Frankfurt am Main, Zeil 12 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Although the location, price, and friendly staff were good, the room cleanliness was below average. There were hairs on the sheets and in the bathroom, and the floor was not very clean. Noise from outside could be heard clearly inside the room. It is fine for a short stay, but not ideal for longer visits. There were no slippers, and the soap quality was poor, only liquid soap was provided, with no...
The hotel's location is excellent, the reception and service are excellent. This is our second visit to this hotel, and the breakfast is very good. I recommend it for short visits and I might think about coming back in the future.
The location is very good, very close to Frankfurt's main attractions and commercial streets, within walking distance. The store is small and has no front office. The hotel facilities are average. I stayed on the top floor with two small beds measuring 1.3 meters each and no pillows. There is no kettle, mini bar, etc. in the room. The worst thing is the shower, the water pressure is low, hot and cold...
I had one night stay in this hotel. Situated perfectly for all the shops and Malls. The room I had was pretty basic but clean with lovely hot shower and comfortable bed. I will be returning to Frankfurt on a regular basis and will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
Very impressed with the owner and staff.
Clean rooms with cable TV, minibar, desk, wardrobe, and bathroom including shower. Easy 5 minute walk to Konstablerwache S/U-
Bahn transit station. Lots of well-priced casual and sitdown restaurants nearby plus grocery/convenience stores.
I had to leave the Miramar Hotel in the middle of the night because of the bed bugs, and luckily the Hotel Zeil had an availability and could check me in at 1 am.
I had a big relief when I saw the decent room for this low price. My windows went out to the yard (room no 41), so I couldn’t hear any noise. The lift is new and fast.
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The location is very...

Was an okay stay stayed for 4 nights, had basic amenities good for if it’s just a base to sleep. 24hr reception which was nice as the lift isn’t protected by the key card
The Internet can't be slower. I would not recommend if you need the Internet to work. The location is good, other than that, there's nothing good.
The hotel is nice given this price. The front desk is helpful and the location is perfect.
The hotel is nice given this price. The front desk is helpful and the location is perfect.
The hotel's location is super convenient! It's just two blocks behind the train station, and there are tons of food options nearby, including about three to five Chinese restaurants.
Everything was great, the room was spacious and bright.

The hotel is very well located. Online check-in is great. But they could explain how to use the online card better. Otherwise, it's clean and well located (a 15-minute walk to the city center).
The location is good because it is close to the central station, but it was a bit noisy outside.
Stayed for a work related trip and my stay was comfortable.
The staffs were very friendly, very helpful when I was in need. It is quite close to the train station, and the road where the hotel is situated is surrounded with various restaurants so the overall atmosphere was more safe and secure than the rest of the road. The room was clean, furnished with everything that we needed during our stay.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was very good. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, making dining very convenient. Additionally, the train station is within walking distance, which makes travel around the city hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this...
Because it was an unmanned system, I had a hard time checking in, and the worst part was the phone connection failure. My flight was in the afternoon, so I wanted to check my bag and go, but the staff member said they were leaving at 2 p.m. and I had to pick it up before then, which was inconvenient.
Having stayed at numerous hotels in Frankfurt the location of this hotel to the central railway station or the Messe event center is only a matter of minutes walking. Right outside the hotel are numerous steakhouses and eateries of various cuisines.
The rooms are clean and importantly quiet so if you need to work there is not street noise to disturb a good nights sleep when getting ready for a full...

Hotel is good but out side all roads are very smell dirty to many persons are sitting road and drugs drink to much urine smell hotel is good
Ok, it is a small hotel near the central train station of Frankfurt. The sector is safe even in the nights as there are several business "escorts" near the hotel.
The rooms are very normal although the beds are very old and it seems that it would fall down at any moment, and the bathrooms seem to be an old hospital.
Breakfast included (very basic) Internet connection a little slow but it works. ...

A good place to stay which is close to the city center and lot of places to visit around and lot of restaurants and bars around
Small room. But very functional and cosy. Good breakfast. Probably will choose it again.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The value for money was absolutely top-notch, for a room that was perfectly spacious and exceptionally clean. As an added bonus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There's a tram stop just 2 minutes away, which offers quick access to the city center or the main train station.
Very conveniently located to the Tram and supermarket nearby in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Room is perfect for one except bathroom is very small otherwise good place for a short stay.
It is nice for a short stay. Only three stops from the airport with S-bahn.
The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible with trams. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is clean and basic amenities are provided. Would definitely recommend this. Easy accessibility to Old Town where there was a Xmas market when I arrived.

