The outside needs some renovation as the paint is falling off the windows. The rooms are relatively small but have a desk if you need to work. Hip Hotel, amenities for upscale 4 star and leisure on the posh area of Frankfurt a little bit to relaxed and guest experience was not priority. Rooms only offered on top floor a Japanese bedding, which is not for everyone! We arrived from Florida, and the first thing we noticed when we walked into the receptions was a very welcome attitude. We ordered amazing drinks served by Leon through out our stay!! Carlos made the best old fashion!! Highly recommend!! Sina and Sami were truly amazing too!

I got a spacious nice room. A bit dated, but for 2 nights this was sufficient. Room 106 has a soft mattress, which was not so good for my back problems. The kitchen is good. An honest Italian kitchen, that is why I stayed there for the 2 evenings. Beforehand an aperitif in the lounge and that was all. Friendly staff. If I have to travel back to Frankfurt I will consider this hotel again.

The location is close to Frankfurt Central Station and many attractions. The elevator is cramped, and there was no hot water for showers on the last day. The front desk said the maintenance worker had gone off duty, but they could change our room. Too much trouble, I took a cold shower instead.

Room was clean and on large size. Could not get heat control to move, seemed stuck so waking up was a bit chilly but fine once moving but shower was refreshing after. Not terrible. I arrived too late to go out, so I do not know how situated as far as how close to things.

Ok it’s essentially a bed and bath is extremely close proximity. There is no frills going on here. You will not have a Keurig and you will have no privacy in the bathroom. It is however perfect if you have a 12 hour layover and so t want to sleep in a plastic chair. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Perfect for what it is and very easy process.

Because it was an unmanned system, I had a hard time checking in, and the worst part was the phone connection failure. My flight was in the afternoon, so I wanted to check my bag and go, but the staff member said they were leaving at 2 p.m. and I had to pick it up before then, which was inconvenient.

It's situated in a dodgy area as it's near the main station which has a reputation for crime, however we didn't experience any difficulties. The environment is clean, and the front desk staff are super friendly, making me feel right at home. There's a great selection of TV programs; watching SpongeBob or Fury in my free time was incredibly relaxing and comfortable.

They were really nice about the luggage :) The receptionists let us leave our luggage with them both before and after our check in / check out, which gave me and my husband an opportunity to explore the city luggage free!! The hotel is conveniently located near a large plaza, which is a big plus. It's about a 20-minute walk from the station, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. It's clean, but there's a bit of noise.

It is a completely staff less hotel, at least the frontend staff. Right from opening the main hotel entrance door to your room door everything can be operated from your mobile phone. Really great experience.

A lovely out the way, Hotel. The view from the restaurant is fantastic staff were kind and friendly however we did find that there wasn’t enough body soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Room was clean, the bathroom also has a shower and bath which is a nice touch. We would stay again!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars, if not for the lack of a ramp for luggage. You need to use the stairs to bring luggage inside. Staff are helpful though; walking distance to the Central Station, to the Flixbus terminal.

The investor decided to first optimize the hotel's interior, right up to the breakfast area. This has been largely successful! Unfortunately, from the outside, the hotel still looks like no one would book it without seeing the inside.

I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out.
