Compact territory, simple rooms. Small beach kompensiruet two seawater swimming pools for children and adults. Good location: 5 minutes from Hersonissos, a tourist centre with its many shops, souvenir shops, taverns, bars and discos. Please note: the main building adjoins the Park of water attractions Star Beach – noisy. Recommended for families and young people.

Location: 100 m from bus stop, 1 km from the centre of Hersonissos, 25 km from Heraklion airport.
The hotel has 595 rooms.
Consists of eleven multi-storey buildings.
Beach: private beach on site and a public 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Platform. Parasols and sun loungers.
Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Pets are not allowed.
Meals: Breakfast: from 07:00 - 10:00, Lunch 12: 15 - 14:00, Dinner: 18:30 - 21:00. Buffet. Greek and international cuisine.
System "all inclusive" operates from 10:00 - 22:00, includes refreshments, hot and alcoholic drinks of local production (concentrated juice, soft drinks, draught beer, house wine, ouzo, raki, brandy, tea and coffee). Drinks are served in plastic glasses.

wonderful! 2024 & 2025 amazing place, wonderful location: first line and several pools, there is a beautiful place for walking & beach &, swimming, testy cuisine, especial thanks for small area in sea for the smallest visitors and their moms, 2 waterparks for each age and friendly barmens, clean rooms, the only shortage: poor and bit dirty gym but it is not necessary for one week vacation, for their banana ice-cream I can sell my psyche)))), I adore this place

Our stay was fine, the food was great, the location of the hotel is huge, you can walk around a lot if you get bored of all the sand and sea, the tax hotel was very expensive 😬 ,most expensive I ever paid on a vacation, 10 € a day, if you wanted air conditioning that had a cost a day too 😬 ...the beach itself was unpleasant, full of rocks, so watch your feet, if you want to have fun there are lots of activities around you 🙂 ,if you want a good drink just go to any tavern, the hotel drinks are bad 😬

The rooms were always full of dirt (never cleaned properly) the towels also dirty.
There are open wires everywhere around the hotel. The big trash containers are never taken care of - the whole area smells of garbage. In the cafeteria- only disposible cups which are super bad for the enviroment considering that one person in the hotel uses at least two cups in a day. There is always shortage of food. The elavator doesnt work.
The pool is also not cleaned properly. The coffe is horrendous.
I don’t really understand how can this place call itself 4 star hotel when im not sure if it could get at least 2. Luckily we got to rent a car and didn’t have to stay at the hotel at all, only through breakfast. Avoid at all costs.

Never again – a complete waste of money!
❌ Food – disgusting: inedible, cold, and constantly repeated.
❌ “All inclusive” – a joke: only watered-down beer, wine, ouzo, and brandy of the lowest quality.
❌ Misleading advertising: the water slides shown in photos were mostly out of order due to renovations – only a small (unphotographed) part was working.
❌ Rooms – smelly and dirty, air-conditioning barely works.
❌ Overcrowded resort, completely understaffed.
❌ Bartenders rude and unfriendly – one of them was constantly coughing without covering his mouth, and my partner ended up with a fever during the last two days.
❌ Massive disappointment – absolutely not recommended.
✅ Only positive: beautiful sea – but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
👉 My honest warning – stay away from Eri Beach!

This hotel is absolutely **not a 4-star** — it's barely **3 stars**, and even that’s generous.
**Cons:**
* Bed linen wasn’t changed properly — only by request.
* Shampoo and soap were provided only once for the entire stay.
* Rooms smell bad after previous guests — likely from smoking.
* Air conditioners are dirty and full of mold, not cleaned at all.
* Food is very basic: lots of processed products, cheap sausages, and the same side dishes repeated daily (rice with lemon, pasta with lemon, fried potatoes with lemon, and mash that tastes like it’s from powder).
* Some salads were made with rotten tomatoes.
* No natural juices — only sugary instant ones.
* Beer and wine at the bar are watered down and taste terrible.
* No bottled water in the rooms — only available in the canteen or bar.
* Many unsafe areas: broken tiles on the floor — easy to trip or cut yourself.
* Water slides are old and poorly connected — after using them, my son had bruises and sore ribs.
* Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful.
**Pros:**
* Direct access to the sea.
* Several swimming pools.
* Most rooms have sea views.
**Overall impression:** extremely budget-level vacation. Everything feels cheap and overly cost-cut. This hotel is **not even close to a real 4-star** experiece.

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them. Other than that good location lots to do and nowhere is 100% but it's the small things that count.

The room was practical, nothing fancy but absolutely fine to rest your head. The food was ok. The location was great. The staff in the onsite supermarket were lovely. The 2 Albanian gentleman working the pool bars were the rudest, most miserable people I met the whole holiday. Advice, get a job where do you don't deal with people. I would recommend this place for families. It can be quite busy, but you have everything you need here.

It's the worst hotel I've ever been!
No wifi in rooms ,bed is hard as rock and god damn rude receptionist.
Bathroom stinks and withuot air cond.
No activities for Adults apart of pool ,bar and snooker.
For air cond you need to pay extra....God damn I've already paid for all inclusive package and I need to pay extra ....? Plus no internet in bed rooms ...
All equipment is old and partly broken!
Wouldn't recomend this hotel for anyone!!
Plus you will see that people who rated this hotel with high rank is usually Russians who definatelly have different concept of "good hotel"(don't have nothing against them and I'm not racist) .
Basically this hotel should have maximum 2 stars as only food saves it. Generally 1 star ...

This is not a real 4 star hotel. Old rooms, no or not working elevators. I don't want to imagine the restaurant during peak season(survival of the fittest kind of buffet). No Wi-Fi in rooms, cooler frozen over. Beach suitable only for people with harden (feet) soles or swimming shoes. Still, rooms are clean, bedsheets and linen are also proper and changed daily. And if you manage to get some food during meal time, it's quite decent and you have enough choices.

The hotel is ok but don't expect luxury. Food is rather boring-everyday nearly the same dishes. Even if there was something new to eat is was quickly taken by lots of Russians, Poles & Czechs/Slovaks who occupy this hotel (most of them behaves like they didn't eat for long time and there is real fight for food). As in many beaches at hotel a towel-booking rules which means that a person leaves a towel on sunbed very early in the morning (or even the precedent evening) and it may even not appear for the whole day blocking the place. Be also prepared for nasty mosquitos in rooms - you may leave the hotel with many bites on your body :)
