Deluxe Hotel in Chania Town

​A Bright Example of Greek Hospitality – Simply the Best!
​We apologize for the late review (we stayed in May), but we simply had to take the time to communicate to the world that Roula, the owner, and her entire team at Deluxe Hotel deserve every bit of recognition and acknowledgement for their outstanding hard work and hospitality.
​Every single staff member, from reception to housekeeping, was a bright example of what Greek hospitality is all about. Every interaction and request was met with genuine professionalism and friendliness. Truly, anything we asked for was never an issue.
​The location is second to none -it's absolutely perfect. We were near everything we could possibly need, yet completely shielded from any unwanted noise. The experience of having the local Saturday market right outside our door was a lovely bonus, giving us a great opportunity to soak up the local hustle and bustle and feel a genuine cultural connection right on our doorstep.
​Our room was always spotless, the amenities were very satisfactory, and the overall value was excellent. The price we paid was more than fair for all the comfort, service, and location we received.
​Thank you, Roula and the Deluxe Hotel team, for contributing to such beautiful memories of our time in Chania. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

This is a 3-star hotel, so we didn’t expect anything too fancy – and overall it was fine. However, it would be great if the room key with the magnetic card wasn’t attached to the same keychain. If you're staying as a couple and one person wants to pop out to the shop, the other is left without a key and… without electricity too.

There’s absolutely no soundproofing – if a family with kids happens to stay next door or upstairs, you’ll hear every step, every cry, and every parental shout. On the bright side, the place was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with the basic utensils. The bathroom was spacious, but after a shower the floor was soaked, as there was no glass screen or curtain to keep the water in.

The mattress had springs, so I felt every movement my husband made – sometimes I wasn’t even sure whether it was another minor earthquake or just him scrolling on his phone 😂😂😂

Been there for a short trip to Chania, the girl in the reception was wonderful, she show us the room and give us few tips where to go in Chania.
Perfect position next to center, the room and bathroom are big and clean!

If I will ever comback to Chania I know where to go!

Amazing 2-night stay :) had a lovely room filled with all needed amenities in a very good location near the port. Everything was spotless clean. The cleaning lady did a great job, came back on the second day to find everything in place, she even hanged up a few clothes which we had left on the bed! Also, super sweet lady at the reception, always so helpful and kind. Thank you ❤️
