The location is fine, next to the train station, there’s a supermarket just next to the hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful, nice and polite. I have already changed the hotel just earlier and I didn’t want to have another kind of conversation about changing room, I was more that 48 hours on the way. The room was very cold despite the heating being on. The room lacked minimal hygiene products such as a toothbrush, cotton pads, and more. There is not even a single bottle of water. The breakfasts are average. This is the worst hotel in this chain that I've been to.

The hotel itself is no issue but the location is! It’s right in the heart of the red light district and from the main train station, you walk through very sleazy streets to reach the hotel! I wished I read properly before booking! Nonetheless, the staff were great and the breakfast spread was good, minus the very rude plump male chef.

Room was small, even I have booked the medium size one. Space was a bit tight. Ventilation in the bathroom had a loud sound. Thanking the team at reception, they were nice.

Nice location - only 2 tram stations away from Frankfurt Hbf. Nice speaker and TV in the room. Disappointingly, the receptionist tried to double charge the city tax when we check out.

The industrial decor is quite cool, the staff is very chill, and the bed is very comfortable! The hotel is still a bit far from the city center, and the surrounding environment feels a bit unsafe. Overall, the hotel is good, the value for money, and the restaurant downstairs is also good, but the surrounding safety is not good.

We stayed one night and visited friends. We booked the two single bed room. It was cozy and convenient. The staff spoke English well and were very attentive. Our stay was exactly what we expected.

Loved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.

The location of the hotel was very nice because it’s close to the city center. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, my room was close to the main street, which caused some disturbance due to car noise during the night and early morning.

Clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Cheese-topped rolls are placed together in a container. There's a spoon in the Nutella, but that could be done differently 😉

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

There's a connected passage to the airport and train station, so you don't have to go outside. It's really convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during my trip to Germany. It’s located within walking distance to the S-Bahn which will take you to Frankfurt in 5 minutes. I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. This is a fantastic hotel with the absolute best people working in Customer Service that you will ever find! I liked my stay here, very good central hotel. Service kind. For some reason a plastic bottle was stuck in the gutter in front of my window.

Bathroom was still dirty from the previous guest. Bed sheets had stains. No drinks in the room. Beds were comfortable. Parking near the accommodation was difficult.

Very friendly I stayed for 6 nights. All single rooms were fully booked except for the first and last days, so I combined a 4-night twin room for the cheapest option. When I checked in, I was told to just use the twin room. I was grateful for the towel dryer and tissue paper in the shower room. I was given accurate, polite, and friendly directions to the walking route to my business trip destination

The room is large for me, the service is ok, but the coffee machine in my room needs to be cleaned inside.

Comfortable, clean, and good service.

This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

I booked the wrong place; it's a bit far from the exhibition hall, so I had to take a taxi. But the room was okay, and breakfast was decent. Across the street is a Woods restaurant 😂

I would expect much more refinement from a room which can cost on some days 700+ euro... It’s a very good standard and nothing was missing (only the click system of the closets was not working properly). The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed during our stay. The gym was really tiny and cramped so we didn’t use it as we planned to.. Friendly customer service, great location and nice view...

The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments. Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

The hotel's location is pretty good, quite convenient. The female staff member from Egypt at the front desk was very enthusiastic and always smiling. On the first day, I requested daily housekeeping, but on the second day, it wasn't done when we returned, and my child was so tired they fell asleep. The location was not my preference. No direct train to the hotel from airport but no issue going to centre by train. Some shopping around the hotel but mostly offices. The other Moxy Centre has direct train to airport. Shopping malls and restaurants are around the hotel.

The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

Located at the quieter end of Frankfurt, however easily accessible to city area and to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Do remember to request housekeeping if required if you're staying less than 3 nights. Only down side is the housekeeper entering the room in the morning even you did not request for cleaning!

Hip Hotel, amenities for upscale 4 star and leisure on the posh area of Frankfurt a little bit to relaxed and guest experience was not priority. Rooms only offered on top floor a Japanese bedding, which is not for everyone! Breakfast was good but 24 Euro as a in House guest a little to pricey and not upon the best deal for clients as it regularly maintains 22 Euro for in house guests! Space to improve...

I got a spacious nice room. A bit dated, but for 2 nights this was sufficient. Room 106 has a soft mattress, which was not so good for my back problems. The kitchen is good. An honest Italian kitchen, that is why I stayed there for the 2 evenings. Beforehand an aperitif in the lounge and that was all. Friendly staff. If I have to travel back to Frankfurt I will consider this hotel again.
