The service is nice, from reception to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff. Swimming pool super nice with enough places to chill. Price quality ratio is definitely okay but please do something about the showers

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money

Ignore all the bad reviews, at this price, you can't get better. Just keep in mind there is no WiFi in the rooms, but a 15 euro Cosmote sim card with unlimited data for 1 month sorts that problem out quickly

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view

Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. That is clearly stated in advance

It's a very basic hotel, built a long time ago but it's clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, sea views and access to the beach below your balcony is crazy good

The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful

He used his advice often! The hotel is very close to the bank, the hotel and the square, so many snack bars! If you want to go on a beach holiday, it is advisable to rent a car (we found out only on the island), because there is no beach near the hotel where you can swim

The hotel is one of the larger properties in Zakynthos, with well-maintained facilities and clean, comfortable rooms

Lovely hotel in brilliant location with super friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool excellent - shout out to Takis, good bloke. Excellent and wide ranging breakfast choices. Cleaning staff and reception also great

What an amazing Hotel! Our room had that charming local Zakynthian style, but everything was modern and newly renovated. The highlight, though, was the rooftop pool—amazing views and a super relaxing vibe

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh

After a few days we didn’t go there anymore The pool was really dirty and the sunbeds dirty and really used On the bright side, the staff was really friendly

We stayed for 10 nights in September We chose the hotel mainly for the location as we had not been to Argassi before Our room on 1st floor was huge with a lounge and separate bedroom, we were in the main building overlooking the pool tucked away in the corner, nice and quiet The hotel was full but we never had any problems getting a sun lounger Breakfast was very good, a good selection...

A small kettle was provided as well as a fridge but no tea or coffee sachets. The room was cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed regularly. Pool area was nice with a snack bar serving a variety of food

We spent 11 nights here at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed with a nice balcony overlooking the pool

I'm sure they must have tipped the beans cold into the food warmers because even if you went to breakfast bang on 8am, the beans were cold. The jam selections for toast were very sparse

Didn’t see any being reserved and so this was brilliant as I hate sunbed wars! There were a few odd tiles missing around the fountain in the pool but nothing major

Great location, staff are so friendly loved our room it was spotlessly clean beds are comfortable and we was overlooking the pool,bar in the night played music into the early hours but was more of a distant sound so it didn't bother us

(our part of the hotel we got the room in). Also the swimming pool area could be cleaned well. The Sambuca bar downstairs was totally noisy until 3-4 in the night

Fantastic family run hotel. Always a very warm welcome from extremely lovely staff nothing is too much trouble & they always go above & beyond. Highly recommended for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

We went half board food in the evening was top quality offering a four course meal, never had the same thing twice throughout the week

Other than that, the room is fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Another drawback is the Wi-Fi connection: it’s quite weak and only really works properly near the pool or the restaurant

We arrived mid afternoon and were told our rooms weren't ready, so hit the bar! We were then escorted to our room by Patricia. It was a ground level room with a private bathing area and sunbeds outside

The manager, Spiros, went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The receptionist was always so kind and helpful, and every staff member we met was friendly and professional

They truly made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a place with great service, warm hospitality, and good value in Zakynthos, I highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Getting there was easy—just a pleasent drive from Dionysios Solomos Airport, with plenty of car rental options available right outside the terminal

The food served there is delicious too! Breakfast was varied. Nice coffee and Greek yoghurt but you could also have eggs and bacon etc… The pool is clean and there are plenty of beds

A big mention to George at the bar,he goes above and beyond, it is special when you have a barman who is multiskilled and with character, he gives people service from their sun beds especially the 20 cheese and onion toasties 🤣

The pool is nice and quiet during the day and a good place to relax , at the front of the hotel at night can become noisy due to bars and traffic

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday and stayed at la caretta we were very pleased with the room and found it very well equiped for our needs ,the hotel is central and in good walking distance from bars and resturants also the beach is just a 5 miniute walk

Lovely pool to lazy around and only a 10 minute walk to the beach All my family were impressed with the Whole package and Mihaela kept us all on the same level Look forward to seeing them again

We did not stay at the hotel, but we hired quad bikes from the owner, Jerry. It was the end of the season and he was so welcoming and accommodating! He really went out of his way to make our experience special

The best hotel in alykanas, we’ve stayed there a few times over the past couple of years. The owners are amazing, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are lovely clean and modern

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town and has steps down to the sea so very central. Having read previous reviews I was not expecting much. The beds were comfy with toppers on

A food shop next door open late for everything and great for bottled water and groceries on arrival, stays open very late. Restaurants open late too which is great when we didn’t arrive until late

20 metres away steps lead to the sea. Not crystal clear but very warm. Snack bar great with a small selection of ice creams drinks and cocktails, serving lunch and breakfast

Second time to this hotel and we were not disappointed Excellent location close to bars, restaurants and shops all within a minutes walk! We had a great sea view from our balcony! We knew we had to pay €10 per night for a/c but it was worth it! We paid for the air con, the rooms were basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Small kitchenette with kettle, 2 ring hob, sink and fridge with freezer

