Not the greatest hotel in terms of reachability to be honest. Wanted to book something for my mother close to Frankfurt Airport, but still affordable. Should have rather gone for the closer 5* like Steigenberger or so to be honest. I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Frankfurt Airport this time. Its location is right opposite Terminal 1. From my room, I could see the airport out the window. However, it's not convenient to walk there with luggage. You can take the S9 train one stop to Gateway Gardens, and the hotel is straight ahead a short walk from the station. (I have no sense of direction, and the first time I followed Google Maps...

The room was clean, but small. There was an old, sunken bathtub, and I almost slipped while showering. Be careful everyone! Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection wasn't extensive. The location is just one stop from the airport on the S8/S9, but we took a taxi that day, which cost 12 euros.

The hotel is quite large and spacious. It has a distinct Chinese architectural style, but the staff working there are actually European. The breakfast was good.

Great location nearby to airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is easy with the self service counter that avoid long queue on peak hours. Breakfast choices on a weekday offers essential selection. Room is fine. First choice for a night layover.

The hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance away from Frankfurt T2. It your flight is to/from T2, it is a good choice. Room very clean, breakfast is good. Very close to the subway station

The room was well-equipped and clean. There is a large shopping mall nearby with many restaurants and shopping malls. It exceeded my expectations and was very cost-effective.

I've been here several times. The location is convenient. There is a commercial street nearby, which is suitable for business travelers. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, suitable for rest. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. I will come again if I have the chance.

Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

Good experience overall, value for money is decent. The water while showering and washing hands was going from extreme hot to extreme cold even when I didn't touch the knob.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

The price is relatively cheap. The location is a bit off, but it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the city center. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though the hairdryer is a bit outdated.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. I would definitely stay here again!

the hotel is near a train station and the amenities and building is very modern. the place is clean and spacious with the necessary amenities all provided. the concierge even gave us free breakfast and all in all, very value for money!! will definitely be back to stay if i’m in frankfurt

The best part of the hotel was its location - super central and reachable to all the locations of the city. The room was spacious and tidy for the most part. The bed and air conditioning could've been better but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all. However one of the receptionist was very helpful to help, and problems at least solved.

This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated. A wonderful final touch to my stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome. Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury...

Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

Clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Cheese-topped rolls are placed together in a container. There's a spoon in the Nutella, but that could be done differently 😉

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

Hotel location is good. About 10 minutes drive to city centre. Unfortunately the hotel room that we stay has this “funny” smell only to realise that the source of smell is coming from the carpet, likely from dog’s poo. Anyways have inform hotel staff and he acknowledged it.

This hotel is about 1.2 km from the nearest subway station. There aren't many restaurants around. It's not very suitable if you have a lot of luggage. It's also quite a distance from Frankfurt City. I would expect much more refinement from a room which can cost on some days 700+ euro... It’s a very good standard and nothing was missing (only the click system of the closets was not working properly). The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed during our stay. The gym was really tiny and cramped so we didn’t use it as we planned to.. Friendly customer service, great location and nice view...

The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments. Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

Rooms are don't make sense. Why they keep doing these type non sende shower design. Always over flooding. Top of that toilet seat shouldn't be seperate with shower. While there is nothing inherently wrong with this property, it has several cons that may deter you from booking here: The location is not near the city center at all. While there is a metro station here, it's about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There are no restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel and the onsite dining is minimal. Delta Hotels by Marriott Frankfurt may not have the best location, but it has the best value propositions. It's situated in Offenbach, only less than 20mins away from downtown Frankfurt, so you have the access to all the key spots while you get to enjoy the tranquility off the downtown. Like the staffs here, very friendly, even though the hotel is under renovations, they did their best to not disturb...

The location is fantastic, and the price is reasonable too. It's within walking distance to several must-see attractions like the Old Town and the Financial District. You can store your luggage in the lockers conveniently located downstairs at the hotel.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system...

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards . I don’t know why, but our room key card was blocked three times, requiring us to wait each time for it to be unlocked again. Additionally, the parking was very expensive at 45 euros per night.

Hip Hotel, amenities for upscale 4 star and leisure on the posh area of Frankfurt a little bit to relaxed and guest experience was not priority. Rooms only offered on top floor a Japanese bedding, which is not for everyone! Breakfast was good but 24 Euro as a in House guest a little to pricey and not upon the best deal for clients as it regularly maintains 22 Euro for in house guests! Space to improve...

The staff were friendly and polite. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is fairly convenient. There's a supermarket nearby for daily necessities, but not many restaurants are nearby. The hotel room and toilet were small, and the room became even smaller after unpacking. The lighting was dim, but the price was reasonable, so overall I was satisfied. 👍🏽

Rooms are like other ibis around the world. Breakfast is really good, I love the waffle machine. But the top of this hotel is the lobby bar : nice atmosphere, complete menu and the best barman - Daniel. He is very friendly and attentive, no matter how many guests are in the bar. Annika was proactive in reaching out through message even before our arrival. Lara and the bell hopper were excellent in greeting us and explaining everything during our check in. Great hotel, and will stay there gain when in Frankfurt. Loved the room; great breakfast; staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, they have heated floors in the bathroom, which is very nice in the winter! This is a 5 star hotel, and you will enjoy both the location and atmosphere.

A brief return stay in one of the hotel's opera suites. The room still remains one of the better ones but sadly showed considerable wear and tear. Furniture scratched throughout, veneer peeling and TV cabinet wouldn't stay open. Some more maintenance and it could be back to its initial state in no time. The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and five-star standards. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is also excellent and highly recommended. The only inconvenience of this stay was that the hotel's underground parking garage was difficult to find, which took some effort.
