Neptune Apart-hotel in Hersonissos

The experience we are having at the hotel is not at all what we expected. I came here to relax and create good memories. I want to express my gratitude to some team members, including Maria, Rafael, and all the staff in the morning—you are doing a great job, and the food is delicious! However, there are issues with the management, particularly with Anastasia, which have made us feel uncomfortable. The use of irony in communication, as well as the presence of management dining in the restaurant alongside customers, has contributed to a feeling of pressure in the environment. They need to focus on their staff operations at hand. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a motorway, resulting in constant noise. We also cannot forget about the dogs that can be heard at night. Overall, we do not feel that we are in a 4-star hotel.
