It was my wife’s birthday and I asked if they could help with a cake, when we came down for dinner a whole party with hats, cake and decorations had been laid on for us, in an hour! Amazing! Highly recommended

Easy walk to the Waterpark and Bouka Beach, longer walk or taxi to the main strip/main beach. Dimitri and family were always friendly and accommodating

Enjoyed a delightful stay at Cactus Hotel Zakynthos. The small hotel boasts lovely, clean rooms in excellent condition. The remarkable breakfast, prepared with love, exceeded my expectations

The pool bar serves a great range of food most of the day, and plays some absolute bangers! What really made our stay here 5 star was the owners and their staff

It was my first visit & my sister’s 2nd however some of the other guests have been visiting for many years which says a lot about this family run hotel. Vicky, Gus, Fotini & the staff give you such a warm welcome

The hotel facilities are basic, but we're everything we needed. The rooms are immaculate, cleaned every other day with fresh towels and bedding

The pool area is brilliant, with plenty of beds without the need to rush around at the break of dawn to our your towels down

There are many restaurants to choose from but a couple of my favourites were Ellie’s place, Bullhorn Steakhouse & Michaelos (not on Kalamki Rd but turn right out of the hotel and then right again rather than left)

They obviously pride themselves on great service & go above & beyond to make your stay extra special & work tirelessly day in day out. The rooms were very clean & all in all great value for money

The hotel has a restaurant where you can order in the morning what you want to eat and they will have it ready by lunch time. To be honest, I prefer this better than buffet since you know that you are eating fresh food

Nefeli Hotel is located at Argassi. We visited there with my family and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff willing to help with whatever we asked them for. The rooms were nice and of great value

The vacation in this hotel was amazing experience. The view from balcony was very pretty, the people were kind and helpful, the food was delicious and everything was perfect. I really recomend this hotel

Location excellent, literally right next to the beach, no issues getting a sunbed, pool great and bar service to pool also very good. Staff all very friendly and welcoming

When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with our room – the previous guests had cracked the tub so the shower wasn’t usable. At first we were a bit worried about what that meant, but it all turned out fine

A special shout-out to Yiannis – so welcoming and attentive, and really helped create a nice friendly atmosphere! It’s a bit surprising the place isn’t busier at night, because it’s such a lovely spot

I think it’s just slightly further from the main strip, which we actually liked because it meant things were quieter – and you’re still only a few minutes’ walk from everything

It was a bit of a hassle having to go downstairs to shower, but honestly, watching the sunrise from our balcony made up for it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful

Despite the shower issue, we had an amazing time here. If we come back to Tsilivi, we’d definitely stay again

Pool area was fantastic, food and drinks from snack bar were really good. The room might needs a little TLC but it was clean and that's the most important thing. I'd definitely come back here 🙂

We were a little skeptical about visiting Laganas at first because of its reputation for being a younger, livelier resort, but friends assured us that outside of the peak season it’s a completely different experience — and they were absolutely right! Just returned from an unforgettable holiday at Tzante Hotel in Laganas with a group of six friends and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We booked three separate rooms and had asked ahead if they could be placed near each other

We got married in Zante and and we have stayed at Tzante hotel for 2 weeks. We were really happy with everything. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful

They let us bring our guests to the hotel to get ready for the wedding and decorated our room with flower petals afterwards. Also a bucket of ice and a bottle of Martini was waiting for us when we've returned

There’s also a stylish, modern bar area and a lovely pool bar serving drinks and food throughout the day at very reasonable prices — the perfect place to relax and unwind

The hotel is really nice! Close to the beach the pool is also realaxing. The staff are really friendly ( Samuel, Tania, Adonis, Pana and Xristos)

Great place for a relaxing family vacation! My son enjoyed swimming in the hotel pools and in the sea, and we enjoyed sunbathing on the new wooden deckchairs! The food was great, and the snacks too! He enjoyed a lot of sweets and ice cream!! The decoration and cleanliness of the rooms and the service of your kind staff are for 5 stars! I recently stayed at the Gardeli Resort Hotel. I want to share my impressions of the hotel and the staff. The staff is very friendly, they always greet you, offer to bring you something, they are really very sincere

I want to mention some of the staff who worked on my shift and whom I remembered, P. : "this does not mean that the others are bad" - these are Adonis, Samuel, Ebbie and Panagiotis,

The food is pretty diverse and the cocktails from the all inclusive are also good! We will definitely come back earlier this season and enjoy the pretty view+sun!

