Where to stay in Frankfurt am Main

The location is fantastic! It's just one stop from Terminal 1, which is incredibly convenient, especially if you have an early flight. Getting a taxi nearby is easy and the travel time is very short.

Pleasant stay at this airport hotel. The room was big and clean. More importantly the price of the room was reasonable.

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was too soft, but the service was very friendly. From the airport, you just take the S9 one stop to Gateway Gardens station, and you're there. You don't even need a ticket, just hop on.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

location is directly opposite Skyline Plaza so was very convenient. Festhalle/messe hbf was just a short 3-4mins walk away. Area around the hotel is safe, bed was also comfortable.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system...

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards . I don’t know why, but our room key card was blocked three times, requiring us to wait each time for it to be unlocked again. Additionally, the parking was very expensive at 45 euros per night.

The room was clean, but small. There was an old, sunken bathtub, and I almost slipped while showering. Be careful everyone! Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection wasn't extensive. An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

The price is relatively cheap. The location is a bit off, but it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the city center. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though the hairdryer is a bit outdated.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury...

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

Rooms are like other ibis around the world. Breakfast is really good, I love the waffle machine. But the top of this hotel is the lobby bar : nice atmosphere, complete menu and the best barman - Daniel. He is very friendly and attentive, no matter how many guests are in the bar.
