We was last year 2024, all was ok special the food , the rooms was clean, but the furniture was outdated and the bathroom with the open shower wasn't very good. We only had breakfast, which is very ok. They have their own tavern, they do everything for very good food . It was very good for us.

The hotel and the staff were very professional and always positive. They were very kind and welcoming. What’s a bit annoying are the showers, which are quite narrow, but overall, I recommend it. Although we booked through an agency, the hotel offered us more support than the travel agency when it came to booking an extra room due to a flight cancellation

Nice and clean room. The shower was a little too small. The fact that the hotel has a pool saved our holiday because we couldn't swim in the sea due to the waves and stones in the water. Me and my partner stayed for 1 night as we were waiting for a ferry. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, they let us leave our bags in the luggage room till late at night when we had to catch our ferry. The location is central and the friendliness of the information office is top notch. The facilities were clean and there was a separate veranda where you could wash and dry your laundry, as well as a table and two chairs. The downside is that the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to turn around, and there is the inconvenience of not being able to fit your left foot into the toilet seat.

Great localization, near to the most important spots od Heraklion, room was spacious, everything was very clean. It was great that we could leave our luggage when we checked out and were going to Knossos.

We selected this hotel because of the proximity to the harbour. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the Seajets ferry to Santorini. Hotel is clean, rooms are well fitted. The street is quite noisy and you need to have the AC running all night. The price is very reasonable. Personnel is very friendly.

A fantastic hotel, just 200 meters from the Cretan Archaeological Museum. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel to Knossos Palace; a round trip costs €5. The room I booked was great, the bathroom was clean, and it had a balcony, but it was a bit noisy at night because it's near the road. The balcony was far too narrow, and there was only one folding chair that fit across the room, so it was impossible to chill on the balcony in the evening for two. The shower was very small and the water spilled out. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff was really friendly. Everything was close: a supermarket, a restaurant, and a café, and it was only about 3 minutes to the beach.

The staff is very friendly, keeps the place clean, and tends to guests' requests. However, it was not a pleasant experience for me because the WIFI did not work most of the time. So, for a business traveler who needs to remain connected or join online meetings, this is not the place. For pleasure travels, Kronos would be an excellent choice given the location and the service.

The website says they have parking. BUT this is limited and we were told we’d have to drive to this offsite parking lot and walk back (about 10 minutes). Not a good option for walking to get your car in the dark at 6 am in unknown area, driving back to the hotel to then load up your luggage.

This was a great location to visit Old Town Heraklion. Near the Venetian Fortress and the pedestrian avenues. Provides bottled and filtered water, endless. Provides free parking. Very clean. Elevator. Great deal.

Great, clean hotel with amazing breakfast. The room was spotless, with a balcony, a comfortable bed, fresh towels and a great bathroom. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast area had a beautiful view over the harbor. We only stayed for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer. Once settled in it was a great experience.

Everyone we talked to was nice. The breakfast was a good addition (they served these "Cretan sweet treats" that I loved). I liked that we had 3 separate beds in one room and the balcony had a nice view. The bathroom was a decent size but the shower could have been cleaned a little more and the toilet ran often. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay and I'm glad I went here for my stay in Heraklion

It's a good spot to stop if you're looking for shopping and quick access to the harbor. Parking is difficult. The staff was nice and helpful in answering all of our questions. The rooms are a little run down and very noisy with the planes flying out of the airport, so bring your earplugs! Overall, it's not bad for a quick stop, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.

The Marin Hotel was a wonderful place to stay for our stop in Heraklion A great location near the ferry port and airport. A short walk to markets, restaurants and attractions.

Ideal location, close to the harbour, the old city, the bus to Knossos and the bus terminal. Very helpful receptionists. The view during breakfast is fabulous. Lots of choice from the buffet. The rooms aren't too big but after all you don't come here to sit all day in a room. Very reasonable price.

Nice little hotel at a good location, both close to the airport and the city center. The staff were very pleasant, with a special mention to Katerine, Who answered all our questions and even called places when we needed. The only problems was that the bathroom was a little small and the breakfast was nothing to write home about. Also you stop hearing the plane sounds after the first couple hours.

It's a well placed hotel. Not too far to the center and not too close also, its positioned in a rather active road full of shops and restaurants for all flavors. The personal is very cordial and friendly. The hotel pool is a big plus for the evening when you're too tired to go out.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

The location is great, right by the port and minutes to the town center. I had a rental car and it was easy to park in the Port parking lot for 3 euro per day. The room is pretty big for us and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is very modern and the coffee is very good, but the street is too noisy at night, the room is not soundproofed, and the TV next door is very loud. But there is free parking downstairs.
