Very nice family acommodation in quiet location of Vasilikos with very nice staff and good meals. There are some taverns and markets around. Beach is 200 meters from the hotel with sunbeds which are free for guests

There si a good servise and really nice woman. The swimming pool is what you need when its hot weather. The rooms are clean, bathroom is little bit small but It is OK. On the beach you have free boats

I want to mention that our holidays there were very nice, the room was cleaned every day, the food was decent, and I want to highlight the smile of the employees! I also want to give many greetings from Bratislava to the ever-smiling Panos, the bartender, who always made us feel good!

Perfection! I would love to come back here. The accommodation was great. The staff was very helpful. I spent most of my time at the bar with Leda, it was the best. The food was delicious.

Stayed here with my children, a couple of weeks ago. Pepe is so friendly and the food is fantastic. We were made to feel welcome and our needs were accounted for. Great, friendly, clean hotel

This is an amazing hotel, this is my 2nd visit at the hotel. The rooms are really nice and cleaners go around regularly

Food was tasty , nothing to write home about, but who does when your all inclusive, my room 429 was perfect for me and my son, lovely views over the pool and sea, I must add that I paid slightly higher for this room, but only around 70 pounds each for me and my son, for a 1 week stay

The pool area is lovely, the pink flowers along the balcony’s really add to the aesthetic of the hotel, however, we think this may be the reason the for number of flies and wasps which bother you all day

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock solid and you only have 1 flat pillow to lay on, so we had to use towels to put under the pillow

The pool is very cold, we managed to get into it, the sea is definitely warmer than the pool, but in October you wouldn’t expect it to be warm

Negatives , a failure to respond to my emails pre holiday. Ignore the doomsayers, this is a lovely hotel, arrived 3 days ago with my 14 year old son

Beach in literally on your doorstep. So pleased I went with my gut instinct when booking this hotel

The grids surrounding the pool are a bit of a health hazard as they are unstable and weak causing them to flip and your feet to fall through. It's hard to avoid as the space between the pool and sunbeds is very tight

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity. Was not that easy to find, have to watch out for small signs posted on the outside wall. The rooms were always clean, the personnel is always super friendly and helpful

Good to have a chat with them and ask for tips where to go, you might find hidden treasures to visit. The breakfast area was nice and the food was also fine, nothing really special, but okay

The thing that made the holiday were the lovely, friendly and helpful staff especially Katerina who couldn't do enough to help us and nothing was too much trouble for her

The complex itself is in a great location and the pools are good with a lovely beach on your doorstep

Basic but clean and comfortable room. Lovely pools with plenty of space, never a struggle to get sun beds. Brilliant location on the beach, it’s with a walk to alkyes for pretty restaurants by the sea

Just returned from a 10 day holiday. Stayed in the new block so can't comment on the old appartments. in front was never too busy ,unlike the other pools

The best part about this hotel is the location, perfect for famillies. The beach is a stones throw and the local restaurants and bars are a 5 min walk if that. The bus stop into Zante old town is also in a 5 min walk

We love this place. The beach is a stone throw away. Gently sloping into the warm water. Good location for the bars and restaurants. Honestly cannot say a bad word about this place.

In general we enjoyed our stay but picked the wrong week as it poured down at times, on the Sunday for 12 hours which left the roads flooded and we had to paddle back to the hotel which was funny, a fairly mixed bag of weather over the week but what can you do about that

Unfortunately, this situation really affected our enjoyment and has made us hesitant about returning in the future. Our room was one with a swim up pool and limited sea view

Amazing couples full body massage. I had Nora who was amazing, very tentative and my partner had Nickita, it was my partners first massage and he said he was amazing, pressure applied was great

The culinarian was a delightful treat you are asked to select four courses (soup, appetizer, main and dessert) The portion sizes are refined but it feels like the right amount of food, a welcome change from loading up a plate at the buffet

How kind is that? There were one or two challenges with the room. The first being a long way from the water boiler a lot of water was wasted waiting for it to run hot. Such a waste when water is so precious

The lift broke down and as I have mobility issues this was a challenge. It was however, repaired the next day, just as the lady on Reception said it would be. The standard of cleanliness it above reproach

Lots of nece walks around for those who are able. Not sure why anyone chooses a swim up room as they are a waste of money. They are in the shade for most of the day and apparently the water was very cold

