The room was well-equipped and clean. There is a large shopping mall nearby with many restaurants and shopping malls. It exceeded my expectations and was very cost-effective.

I've been here several times. The location is convenient. There is a commercial street nearby, which is suitable for business travelers. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, suitable for rest. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. I will come again if I have the chance.

Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

The price is relatively cheap. The location is a bit off, but it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the city center. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though the hairdryer is a bit outdated.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. I would definitely stay here again!

The best part of the hotel was its location - super central and reachable to all the locations of the city. The room was spacious and tidy for the most part. The bed and air conditioning could've been better but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all. However one of the receptionist was very helpful to help, and problems at least solved.

Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome. Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

The environment is pretty good here, though it's a bit far from the city center. There's public transportation just a 5-minute walk away that goes directly to the exhibition hall. You can also catch public transport from the city center to get to downtown.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing.