The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful

He used his advice often! The hotel is very close to the bank, the hotel and the square, so many snack bars! If you want to go on a beach holiday, it is advisable to rent a car (we found out only on the island), because there is no beach near the hotel where you can swim

The hotel is one of the larger properties in Zakynthos, with well-maintained facilities and clean, comfortable rooms

What an amazing Hotel! Our room had that charming local Zakynthian style, but everything was modern and newly renovated. The highlight, though, was the rooftop pool—amazing views and a super relaxing vibe

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh

Swimming pool nice, sunbeds free, several in a shadow. However music close the swimming pool and in the dinning room could have been quiter

Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with an excellent choice of hot and cold dishes. We chose to take breakfast in the sister hotel across the road, although a smaller restaurant is also available here

We had a fabulous 7-night stay in August and couldn’t fault a thing. Our shower had a small issue on the first evening, but this was resolved immediately by maintenance staff

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and only minutes from the many restaurants, bars and shops on the main Tsilivi strip. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the hotel was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay

Negatives although picky…nowhere to sit for a comfy drink, all a bit cramped, ran out of spirits we liked and did not replenish for the most of our stay, nothing and I mean nothing to do on a rainy day if you have one, ended up in our room which wasn’t pleasant all day…not the hotels fault about the weather but they don’t have anywhere for you to chill, no comfy lounge (sofas in the entrance only)

spiros is the loveliest man and will take great care of you and so will george! the pool is lush and we booked the premium room (definitely worth it) and it was boujee i loved it, so so gorgeous and exactly the same as the photo, i 100% recommend getting the premium as the standard rooms aren’t great

i stayed in a upgraded modern room which was very trendy nice clean room with tv aircon hairdryer fridge etc and the old style room which are very basic but big rooms no tv need updating rooms

the food was great staff friendly security friendly and on the ball with security and safety. only downfall is the air con fee which is £10 euros a day cost me £60 for week

I would recommend upgrading to the newer rooms but i believe by next year they should all be newly renovated anyway! Shoutout to the Ryan Reynolds and Micheal moon likealikes

However, we opted to refill it at the pool bar without any issue. I also strongly recommend bringing your own sunshade since renting one at the beach costs between 15-50 € per day

Room: spacious with plenty of storage space, very quiet, extremely comfortable bed and good pillows. Outside: good size pools, so clean they sparkled. Plenty of comfortable sun beds

We're not big drinkers, but what we had we enjoyed. A slight shame to only have pool bar open in evenings and to have drinks out of plastic cups, but not the end of the world

Overall a lovely short break and introduction to the hotel brand and Zakynthos. The hotel was very quiet as towards end of season. Might be a bit of a struggle round the pool in peak season

Arrival: we had booked the shuttle transfer which worked for us, very quick journey. Reception staff wonderful and so pleasant

The hotel is in a fabulous location and our room in the main hotel was stunning… the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! The room was spacious, clean and modern; towels are changed every other day and the bins and bed are done every day

Breakfast was delicious and the choice of incredible restaurants nearby were endless. The pool was perfect for us and the pool area was kept clean at all times

I’m not a pool person so didn’t bother us but amusing to watch and something to be aware of if you are a pool person. Being on the top floor was a preference but tough with big cases and I think the hotel side has a lift

The tourists tax is 10 euros a day. The room was lovely, with free air con and safe. Cleaned everyday with a towel change every other day

This was our second stay at this hotel, however we were in studios 1 this time (hotel side last year). The hotel side I would say is better. We were in studio 1 room 13 which was top floor and overlooking the main pool

The best hotel ever. Close to Laganas beach. The hotel offers free shuttle services to and from the beach. Friendly staff. Great food with fresh fruits picked from their garden. Swimming pool Is not crowded.

