, the closets had forgotten and used things from previous travelers. The room was under the roof, where it was very stuffy and the window didn't open. But there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was impossible to sleep at night. The worst thing for me was that when we arrived, they told us that breakfast was canceled because they had few guests. Honestly, if I had known that...
We just wanted a quick night stay for a family of 5 while passing through Frankfurt for one night. We came in late and left early. It was perfect for this type of stay. The door to the hotel was close to our room and very loud but since we didn’t stay long it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t stay here for a week visit but for a quick stay it’s ok.
It's a tiny place but has a homely feeling. The only shortcoming is the absence of elevator in this building.
Hotel staff and service is good and it worth staying

Beautiful hotel and maintenance
The location is great, accessible to all major places you’d want to go, easy commuting options available nearby and good food nearby. The hotel itself is very small, old rooms, elevator is very small. Staff is friendly and polite
nice service with nioce reception and location is also good just near centzral train station
A bit noisy, average environment
The location is good and the price is not low. It’s like a hotel converted from a foreign house at home. There are a few special features of this hotel. There is an elevator. You have to climb half a floor to sit down and then walk half a floor after getting off the elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, think carefully. There are no cups in the room, and the only thing about the small hotel is a...
Room wasn't ready at check-in time. I had to leave again. No water, no coffee or tea. No kettle. No glass, not even in the bathroom, no cup. Just one towel. Small TV that had no power. Bed was very soft. The room faced the street, you could hear the tram and the traffic. Summary: Noisy room with poor facilities. Price was OK.

Receptionist was nice. Late check-in was no hassle. Smell on the floor was kinda bad (cigarets) Room was nice and clean. Toilet was on the floor, not in the bathroom (this sucked) All in all, it was fine for the price!
This unique hotel gets an undeservedly bad rap: it is definitely different from most hotels nowadays, thus not what many travelers (especially us Yanks & Brits) tend to expect. First, it is spotlessly clean ,very well maintained & a real bargain--seriously under-priced, in fact. It's a shared toilet, and then only two floors out of five floors in a building have it, yet there's only one on each of those two floors... I only stayed one night so it was fine, but it's not recommended for long stays. Btw colored hotels are really colorful
The room was cute. Practical shelves. Unfortunately, the door and the shower cubicle were broken. The staff were very helpful!
The location was good, close to the station, and I was able to stay there without any problems.
The bathroom was shared, but there was only one on the second floor and one on the fifth floor. When I used it, the one on the second floor was broken and unusable, so I could only use the one on the fifth floor, which was inconvenient, but other than that there were no particular issues.
Price-performance ratio/service & comfort are acceptable. Everything is OK (mediocre).
Everything went perfectly. Everything was very close by. It was very pleasant for this short stay. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with hospitable receptionist. The transport is impressive and close to Frankfurt Messe. The single room is warm even it is at the end of October of cold weather. My favorite part is the shower head of warm water coming out so quickly and it is clean everyday with nice cleaning services.
Small but spotless room, safe and easy access to places, excellent Wi-Fi. Excellent service. Thank you.
There is a supermarket nearby and the tram is also nearby. So, it's a little far from the station but I don't mind. However, it is for experienced travelers.

Hotel Mondial Comfort is in a great location. Although it’s not in the train station area, it’s only a 2-minute walk to the subway station that takes you to the city center. Compared to the train station area, the surroundings here are much quieter, allowing for a peaceful night’s rest. There are also supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. One thing to note is that Hotel Mondial Comfort does...
Very good hotel to stay for a night. Very spacious room. The hotel has a good service as they very actively replied to our request. Free bassinet for kids. Free parking but it’s not always available. Only 5-6 spots available at the back area. Must come earlier to get the spots. Walkable through the city. The location feels safe in the apartments areas.
The location is far from the central station, but close to the subway station. There's no air conditioning or refrigerator, but they clean the room daily and provide all the amenities except toothbrushes and toothpaste. It's a very old hotel, but it's quite clean, so it's really good value for money.
The room is very big, except for the bed, which is a little small and a bit old. However, in this location, there are subways and supermarkets, and it is only 15 minutes' walk from the center. And the price is really impeccable, five-star praise

Mostly good but the noise at night from the beer garden and restaurant was a bit of a problem - one certainly couldn't leave the windows open. Towels changed every day, whether used and hung up to dry or not. Eco-friendliness poor. Apart from that a memorable stay. There is a really nice self-service beer garden with a good selection of beer, ciders and wine. Very good food in the outside dining area, too. Friendly staff everywhere. The scenery next to the river Main is stunning and very calming.

Disappointing! No hand gel, body lotion or conditioner provided, no decent size towels for showering, no tea making facilities and limited coffee provided. Pleasant clean room. Convenient location for our needs. Good transport links into Frankfurt center.
there was hair on my bed sheets. the wall has peeling paint that needs to be painted. it said mailbox in reception but I didnt know where the reception was, I eventually figured out it was on the left hallway. the electrical device (maybe a timer i don't know) in the ground floor hallway by the right door was noisy.
Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Personnel is very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast lacks some variety.
Fine place. Affordable. Clean. Shower was a pain though. Ours had a curtain but not a tub. Could not stop water from getting on the floor. Other than that place was good.
Very friendly family run hotel in a very local neighborhood. Plenty of good eating spots nearby, easy free parking. Staff gave great recommendations for dinner. Room was very clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable nights stay. Public transport right in front of the building to quickly get downtown and very close to the airport. If you arrive after 6 and you don't understand the language, you're in trouble, they answer you by intercom and they told us they would come to the place to help us and after an hour and a half I called again and they didn't come, horrible, a neighbor had to help me, mind you there are only three parking spaces
I really liked the hotel and everything works excellently
Spent a night here, central Location, not the cleanest room As the walls have stains, but is clean overall and a great view of the Rhine and bridge on the balcony!
Oh, I love it. I love the residence. There's an Aldi right in front, and the prices are great. I also love the small river view. The only thing I wish there was was a fridge.
The hotel was located close to Ostsendatraße station which made commuting easy. There were great views of the river as well. The receptionist also helped by pointing the locations out when I arrived. Thanks
The location is very good, there is a balcony with a view of the Main River when you open the window. The room facilities are also quite new, and there is also Aldi opposite, which makes shopping convenient and cheap.

Room was nice. Great location.
I didn’t go to the breakfast. I did not have a car.
Photos quality is just bad and makes the place look worse than it is. Minus is that you can hear everything through walls when someone enters/leaves building but it didn’t bother too much