It's a nice small place. The only thing that bothered me were other guests but the hotel can't do anything about that.
Very pleasant, quit and clean for a 1 night stay in Frankfurt
The place itself is very nice, good bed, clean, updated. It’s far from busy area but close to the airport. Good option!
Very warm welcome. Parking in front of the hotel. Excellent location for continuing our journey north.
Goethe Hotel (Frankfurt) (room 734) Our flight got delayed to next day, Lufthansa airline booked this hotel for all the passengers for free, breakfast included and taxi to and from hotel. In Googlemap the place is called "Goethe Business Hotel Frankfurt", in Tripadvisor it's called "Goethe Conference Hotel". Great location and exceptional service! I’ve stayed here twice, and both experiences were excellent. After checking out from my most recent stay, I realized I left two valuable items in the room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure the items were safely returned to me. I can’t recommend The Pure - and their incredibly helpful staff - highly enough!
Excellent service, all the staff are multilingual and super helpful. Happy to furnish me with additional amenities on request (kettle, iron & ironing board etc) Clean and tidy room. Excellent value for money.
I usually avoid hotels at all costs, but WOW, the Pure really impressed me. The design is actually really thoughtful, so in a very compact 1-person room you have all you need plus the feeling of being welcome: real clothes hangers that are not made theft-proof, a window into the bathroom for natural light, a bathroom fan that actually turns off when you flip the switch, a window that opens (!!!!! I...
Very close to the train station. Clean and well kept rooms. They are very small rooms. A nice, comfortable boutique hotel. The entire place is clean and modern.
The room is clean and cosy. Hair dryer is a little bit old. Service also very nice. They offer guests a free drink per person at the check-in day.
Location: 300m away from the central train station and far away from the "Rotlicht" zone. It's quiet at night.
Overall is good. The staff is friendly and polite. breakfast is nice. Hotel is near to train station but we will abit worry when walk from train station to hotel as there are alot of homeless people surrounding. Our room bedframe abit squeaky.

I booked this hotel for a guest and went there myself to check it out. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

Vincent was so kind and went the extra mile for me If I be again in Frankfurt it will be my first chice highly recommended thank you
Hotel Mondial Comfort is in a great location. Although it’s not in the train station area, it’s only a 2-minute walk to the subway station that takes you to the city center. Compared to the train station area, the surroundings here are much quieter, allowing for a peaceful night’s rest. There are also supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby.
One thing to note is that Hotel Mondial Comfort does...
Very good hotel to stay for a night. Very spacious room. The hotel has a good service as they very actively replied to our request. Free bassinet for kids. Free parking but it’s not always available. Only 5-6 spots available at the back area. Must come earlier to get the spots. Walkable through the city. The location feels safe in the apartments areas.
The location is far from the central station, but close to the subway station. There's no air conditioning or refrigerator, but they clean the room daily and provide all the amenities except toothbrushes and toothpaste. It's a very old hotel, but it's quite clean, so it's really good value for money.
The room is very big, except for the bed, which is a little small and a bit old. However, in this location, there are subways and supermarkets, and it is only 15 minutes' walk from the center. And the price is really impeccable, five-star praise

Otel çok güzəl təmiz personal gülerüz konüm tam Avemnin içinde her şey mükkemel...
Everything was great except the day receptionist. First morning there the door to the lobby was locked or stuck, something. We called, we knocked... finally she responded, with an attitude!! She cursed in Germany as if I wouldn't understand. The other people at the counter looked as well. If you don't like your job quit! Otherwise great clean room, great continental breakfast, nice bar/lounge area...
Good hotel…
Breakfast is a bit small
Top location, the only criticism is the missing minibar, warm drinks in summer no thanks
Good location, convenient transportation
Locating can be slightly difficult. As you get out of the underground metro, there is a small signpost called a trip inn and you have to get into the building. Then go up through the lift. There you have the reception. The receptionist was very good and so was the room. Overall, I had a great experience.

Frankfurt am Main, Grethenweg 23, 60598 Frankfurt, Germaniya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
From the outside, the hotel looks very inviting: a stately building with old Frankfurt charm. The interior also has a certain atmosphere, almost antique, with large rooms and furniture that is reminiscent of the 1950s. If you like that sort of thing, you might find it just the right place. My room, however, was in the basement, accessible via several corners and a somewhat gloomy anteroom. While it...
This is an old school hotel in the heart of south Frankfurt. It’s definitely quirky with original furniture from decades ago. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The weather was pleasant so we kept the windows open. Not sure if there is AC in the rooms or not. Don’t go if your expectations are for a modern room. The staff was pleasant. Overnight stay
An overnight stay. Spent little time in the room which was very basic.
As always, had a beautiful room and a wonderful stay. Breakfast was lovely and definitely worth the price. Everytime i come to Frankfurt I book my stay here.
What an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Post war, but with old world charm. Huge ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. Our room was giant. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast is an extra fee but worth it. Delicious and plentiful with lots of healthy options as well as the usual meats and cheeses. It’s a half hour walk from old town so if that’s your jam, you never have to take public transit...
Our room, the Jungle Room, was delightful and comfy. The breakfast was amazing and such a great value. The stairway is beautifully polished and well decorated but steep so watch your step!

