I stayed at this hotel for a week, and the experience was truly made easier thanks to the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to assist me-making phone calls on my behalf, helping with directions, and even supporting me with paperwork, all despite the language barrier. George, in particular, was exceptionally kind and understanding during a very difficult time for myself. I'm so grateful for the care and compassion shown to me. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and very comfortable. Housekeeping and bar staff were all friendly and welcoming. The food was good freshly cooked in front of you on the grill and plenty to choose from. Excellent service all round highly recommended for their outstanding service.

I recently stayed at Semiramis Village and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room itself was clean, but very dated, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the neighbouring room, not ideal for a relaxing stay. The pool area was also dated and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. While technically usable, it wasn’t inviting, and the sunbeds were old and uncomfortable. The food was by far the worst part of the stay. The quality was very poor, trying to identify what the “meat” or “fish” was became a guessing game. Salads were dried out and there were no proper vegetarian options whatsoever. To make matters worse, the restaurant staff didn’t interact with British guests, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. On the positive side, the bar staff were friendly and helpful and the reception team gave a warm welcome upon arrival. Sadly, that friendliness from all of the reception team didn’t continue throughout the stay. As a female solo traveller, I have never felt so unsafe. There was shouting and screaming at night, doors being rattled and the overall environment felt very insecure. When I raised my concerns, the hotel initially tried to blame me / the brits but dismissed my safety worries. I still didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving early to stay elsewhere. I’ve travelled alone many times and never felt the need to cut a trip short, until now. I would not recommend this hotel to solo travellers, and honestly, not to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, or enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately we did not like this hotel. There were no towels at the pool and we weren’t allowed to take the towels from our bathroom, we had to buy towels ourselves. The pool was also freezing cold. The sheets and towels were not very clean. There was not a lot of choice at the buffet and it was very similar each time. The hot dishes were labeled but not the cold ones so it’s difficult to know what it is. We booked all inclusive but there is almost nothing included in this, the soda drinks were not good, it was like it was mixed with water. Only basic, cheap alcohol was included. If you wanted something else you had to pay. In the afternoon there was a very little snack buffet and the ice-creams were not included you had to pay for them. In an all inclusive this is not normal. I also don’t recommend this hotel if you’re vegetarian or vegan, almost no options. It’s also very loud at night, we were close to the elevator and it woke me up every time someone took it. Also nothing in the room to drink, we could only take plastic cups from the bar to our room. I’ve done a lot of hotels in my life and I don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel.

Let me just start by saying that this was out first "last minute" holiday which we booked before checking any reviews and we could not be any happier that we booked this hotel! Please ignore anyone complaining about staff in hotel because those guys could not be any better even if they tried. Check-in was very easy all information about facilities, extra charges, treatments were explained clearly. We were recommended some excursions which we could have booked with hotel also. Hotel is located 30min walk by the sea between 2 great towns (Stalis and Hersonisos). Stalis had fantastic stretch of sandy beaches and Hersonisos is definately your party central :) Room are basics yes, but come on people...unlike others, we booked this holiday to spend time by the pool in the sun while drinking cocktails. Beds in room are super comfy, view of the sea and massive coastline is priceless, cleaning service provided daily so there is really nothing to complain about :) Food...we were pleasantly surprised with food. We were expecting sale old thing day in day out but over 8 days of our stay, there was variety of meats, pastas, rice every day :) and all really tasty. Yes you have your daily salads, fruits, toppings or sauces but overall meals were fantastic :)...and soups...soups were delish 😊 Pool are was very clean, plenty of room to enjoy day in the sun and best of all (maybe bacuse we went out of season)., there was not a single "reserved" sun bed from 6am. May times we would go to pool at lunch time and still have loads to choose from :) As for staff in restaurant and pool bar...those guys are incredible. Girls in restaurant work with smile on their faces day in day out, really friendly and helpful. Bartenders (day and night crew) we my favourite people in the hotel. And no, not because they were the ones giving us drinks but because they really made this holiday special. We had great laughs while they were teaching us Greek, they were always there to say hi in the afternoon and goodnight to every person before they went home. Honestly one of the nicest people I met working in holiday resort. All in all, this place is fantastic. Yes there are things that could be improved like licker of pain here and there different decor in room or colour of bedding but this is not why we go to such beautiful locations. We were in the room only to sleep and change so we had everything we needed...and more. Thank you to all staff that made our holiday so special :)

Very very very good service , tasty food, great spa!!! Inna the massagist is WOW!!!! Very professional, kind, explains everything and has golden heart and hands! George from the reception is one of a kind! Made everything to make us feel comfortable. Must thank Emilio the chef for his kind attitude! The location is a little bit hard to get by walking. Its better to have a car. By the way we rented a car right in the hotel and it was a good experience.

For the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌

For 50 euro all inclusive is a good deal. Food is okay, free beer and drinks made of local gin and vodka. Pool water is cold, but sunshine all day long to the pool area. Parking place next to the hotel available.

The personnel is good and welcoming, the cleaning is not perfect but very good though. The food is not at the 4 stars level in my opinion but is good.
It was a very pleasant stay by the way.

Fantastic view
Fantastic people .
My greetings and warm wishes to George who works at the service.
It doesn't matter about rooms. It matters that you have a wide view at the sea
It really relaxes you. It opens your mind
It also matters the caring staff.
I want to come here again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
