It was a very lovely hotel with the most amazing breakfast! Close to the train station and the staff were so kind.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It may not be the fanciest hotel you’ll ever stay in but it makes up for that in character. The garden in the back was a nice, quiet spot to take a breather from the busy city. The included breakfast was delicious and had something for all tastes. The staff was helpful and gracious. In particular, Jonas, was a godsend in helping us navigate the area.

It is close to the exhibition (15-20min by foot) but it is expensive. Since it is a budget hotel, there is not much to be offered. The guy at the reception was not so helpful. The location is best. 2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. 6-7 mins to a small REWE. The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!

The check-in experience was terrible. I spent 50 minutes at the front desk because my key card was broken, and I couldn't get into my room. There was too much paperwork, which was a huge waste of time. Despite the front desk staff's efforts, it still took far too long!

Near by place to messe frankfurt fair hall. But ther is no direct transport facility, we have to catch two trains for this short distance.

We just wanted a quick night stay for a family of 5 while passing through Frankfurt for one night. We came in late and left early. It was perfect for this type of stay. The door to the hotel was close to our room and very loud but since we didn’t stay long it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t stay here for a week visit but for a quick stay it’s ok.

It's a tiny place but has a homely feeling. The only shortcoming is the absence of elevator in this building.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. I had to leave again. No water, no coffee or tea. No kettle. No glass, not even in the bathroom, no cup. Just one towel. Small TV that had no power. Bed was very soft. The room faced the street, you could hear the tram and the traffic. Summary: Noisy room with poor facilities. Price was OK.

It's a shared toilet, and then only two floors out of five floors in a building have it, yet there's only one on each of those two floors... I only stayed one night so it was fine, but it's not recommended for long stays. Btw colored hotels are really colorful

The location was good, close to the station, and I was able to stay there without any problems.

The bathroom was shared, but there was only one on the second floor and one on the fifth floor. When I used it, the one on the second floor was broken and unusable, so I could only use the one on the fifth floor, which was inconvenient, but other than that there were no particular issues.

Very nice hotel with hospitable receptionist. The transport is impressive and close to Frankfurt Messe. The single room is warm even it is at the end of October of cold weather. My favorite part is the shower head of warm water coming out so quickly and it is clean everyday with nice cleaning services.

there was hair on my bed sheets. the wall has peeling paint that needs to be painted. it said mailbox in reception but I didnt know where the reception was, I eventually figured out it was on the left hallway. the electrical device (maybe a timer i don't know) in the ground floor hallway by the right door was noisy.

If you arrive after 6 and you don't understand the language, you're in trouble, they answer you by intercom and they told us they would come to the place to help us and after an hour and a half I called again and they didn't come, horrible, a neighbor had to help me, mind you there are only three parking spaces

The location is very good, there is a balcony with a view of the Main River when you open the window. The room facilities are also quite new, and there is also Aldi opposite, which makes shopping convenient and cheap.

Good hotel considering the price

This hotel is a bit like a guesthouse. The WiFi is almost non-existent, and there's no one at the front desk to offer any service. The only advantage is that it's relatively close to the exhibition hall.
