Where to stay in Frankfurt am Main

The location is pretty good and which is very close to the main station. The shops, restaurants and bars are very close to the hotel but one thing is that it is very crowded surrounding it. The room is not Lage but enough for 2 persons. I would like to give 3 stars only.

Very cheap hotel right next to the main station. The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is a very dodgy place, rooms are dirty and the overall vibe is just weird and dark. The hotel is under construction, there is a lot of noise from everywhere, loud people, noise (and light) from the street and you dont get much of a rest.

It is ranked as a 4-star hotel but in reality it is a 2-star hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel. Part of the hotel is under renovation.

Good location near Frankfurt Hbf. There was some renovation going on in the building, so it might be better to book if you plan to be out most of the day or for weekend stays, as it can get noisy. The location is very close to Frankfurt Main Station. It suits for short stays, like 1-3 nights.

We've booked the Meininger Hotel three times now because of its proximity to the airport. It's only a 10-minute walk to Terminal 2, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) is just 150 meters away. I booked one bed in 6 beds dormitory offer for one night to have better flights choice. Cleanliness : perfect. I arrived at 18:00, check-in easy and fast. 2 people already in room. A trip for the weekend, but glad it was just 1 night. Hotel is in a decent location to airport, T2 is closer about 15 min walk, T1 is 25 min walk or you can get the train 1 stop for around €4 single. The location is right at the corner of the U.S Consulate and a few bus stops away from downtown.

The IT system crashed, and the booking information couldn't be found. They made the customer wait 30 minutes in the middle of the night, and then they paid in full, only to be pushed back to me the next day.

It's quite close to the station, just a few minutes' walk. In the mornings, there are usually plenty of taxis waiting outside, so it's easy to just grab one straight to the airport. The room was also very quiet, which was great.

If u have luggage to pull along, it is not recommended to walk from the airport Terminal 1. Best to either take uber or the city trains. Good location for a proper night rest for those catching early flights or trains due to its proximity to airport and train station.

The price was great on the day I checked in. It felt very much like a five-star hotel back home in every aspect, and it's also very close to the Main River.

Check-in/out was quick except that hotel expect an upfront payment of €40 should you require early checkin, and checkin time was rather late at 4 pm which is much later than most other hotels! When I booked this hotel on the day we arrived in February through Best Western, we were given a spacious room with a fairly large kitchen. Using Trip.com, my room in the same hotel was almost half the size and half the kitchen size in April for more money after a discount. I probably won't use Trip.com again.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist....

The first room offered was not clean. But they changed another room for us.

I extended my stay again, and the price-performance ratio was still very high. Since it was my second stay, they even gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the small bar on the first floor. Although I didn't go, it shows the service was very attentive.

The front desk staffs, the male staffs are very professional and helpful, but the female staffs are not helpful. I asked for directions and the female staff can reply as 'ask the male staff'. This is the worst Hampton by Hilton I have ever stayed, in terms of service.

I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful. Breakfast was ok. But neighborhood is big problem, so you can expect some noce from outside and druggy people hanging arround. Unfortunatelly hotel cant do anything about it.
