Very nice and clean hotel in the center of Cologne. Very close to main station and cathedral. Recommended.

As we arrived after 8pm, we thought it was unavoidable that we wouldn't be able to receive cleaning service on the same day, so we moved to another room, but it was also not properly cleaned and was a size smaller, so we ended up staying in the original room we were shown and waiting for cleaning service the next morning

The location, the receptionist's service, and the room furniture were all wonderful, but the cleanliness was disappointing. If they outsource cleaning, I think they should change it for the sake of the hotel's reputation

Everything else was great, so it was disappointing and a shame that the room was barely cleaned. Specifically, - There were socks on the closet shelf, likely left behind by a previous guest

As we were planning to stay for two nights, we left the room to go sightseeing hoping that it would be cleaned the next day, but all that was replaced was the towels for the bath mat

One of the nicest locations in the center of Cologne. Comfortable room with a amazing chair/sculpture. Beautiful view of the Basilica of St. Gereon and plaza from my window. Excellent restaurant adjacent, La Fonda

Stayed here for 1 night. Friendly staff, the room was clean, the bathroom was very clean. Just like the beds. Yeah, you're close to the Dom and you're in the inner city. So, don't expect 0 noise in the night/morning.

Best Location. Rooms are small but well organized. Breakfast is good. Walking distant to the cathedral and to the shopping outlets. Simple but great hotel.

Located right next to main railway station and U-bahn station of Breslauer Platz. Kölner Dom and city center (old town) are within 10 minutes walk. Pretty tasty breakfast buffet for 10€.

less than 5 minutes walk from main station. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk can speak both Deutsch and English. The price is reasonable. Nothing to complain.

You get what you paid for. That’s it! But the reception staff at night (the elder one) was really welcoming and helping. He made our stay better than expected.

Located centrally close to city and train station

Next time I will eat in local cafe. This aside, the room is comfortable, could be little more soundproofing on windows though! I think this is reflected in the price considering central cologne as well

The location of the hotel is really good. It’s near to everything in walking distance. The rooms are simple but good and clean. The bed was comfortable enough for two nights and the service was good as well

The location was great (10 min from the HBF) and the room was clean but people should be aware the hotel is in the center of a construction project, tearing down and rebuilding multiple buildings and they start at 7 or 8 am in the morning

This hotel is closed to central train station. It's very convenience !!. My room is very comfortable for staying alone. everythis was really good. except the Wifi connection. It was quite slow.

Being near the station, all kinds of amenities are very convenient. The hotel lobby even preserves a brick from 1979. The breakfast has a rich selection of cheeses – a cheese lover's dream! German beer is truly delicious

We stayed at the premises for a night. The premises are quite cheap and easy-to-find, just in one of the central busy streets. They have round the clock check-in desk. Overall, the check -in was easy and fast

Perfectly serviceable and in a central location but the room was very basic and entry was via a door to an outside corridor.

Great hotel to explore Cologne. About a twenty minute walk from the main train station but there are underground stations closer. Our room was nice and more than what we needed.

The hotel itself in on 2-4ths floors of the building; the first floor is a very busy restaurant. Great things: - they let me check in early - despite having the restaurant of the first floor, the rooms are quiet

The hotel was ideally situated in the centre of cologne and close to the Christmas Markets and local shopping centre.

Areas for improvement: - no air conditioning/thermostate in the rooms; I needed to keep the windows open to lower the room temp - stair case is carpeted, but the carpet in dirty - the access card to the building does not work at night; i and another customer had to bang on the door and the windows for at least 10 min before someone came to open the door

So, I literally had to mop the floors every single time I would use the shower. Please make it more practical. - no safeboxes in the rooms for any valuables

The reception is not staffed at night. They use 40 cm glass panel to shied the water, which still pours on the floor in the common bathroom area

They claimed that the the hotel is safe, but with the restaurant guests going back and worths, I feel in needed the safe

The hotel has a kitchen and washing areas, so that provides some advantages against other places for longer visits, i recommend registering on their site for a better register process

It was quirky in that there were no keys you had to input your last name into a kiosk and then it gave you a code for the front door and a different one for your room. No elevator and a curved staircase

Conveniently located near Barbarossa Platz tram lines. 4 stop from the Central Station. Room was compact but modern and well appointed. Funky abd pleasant lobby. I was able to park my bike in the secured garage.

An absolute must if you want to experience the Kölsche culture, locals, food. Bier is the best and made in-house. Food is typical Cologne culture and amazing. We would have loved to be able to try the entire menu

Located in great area, there's a great pub downstairs where you can get a free Bier, good German food and nice welcoming from the bartender. Only 2 tram-stops away from Koelnmesse

Good service Beautiful rooms, 1 free drink per guest on arival. Nice view on de Dom Of Cologne. Con: all german tv. Even english voices are german. But overall a nice stay.

It is very close to the city center and can be reached on foot. Check in at 3 pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage for free. The service staff is very enthusiastic. I will choose this hotel next time.

Also the fact that we needed to wait for half an hour for check in because reception was empty didn't make it better. The location is in the very center of the city though

The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. A balcony is available upon request for smokers. Parking is available for €16 per day. It's close to the center (15-minute walk). The staff were very welcoming.

Good value for one night staying: basic but very clean and comfortable room. The only thing is that the reception seems doesn’t speak English (only German), and it makes communication quite difficult
