Super Comfort stay at the Hotel Room is super clean. Staff is humble. Walking distance to Frankfurt HBF. Rewe and Restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this hotel. We will definitely going to book it again when i frankfurt.

The room is nice, clean and hygienic. The check-in is also very convenient. Luggage can be stored. The service is also good, but it is nearby ** District ***.

Downtown hotel close to the Messe, so it's an easy walk if you're staying here for an expo or conference. My room felt dated and could have been in better condition. The hotel is in a rougher part of the city...didn't feel safe going out in the evenings.

Convenient location and clean.

The hotel has just the right amount for a business trip, just go to sleep and with a small table to work. The hotel staff is friendly. The hallway leading to the rooms smelled very bad.

They were so kind and even let me borrow their coffee pot. I think I'll come back again when I visit Frankfurt!

All through the night the hotel is surrounded by noise by drunkers.

Was an okay stay stayed for 4 nights, had basic amenities good for if it’s just a base to sleep. 24hr reception which was nice as the lift isn’t protected by the key card

The Internet can't be slower. I would not recommend if you need the Internet to work. The location is good, other than that, there's nothing good.

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's just two blocks behind the train station, and there are tons of food options nearby, including about three to five Chinese restaurants.

Stayed for a work related trip and my stay was comfortable. The staffs were very friendly, very helpful when I was in need. It is quite close to the train station, and the road where the hotel is situated is surrounded with various restaurants so the overall atmosphere was more safe and secure than the rest of the road. Because it was an unmanned system, I had a hard time checking in, and the worst part was the phone connection failure. My flight was in the afternoon, so I wanted to check my bag and go, but the staff member said they were leaving at 2 p.m. and I had to pick it up before then, which was inconvenient.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The value for money was absolutely top-notch, for a room that was perfectly spacious and exceptionally clean. As an added bonus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There's a tram stop just 2 minutes away, which offers quick access to the city center or the main train station.

Very conveniently located to the Tram and supermarket nearby in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Room is perfect for one except bathroom is very small otherwise good place for a short stay.

Great location and exceptional service! I’ve stayed here twice, and both experiences were excellent. After checking out from my most recent stay, I realized I left two valuable items in the room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure the items were safely returned to me. I can’t recommend The Pure - and their incredibly helpful staff - highly enough!

Everything was great except the day receptionist. First morning there the door to the lobby was locked or stuck, something. We called, we knocked... finally she responded, with an attitude!! She cursed in Germany as if I wouldn't understand. The other people at the counter looked as well. If you don't like your job quit! Good location, convenient transportation

Locating can be slightly difficult. As you get out of the underground metro, there is a small signpost called a trip inn and you have to get into the building. Then go up through the lift. There you have the reception. The receptionist was very good and so was the room. Overall, I had a great experience.

Pictures on website was confusing with 3 beds, but turned out it’s only two beds. We asked, they did not offer the extra bed instead asked us to call *******. Other than that was good experience.

The rooms we booked are spacious, clean, and tidy. However, both rooms had some little issues including a stuck sink and a broken hairdryer, nothing too big of a deal. After all, it is a very good stay!

You can get in right after getting off the metro station, it's really close. But there are some nasty people walking around on the streets outside. That seemed strange. You can walk to the city center.

The hotel is perfectly located, right next to the central train and bus stations, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Piazza Roma. The staff were quite friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good selection and was well worth the price. However, the facilities were a bit dated, and the kettle and fridge were not very clean.

It is a completely staff less hotel, at least the frontend staff. Right from opening the main hotel entrance door to your room door everything can be operated from your mobile phone. Really great experience.

This is a perfect boutique hotel. Relatively small and intimate, everything has been well thought out for the traveler’s comfort. Other purveyors of lodging should come here and spend the night to see how it’s done.

We loved our stay here. The breakfast iwas amazing and the room was very comfortable. The shower was just ok but that was my only complaint.

Came here more covid when it was under a dif name for few nights when I missed my flight to Us and it helped me get situated and catch up on sleep. It’s under a new name (name outside on building still hasn’t changed ps). I feel it’s better now but also since it’s new it doesn’t run so smoothly yet. Feel like enough staff here do care about the hotel running smoothly and will work to improve and stabilize...

I liked the hotel Astoria because it is located in a quiet location, the metro station a few steps away, and shopping center very close. Very comfortable room and the breakfast service very good.

Everything was ideal and enough if you will visit only for sleeping. I had 3 nights for bussiness. If you plan with family, more than 2 ppl, it might be not suitable. The hallway smells like cigarette smoke and my initial room also smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The reception has me another room which didn’t smell like cigarette.
