This hotel is to be avoided. The room was too small, the food was terrible, and in the evenings it was served plated, no buffet—just rice and potatoes. If you're diabetic, go somewhere else. The worst part is, you have to pay 7 euros a day for air conditioning. The satellite TV was broken, and the rooftop pool was tiny. In short, it was awful.

Welcoming, but with a tourist tax of €100 for two rooms plus €140 for two air conditioning remotes. The rooms are clean but very dated, with only 10 TV channels. The breakfast is international, but for the price, you can find better.

I regret to give a rating of 2/5, because the staff deserve the highest distinction! The hotel staff are wonderful people - polite, helpful and friendly. Their commitment makes the stay more enjoyable, but unfortunately the hotel itself has many shortcomings that lower its standard. Food - the biggest minus The main problem is the quality of the meals. The food was mostly inedible - noticeable flavor enhancers, cheap powdered sauces and low-quality products made it difficult to enjoy the meals. It is worth emphasizing that this is not a typical all inclusive - apart from breakfast - lunches and dinners are served to the table, with no choice, apart from salads and drinks. Vegetarian? You have to report it in advance. There is a pre-set menu available for the whole week. I had stomach problems, which never happens to me, so I advise against choosing the option with meals - it is better to eat out. Bar - drinks and alcohol - limited, poor selection. Cons: • The water tastes like from the ocean - it is so salty that you can't drink it. It is better to stock up on bottled water right away. • No typical bar – drinks are served by the receptionist at the reception, which is strange and uncomfortable. • Rooftop bar only until 6:00-7:00 PM – it closes when people would like to start the evening fun. • No entertainment – ​​not even background music. If there was one employee at the pool bar until 10:00 PM, the hotel would have a completely different atmosphere • No access to the pool for disabled people – the lift does not reach the roof - where the pool is located • Rooms in the PRL style – this was not a problem for us, but it is worth knowing • Cleanliness 3/5 – apart from basic cleaning, there was dust in many places • Noise – if the room is on the side of a busy street, it is difficult to sleep. Fortunately, they changed our room at our request. Advantages of the hotel: • Delicious Dalfona Coffee - available only at the bar, unfortunately not during meals • Location - great base for trips, close to a bus stop, large supermarket, numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. About 500 meters to the sea. • Good beer and wine - served by a waiter during meals. • Staff - definitely the strongest point of this place! Summary If it weren't for the fantastic staff, the rating would be even lower. The hotel will work as a base for trips, but I definitely don't recommend the meal option. The owners could improve a lot - the quality of the food, the availability of the bar and minimal entertainment. Then the place would have the potential for a much higher rating.

Reception was very basic and dark, room is very outdated and colour scheme is dark. Bathroom could do with a revamp. I went all inclusive? Well that’s what I paid for but you don’t have a selection on what you eat. It’s sit down and wait for your food. Like it or lump it. Drinks are the same there’s no bar downstairs you have to ask the receptionist you’re order and it’s limited to what’s on offer and beer is poured from cans and if half way through pouring your drink and can runs out they open another one and use that. There’s no snacks or buffets. Rooftop pool is stunning,quiet and enough sunbeds for everyone. The only downside is the pool shack is really limited to your drinks it’s beer (poured out of a can) or vodka with coke,lemonade or cheap Fanta lemon. No snacks at all from the bar but there’s a vending machine with all the snacks? Yes you have to pay for them. So really I’ve basically paid for an all inclusive holiday but really its full board. Location though is brilliant as 5 minutes to beach,restaurants and bars which close at 12am , across the street is a supermarket with everything you’ll need
