Good location. Room was tiny but clean and warm. Staff were friendly

It was decent hotel with all the basic amenities at a very reasonable price. The hotel staff were friendly. I'd have given 5 stars if the rooms were maintained in a better way. There were some lights not working in the room, and thus was a bit dark.

The location is close to Frankfurt Central Station and many attractions. The elevator is cramped, and there was no hot water for showers on the last day. The front desk said the maintenance worker had gone off duty, but they could change our room. Too much trouble, I took a cold shower instead.

The free minibar has three bottles of beer, so you can enjoy a pleasant evening drink. Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of cooking methods, delicious coffee, and a wide selection of breads. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It may not be the fanciest hotel you’ll ever stay in but it makes up for that in character. We just wanted a quick night stay for a family of 5 while passing through Frankfurt for one night. We came in late and left early. It was perfect for this type of stay. The door to the hotel was close to our room and very loud but since we didn’t stay long it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t stay here for a week visit but for a quick stay it’s ok.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. I had to leave again. No water, no coffee or tea. No kettle. No glass, not even in the bathroom, no cup. Just one towel. Small TV that had no power. Bed was very soft. The room faced the street, you could hear the tram and the traffic. Summary: Noisy room with poor facilities. Price was OK.

It's a shared toilet, and then only two floors out of five floors in a building have it, yet there's only one on each of those two floors... I only stayed one night so it was fine, but it's not recommended for long stays. Btw colored hotels are really colorful

The location was good, close to the station, and I was able to stay there without any problems.

Very nice hotel with hospitable receptionist. The transport is impressive and close to Frankfurt Messe. The single room is warm even it is at the end of October of cold weather. My favorite part is the shower head of warm water coming out so quickly and it is clean everyday with nice cleaning services.

Mostly good but the noise at night from the beer garden and restaurant was a bit of a problem - one certainly couldn't leave the windows open. I understand that this is not something the hotel can change but it would make me think twice about staying there again. Towels changed every day, whether used and hung up to dry or not. Eco-friendliness poor. Apart from that a memorable stay. there was hair on my bed sheets. the wall has peeling paint that needs to be painted. it said mailbox in reception but I didnt know where the reception was, I eventually figured out it was on the left hallway. the electrical device (maybe a timer i don't know) in the ground floor hallway by the right door was noisy.
