Where to stay in Frankfurt am Main

Rooms not very clean. Staff seems very indifference to guest. Stayed in triple room and the washroom Are very close to the beds! Very uncomfortable layout!

Over we hv a pleasant stay, hotel is on the opposite side of the side entrance at Frankfurt central station.  Welcome drinks and light snacks were provided at the hotel lobby and items in the mini bar were free (2 bottles of sparkling water, 1 Pepsi and 1 beer).

The overall facilities were okay. You get what you pay for. Here I am 11 days later and I am just now beginning to feel NORMAL after as many days with a severe case of stomach flu (Norovirus) which undoubtedly came from the breakfast the following morning. The room is a bit small but the location of the hotel is just a 2 mins walk to Frankfurt main station. Recommended for those people who has early train ride.

It's everything that you would expect from this brand: minimalistic and affordable. The tiny room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly. Don't expect anything more. Location near the train station has its pros and cons (good for getting around and full of fast food places, but not the tidiest of areas). It's a good option for young people and solo travellers.

5 min walk to the station. Close to red light district and not far from the touristy places. However you do have to pass by lots of sketchy people around the area (lots of people on drugs and the less civilised minorities). Very standard room, no luxuries - but that's fair given the price. It's situated in a dodgy area as it's near the main station which has a reputation for crime, however we didn't experience any difficulties. The shower is nice and the bed was soft, however the sheets don't fit well on the duvet and pillows. The reception staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Small cheap hotel perfect for staying a few nights in Frankfurt. The rooms are clean, the price is very reasonable and the noise level is pretty low considering its in the middle of the city. Only downside was the water from the shower drenching the floor and the showerhead needing a cleaning.

It's OK, the location is close to shopping malls.

The room is simple but tidy. The loaction is very good, right beside the center. The best of this hotel is the personel. The lady at the reception - Yana is so very nice, heplful and hardworking! My colleagues and I, we had lots of laughs talking to her! The gentlemen of the night shift is also very kind and always to ready to give all the info we needed. The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

The investor decided to first optimize the hotel's interior, right up to the breakfast area. This has been largely successful! Unfortunately, from the outside, the hotel still looks like no one would book it without seeing the inside.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. Location is good if you are here on transit as the hotel is not near the city center. Also, I have given a lower rating for the location as there were several men just loitering around the hotel (I know this is not the fault of the hotel but we just felt uncomfortable when we were walking around). The room however, was big, spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is perfect place to stay if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel. Very close to the Zoo. No staff on site to help with check in. It is a self-service kiosk at the back of the building. There was a maintenance man around though who was really helpful in directing me to where I was staying. It was perfectly adequate for one night. From the outside, it doesn't look luxurious, of course, but you can't complain. If you need a cheap hotel room for one night, this is definitely the place to stay.

We had the apartment size hotel, which was very spacious. The room came with tea pot, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box and wine cooler. Air conditioning worked great and you could get breakfast, but we chose not to. Bed was very comfortable and a nice Roman bathtub. The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious! As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work...

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible, the free breakfast is great, the room is very comfortable. Every hotel staff we encountered have been very friendly and hospitable- from front desk to dining room. Syndi from the breakfast area is the best! My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. During fair period, pay higher is quite normal. Just one night , nothing to complain. The only issue is there is no Hairdryer in room. Not very convenient.

The hotel is quite a walk from the main train station, about 45 minutes on foot. The breakfast for a budget hotel was decent enough to fill up on, and everything else could be overlooked. However, it's really unacceptable that there was no heating in the middle of winter, and the air conditioning was just for show – it didn't work even when turned up to the max.

The room was tiny. I booked a twin room, and the two beds were pushed right next to each other. Once my luggage was in, there was no space to walk around. It really impacted my experience. The customer service was terrible; I asked for a clothes hanger and never received it, even after three days.

The rooms could use a bit of work, but it's not terrible. I've seen worse Ibis hotels but it's not really up to the "styles" quality level. There a 4:3 LCD screen in my room, and the window shade was stuck.

Ibis Styles is very close 400mtrs to Frankfurt Railway station. Staff is courteous. Rooms are spacious than typical Ibis Hotels. Lobby layout is very attractive. They provide hot water kettle and Tea bags. Luggage storage possible incase of early or late luggage checkin checkout. Umesh n all staff at reception are very nice n diligent in their work. The room is great, clean, front desk and breakfast experient were awesome. The location is a small problem due to the proximity to the train station, the area is not so tidy outside on the sidewalk. Not worth giving less starts because its not the hotels fault and being near transport in general is a good thing.

Rooms are OK but my room had a problem with the curtains who were blocked and wouldn’t go down… location is close to lots of attractions and walkable but also not so safe if you are a girl by yourself. Also it was not a quiet area (lots of disturbing noise in the streets). The service staff was great (Breakfast and at the reception).

I booked without checking the review so I ended up staying in the most very scary location ever in my life. The hotel room was small and everything in the room was compacted especially the washroom. You would rarely get space to open your suitcase. There was always a cigarette and other smell coming to the room.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, so going out wasn't really an option. However, the hotel's proximity to the train station was a big plus! 👍🏻