The environment is good, clean and hygienic.
The hotel is perfectly located, right next to the central train and bus stations, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Piazza Roma. The staff were quite friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good selection and was well worth the price. However, the facilities were a bit dated, and the kettle and fridge were not very clean.
The check in was smooth, the facility was ok, the breakfast was good.
It was conveniently located near the Flibco bus stop for my late check-in. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit outdated.
I don't live here by myself, but my friends are satisfied with it.
Cheap and simple room, very close to the main train station, yet quiet (window facing the inner courtyard), friendly reception, perfectly fine for a short stay.

The hotel room was too small, and at 1280 RMB per night, it wasn't good value for money. The hotel breakfast, however, was very good.

Really good value for your money. Nicely furnished with a style. Friendly staff. Easily accessible with public transport or with a car. Nice and quite neighbours though number of restaurants to go to for dinner and lunch. Great breakfast, just coffee could be a bit better -) but that is a subjective opinion.
Location is excellent. 500 meters from UBahn I was surprised with an Additional 8€ charge, after I already paid through internet site. We are Taxed to death by Corrupt everything. Great boutique hotel. Lovely people. Kitchen available to make tea, coffee and toast whenever you want. Even a little spa
Positives - clean and modern. Pillows were the best we had in Germany. Good communication via email. Free coffee was actually good. Negatives - parking is very limited. Hotel only had 8 spaces. Hotel was a little hard to find. No air conditioning and desk attendant is not available after 6pm.

Came here more covid when it was under a dif name for few nights when I missed my flight to Us and it helped me get situated and catch up on sleep. Good bed and linens. Showers ok in most rooms. Rooms facing the side street are crazy loud, can’t recommend those.
I like their beds. One room I had got a bad shower and it made everything complicated
The name of the hotel changed, New Owners, they just opened a week ago, meaning renovation in process. Good luck. Is a 3 start hotel and 3 start is what you will see, although I got charged for 5 start hotel because of the Messe exhibition. Owners very nice & decent people.

I could not find any problem which some other commenters complained about. Everything was fine. Performance price ratio is quite high. Location is great, room was clean. The only issue might be the noise coming from the next door.
Was concerned after reading reviews but have only had a few small issues -yes the hotel is old but they are making improvements- the new bar area is nice but lacks atmosphere-staff don’t really seam interested in their jobs couldn’t get more teabags ! As a diamond loyalty member we had no recognition-let’s see what happens when we ask for late check out !
Concerned about reviews but genuinely couldn’t fault this place other than the fact it’s in a slightly shady area by the main station. Receptionist on check in wasn’t particularly friendly but a different employee on check out was. Rooms are spacious, bed linen really clean. A bit of street noise but it calms down after midnight. We paid £78 for a triple room so it was very good value for money.
People rating this aren’t really good with ranking. Room was better than expected and the service was amazing. Food really good. ❤️
Here for one night.
First, the neighborhood is what it is. Drug use, lots of police, general filth, a hearty red light district.
However a few blocks after that everything is clean and tidy. It’s just city life. Is the hotel to blame for this? No. Does the inside of the hotel look like this? No.
There is also a restaurant district, so it is what it is.

Everything was ideal and enough if you will visit only for sleeping. I had 3 nights for bussiness. If you plan with family, more than 2 ppl, it might be not suitable. I enjoyed staying at this accommodation. It was reasonably priced and I'd consider booking here again.
This accommodation was easy to reach via sbahn or ubahn. The sbahn station is less than 10 minutes walk away and the ubahn is 1 minute toward the zoo.
The zoo is a great attraction close by as well as restaurants/cafés, various shops and Bergerstraße.
The room was simple, clean and well maintained...
The hallway smells like cigarette smoke and my initial room also smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The reception has me another room which didn’t smell like cigarette. The room appears a bit outdated especially since they gave me an actual key. There’s no lights next to bed so I hab to move desk lamp next to bed. Otherwise the room is decent for a couple of nights sta.