Pool good size and well maintained, food at the pool bar is good quality and portion size is huge. Staff are very professional, engaging and attentive

Lovely little Gem in Zante if you don't mind a walk we thought it beautiful, friendly staff ,food ,drinks all great. Room spotless no complaints at all

Special mention for the minibus driver who came back to pick us up from the beach when there was no room for us. Minibus drops and picks up from the beach throughout the day. Really useful as it is a long walk

We had a lovely stay from the 2/9/25 to 9/9/25. You couldn't fault any of the staff, they all couldn't do enough for us. They made my birthday very special with a vase of flowers and a bottle of bubbly

We booked very last minute, read the reviews, they really don’t give the place enough praise. On arrival received a warm welcome from reception, which never falters each and every time you return

We didn’t stay at the hotel so this review is for food only. On a trip out for the day we stopped here for brunch. We both ordered the cheese and ham omelette with a side of chips. The omelette was delicious and huge

We did a boat tour around half of the island and found that the hotel is not too far from Xigia Sulfur Beach and the Blue Caves which (in my opinion) are worth seeing the most of all things on the island, so the location of the hotel is amazing

As an addition to all that we were able to use the huge hotel pool for free and also lay at the beach chairs by the pool for free, they also provide you with free beach towels if you need them

Our room got cleaned every day, we got provided with fresh towels, toilet paper, new coffee and cups and neat sheets every time. When there were any minor issues the Staff at the reception instantly made sure to solve it

Our room was clean and its interior and condition was to our fullest satisfaction. We had a double Bedroom with a balcony. The room included free use of Air Conditioning

Also greek yoghurt, fruit and pastries as well. A great pool and no fighting for sunbeds

Our accommodation was check out at 10 with NO changing facilities at all - shower room etc which I will highlight on another post so when you have a 7pm pick up that night, it’s far too long to go without the use of facilities

My Wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 nights. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Fantastic staff made everything perfect. Only the weather let us down, having thunderstorms for a few days

There are a couple of tavernas a minutes walk away and a couple more on the beach which is only around 200m away. The breakfast was great too, with eggs, bacon, beans and sausages

The bar served a nice range of food all day and the cocktails were fab. A mini market and a couple of Tavernas opposite the hotel and more a short walk away. Lovely beach (St Nicholas) 200m from hotel and others nearby

Visited for 2 weeks in September and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel was everything we hoped for. So much so that the day after we got back home we booked again for next year

The pool area is lovely, the pink flowers along the balcony’s really add to the aesthetic of the hotel, however, we think this may be the reason the for number of flies and wasps which bother you all day

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock solid and you only have 1 flat pillow to lay on, so we had to use towels to put under the pillow

The pool is very cold, we managed to get into it, the sea is definitely warmer than the pool, but in October you wouldn’t expect it to be warm

You couldn’t relax with a cocktail in the sun for this reason. The hotel overall is very well maintained and clean, and the staff are all happy

The restaurant is nice, it’s a decent size and does have quite a good selection, but the food does get a bit repetitive by the end of the week but we always managed to find something to eat

The food was always hot edible not the best selection but always something acceptable and worst case the soup was brilliant. Drinks were fine and not watered down as some reviews say and become tipsy quite a few times

The place itself is nice with a couple of pools and private pool for upgraded people. It is well situated but half a mile from the sea. Entertainment is samey with a fair bit of keyboard stuff

Good pool bar with free table tennis and pool table. I would recommend this place to families and older couples

It's a pity they didn't have decaffeinated coffee but hey it wasn't the end of the world as we had taken our own. From the restaurant staff to snack bar the staff were very helpful. Food was very good and varied

I that the only alcoholic drinks available before 4. m was beer or wine , you couldn't even get a cocktail

Was a great hotel to stay in, the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The room was basic and the the pool was great and the view was mind-blowing, really loved my stay and of course adored the island

They have 2 different swimmingpools, car park, restaurant(bit expensive but good quality food), and direct access to the sea. It feels like a private beach. Bit noisy at night, very close to party places

Rented a couple of quad bikes from here. Lovely staff, very friendly and very helpful. Escorted us to the import to leave for a cheaper price than we would have got with our prior booking