The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean, the restaurant, pool bar and breakfast is 5* with a wide selection to choose from, having something new for eachday

The private beach is the most luxurious part, something you'd normally only get if you were paying tens of thousands. it is dedicated to the hotel residents with big comfy beds dotted around for your own privacy

To sum up Cannot fault Rooms Beach Pool or Staff. You could move it anywhere!! Give me an honest Greek taverna anyday

This hotel is quite literally heaven on Earth. It isn't just a place to come to stay, it is a lifetime experience

A proper 5* experience - comfy rooms with large beds and powerful showers, friendly, helpful staff, the largest, loveliest breakfast buffet I've ever encountered, beautiful location, fab pool and ultra comfy sunbeds, a wonderful beach and great food and cocktails

The pool area is large, the sunbeds are luxurious, like padded single beds. Breakfast was incredible, with the largest range of foods I've ever seen offered. Dinner, wines and cocktails were top drawer

We did hire a car for 2 days and there was free car parking at the hotel. The children loved it and we felt very safe and secure

We have actually booked to come back again, which is the first time we have been back to the same hotel on holiday

Positives -The staff are amazing Reception area and rooms and beautiful and clean -We had a swim up on reception side which was beautiful, great sun and lovely pool

The staff that ran the disco were brilliant with her and all the kids and a nice opportunity to have a drink and watch -water park is free to hotel guests and has an amazing area for small children with loads of slides -crepes were amazing Negatives -wasps, which are hard to control when drinks are left out -the park and some of the water park need some renovations but overall still good -gym...

We really enjoyed our stay! We thought it was good value for what we paid, especially as we were just outside the school holidays, first week of September. The food was good and the desserts looked and tasted fantastic

It would be nice if the menu changed more often, maybe with daily themed sections rather than just theme nights. The crepe bar was so good! There are two a la carte restaurant and you get one visit at each per week

The most popular ones were on a grassy area by our room next to the pebbly beach, but there were also lots of sunbeds up by the pool with amazing views out to sea. Weather was perfect - hot but always a lovely breeze

The room has a private swimming pool, and the kids are so happy. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk away. The beds are clean and tidy, and the service staff are friendly.

There is extensive choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as some nice snacks during the day at the pool bar

Never went in it except to ice my foot after I was stung by a wasp! Room only about 50m from the sea, great view and lovely to hear waves crashing on beach. Hotel has loads of sunbeds, never an issue getting one

The staff especially Kiki very helpful and always at hand (She works tirelessly) & Special Thanks. Location very quiet but local transport on hand. We ate out in Tsilivi on 5 occasions by choice as AI not for us

The Koukiunaria Hotel and Suites was a great find in Alykes. It’s up a short track off the road and close to the sandy beach. It has a beautiful pool with ample sunbeds for all

The large pool is surrounded by well kept gardens and has a good pool bar serving drinks and food. You can relax here in a peaceful setting away from the noise and bustle from the road

The rooms are modern, clean and bright. We had a chic room which was more than adequate for our needs. We opted for Bed and Breakfast and were astounded at the amount of choice on offer, everything was so well presented

Nice clean room, close to the downtown with many shopping and eating options. The hotel had a great breakfast. The pool was great as well.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, less than a 7-minute walk from the beach. The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were exactly as shown in the photos. Daily cleaning which even elavated our stay

The hotel in Zaso was a pleasant surprise. The hotel environment, service, breakfast and dinner tastes were first-class. It is very suitable for couples to vacation

It was perfect for our girlstrip. Also so peacefully quiet and very chill. The sea was sooo soo clean, the pool area was great, the food was lovely. We loved the aesthetic, the staff was very polite and helpful

The location was a bit further from the town but we didn’t mind that much

We have a superior suite with garden view, which was one of the better pool options as the pool pointed west so you had sun in the afternoon and saw sunset from it

The pool areas were quite big with plenty of places to sit/ lie and were well kept, the views were really beautiful and it was so peaceful and relaxing and had a nice ambience, the bar staff were on hand all day to bring drinks to your Sun lounger/ bed

Also if people were smoking we could smell it when we were outside and sometimes people were smoking out the front and we could smell it in our room, we don’t smoke so didn’t like this (or constantly being able to hear our neighbours) would have been better if they seperated smoking and non smoking rooms