I would go back tomorrow if I could! The pool was lovely, and very clean. The hotel gave us towels to use at the pool. The beds in the room were so so comfortable

The hotel is in a remote peaceful location sat on a cliff top with great sea views. Most days my wife and I would have the pool to ourselves as all the other guest would be out site seeing

Excellent place! If you are in Zante for a quiet and peaceful vacation - Varres is a great place for that. Rooms are cosy, the pool is ultra clean and the staff is just perfect

My family and I highly recommend the amazing Hotel Varres! All of the staff were extremely friendly and polite - they helped us with a couple of restaurant recommendations (which were excellent) and spots to visit along the coastline and in the city centre

People who work there are amazing! Service is great! We used the transfer to go to the beach and the girl who brought us there was lovely! Thank you very much for the great time! The view was breathtaking!Recommend it! ☀️

Fabulous place…With Great Views We stayed for five nights…The staff where brilliant…They cleaned our room every day…arranged transport for us to the beach & to & from the airport…We asked lots of questions about where to go what to do…Nothing was a problem they are so helpful…The restaurant is fantastic wonderful food…A great experience…Wish we stayed longer

They had a lot of parking space (btw, you really need a car in Zakynthos). Pool area was very nice and clean and they gave us other towels for staying at the pool

New superior rooms are also really nice (also coffee, tea … awesome!) and sea view is mesmerizing 👍 good price performance for high season! Pool is very nice and as a guest you can use sun-beds and enjoy in sea or pool views and swims

Service here is just beyond expected! Reception is the nicest, they prepared the room for us even before the check out, after the check out we stored our luggage there, they always called us a taxi when needed … really amazing

We went there twice because one visit isn't enough. Delicious dishes for reasonable prices. We loved the 3 bruchettas as starters but the mushrooms were lovely too. The anadalis risotto was the best risotto I ever had

Enjoyed a delightful stay at Cactus Hotel Zakynthos. The small hotel boasts lovely, clean rooms in excellent condition. The remarkable breakfast, prepared with love, exceeded my expectations

The staff was very good and responsive to any question or issue we had. I think there’s some room for improvement with breakfast and maybe lowering the AC a bit, but otherwise, it’s a really nice hotel

And yes, the access ramp is quite steep, but I still think it’s worth it for the view you get. : The AC can be turned on using your mobile phone, so you don’t necessarily need to pay that extra fee

The water is heated by solar energy so that might be a bit uncomfortable, but I personally value the ecological side of it

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in August, and it was exactly what we expected: a decent hotel with a gorgeous view

They are totally dedicated to you. They really become your family. Clean bedding and towels almost daily. But you have to get up two steep inclines to reach the ground floor, then 2 more floors if your right at the top

The rooms were very nice, the bathroom was well equipped, cleaning was done daily, and if you wanted the sheets or towels changed, you just had to ask

The pool is lovely, and quiet, no fighting for a sunbed

There is a pool and there are few people - mostly czech and polish. Beach is really far from hotel, but you can take a hotel bus to the beach and back. We were a Little bit sad with food - Always the same, no big options

Everything was fine except the bathrooms, which need refurbishment this was the only negative thing about the hotel. The staff were young and very friendly always willing to help. Pool was really clean and enjoyable

The food is incredibly delicious, as from mom, a large selection, even seafood sometimes, but I recommend people with allergies to clarify the menu in advance, there is no information about allergens on the labels

One day there was a Greek evening with dancing and music till midnight. It is more suitable for young people, but there were a lot of older people in the hotel, they were happy

The hotel has a restaurant where you can order in the morning what you want to eat and they will have it ready by lunch time. To be honest, I prefer this better than buffet since you know that you are eating fresh food

Nefeli Hotel is located at Argassi. We visited there with my family and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff willing to help with whatever we asked them for. The rooms were nice and of great value

Location excellent, literally right next to the beach, no issues getting a sunbed, pool great and bar service to pool also very good. Staff all very friendly and welcoming

When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with our room – the previous guests had cracked the tub so the shower wasn’t usable. At first we were a bit worried about what that meant, but it all turned out fine

A special shout-out to Yiannis – so welcoming and attentive, and really helped create a nice friendly atmosphere! It’s a bit surprising the place isn’t busier at night, because it’s such a lovely spot

I think it’s just slightly further from the main strip, which we actually liked because it meant things were quieter – and you’re still only a few minutes’ walk from everything

It was a bit of a hassle having to go downstairs to shower, but honestly, watching the sunrise from our balcony made up for it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful

We had a great 2 week stay in a superior second floor apartment, it was very clean, a good size and the balcony had an AMAZING view. The pool was lovely and did alternate days with the beach

No problem getting a lounger and was really peaceful. Yannis was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Yes the property is on a hill, but this makes the views even more AMAZING

Ionian Aura We loved our stay here, daily room clean, breakfast included, lovely pool, free parking and lovely staff

We also enjoyed the walk down of an evening to go and have dinner. Tsilivi itself is a fabulous resort, so many restaurants and bars, you are really spoilt for choice. The beach is beautiful, had an amazing stay
