This hotel was very convenient and within a short walking distance from the Hbf. There was also a station right in front, which made getting around incredibly easy. This was my third stay at the Europa Hotel – this time in the Europa Style style – and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the cleanliness is outstanding, which is particularly important to me. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Really good value for your money. Nicely furnished with a style. Friendly staff. Easily accessible with public transport or with a car. Positives - clean and modern. Pillows were the best we had in Germany. Good communication via email. Free coffee was actually good. Negatives - parking is very limited. Hotel only had 8 spaces. Hotel was a little hard to find. No air conditioning and desk attendant is not available after 6pm.

The room was very clean and spacious. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The breakfast was a standard buffet, which was also quite good.

The hotel environment is very good. I was passing through Frankfurt on a business trip and booked it for a colleague. They said it was decent, the room was alright, and breakfast was also good.

It was average. The hotel was very near to Frankfurt main central station was a plus point but there were many drug ******* that were hinging around at night.

The hotel was closed due to technical issues but the hotel allocated another hotel for our stay in advance, which was an upgrade, without any additional fees. They communicated with me several times to make sure I was aware of the relocation.

It was not clean overall. I saw minor stains on the bed sheet, and the pillow filling was very dirty. The extra toilet paper in the bathroom was so old. I think they haven't replaced it for so long. The worst part is that there were no elevators and air conditioners. The location and 24 hours desk was good and helpful.

We only stayed one night, it was okay. Bed was confortable and the service from the people in the reception was nice. There was a weird smell coming from the sink, seems it has not been clean for a while and there is no door to separate the shower from the room. The hotel was nice in a very good location and staff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable and all was clean. Breakfast was various but my favourite thing was their honey, because they actually make their own honey and this is super great. If you can buy a jar before to leave I do recommend it, was delicious.

Located in a good neighborhood with lots of good cafe and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is simple yet filling. Rooms are clean.

The room was nice and tidy, offers even a coffe machine (no kettle). Lots of storage in wardrobes. A small bath room offers hair & bodywash in the shower and soap at the sink, as well as a hair dryer. I was surprised by a lovely breakfast buffet with differnt kind of breads and rolls, fresh fruit salad, nice selection of typical German breakfast crudities and chees.

Very clean rooms within walking distance to historic center. Would stay there again.

Stay affordable. Comfort: not up to standard Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially

The outside needs some renovation as the paint is falling off the windows. The rooms are relatively small but have a desk if you need to work. It is located in a quiet residential area but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and you can walk to the Messe also. The Service Personal could be more attentive. It was a one-minute walk from the station, so it was nice and close. Also, since it was close to the station, I thought noise would be a concern, but it was surprisingly quiet.

The hotel is right next to the train station, making it very convenient for train and airport travel. I've stayed there many times before, but some nearby hotels have improved, so I haven't stayed there for a few years. The location is best. 2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. 6-7 mins to a small REWE. The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!

Good value, reasonably priced hotel in a good location for Messe Frankfurt. Room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. The only downside is they don't serve evening meals, but there are a few restaurants close by.

They were really nice about the luggage :) The receptionists let us leave our luggage with them both before and after our check in / check out, which gave me and my husband an opportunity to explore the city luggage free!! The hotel is conveniently located near a large plaza, which is a big plus. It's about a 20-minute walk from the station, so if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. It's clean, but there's a bit of noise.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars, if not for the lack of a ramp for luggage. You need to use the stairs to bring luggage inside. Staff are helpful though; walking distance to the Central Station, to the Flixbus terminal.

My experience was great. I stayed four nights at the beginning of June 2025. We paid for a three people room, very comfortable beds, the room was big and clean, located on the top floor including a nice balcony with great view. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the Old town and 5 minutes away from Frankfurt HBF (on foot). We didn’t have breakfast there due to the price.

Great cost-benefit for a prime location. Rooms are cosy and clean. Bathroom a bit to tight to get into. Fast check-in and check-out. A bit noisy, as you can hear furniture drag on the top floor or the cleaning staff in the next room.