On arrival we were welcomed and treated with free welcome drinks, we then had one of the managers help us with our suitcases and take us down to our room and he gave us a tour of the room and explained everything to us and showed us how everything worked, it was definitely VIP service

The pool and Beach is nice and the place is very quiet

Nice Greek hotel, lovely clean pool, own beach, stoney so may want apporiate footwear. Never had evening meal, had breakfast with our deal. Which was always well presented with good selection

Food around pool and lunch time options were very good, well priced. This hotel is 15 mins from main town life Tisilivi, €20 taxi €2 bus, bus only ran till 8

I would rate better, but not for that price. Rooms are bigger, than usual, however outdated. At least our was, not sure, it's same with all the rooms. Great AC, never to hot - eventhough we were there in top season

You have to rent a car, if you're going to live here. Nothing interesting to see nearby, only some resorts. Plenty of room near a small pool and always some free sunbeds on the beach

Nice 4* hotel in Zante at a quiet place. Private beach with sand, swimming pool. But not these things are matter. The hospitality, a friendly, smilie staff, a perfectly clean rooms, a top quality food what you got

Kind people, nice pool but the rooms were not cleaned very well and we only got new towels after 3 days

Returned in September 25 after being here in June 25 and fell in love with the place! However was hoping to return in June 2026 for three weeks but the hotel is going all inclusive and that’s is so not for us! Plus our favourite operator Jet2 is no longer using this hotel as TUI has the monopoly now by the sounds of things

Given the time of year (we had 3 days of rain), I think it is a bit poor that the hotel charges you €15 per person to use the indoor pool / spa - you’d think it would be included

What was a beautiful quiet, relaxing hotel with returning guests year after year has chosen to go all inclusive so will loose a lot of returning guests! Such a shame. In my opinion a terrible mistake!

I just hope the lovely tavernas outside of the hotel are not affected by this (mad)decision

The reception area has also been newly designed and is bright, friendly, and functional. The pool is well maintained, and the pool bar is well-equipped for enjoying a nice day by the pool

We stayed in a room overlooking the pool. The rooms and general areas are spotless. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a good choice of hot and cold food

Location is great, just a couple of minutes stroll to the beach. Its a very well run hotel, we would highly recommend staying here

Well what can I say, George and his team are wonderful. We went out on 8th September for my wedding, there was 16 of us staying at this hotel. The Hotel is immaculate, the cleaners doing their jobs to a high standard

Damitre was at the pool bar every evening. He even joined us at the end of the night for a little drink. Asking us lots of questions and checking we were enjoying ourselves. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice indeed

On checking in after a 3 hour delay we were greeted by George and Sue, who explained about the hotel and what it offers, then our cases were taken to our room, Sue escorted us to the room and gave us a guided tour, again what a lovely touch

The hotel is located in the mountains, quite far from town, but it has everything, so it wasn't inconvenient at all. The hotel restaurant is delicious, and I highly recommend their beef with potatoes

We made a great choice by choosing this hotel. We arrived late on our first night in Zhajin and were given a free room upgrade

On our departure day, since our flight was in the evening and the weather was bad, they let us check out at 5 PM, which was a free extra for our group's airport transfer

Myself & my new wife stayed here a few weeks ago for our honeymoon, our stay was lovely! The staff are very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble

It's important to remember that you should always eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant, otherwise bees might eat your yogurt

- The poolbar had highs and lows, food was good for the most part but sometimes it was missing ingredients och was burnt and sent back. Sometime the wait was crazy long (over one hour at one point)

I loved the lush trees and vegetation, which gave it a more natural and rustic feel, like being transported to Bali! The private beach area is very small but appreciated the convenience of direct access to the sea

The breakfast was varied in options and good way to start the day. The staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. The location is on the outskirts of Laganas, driving through olive groves to reach it

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the paradise apartments on arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception who took us to our room we decided to upgrade to a suit for a small cost well worth it as our suit was lovely comfortable bed lots of sockets and very clean with a nice terrace All the staff from reception bar staff and room attendant were fantastic nothing was a trouble...

The rooms are simple and have everything you need. The bathroom was fine and there is plenty of balcony space. Staff are lovely and food and drink is well priced

The pool and bar are lovely with incredible food especially for the price. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Zante strip however the accommodation makes it worth the walk as it’s priced so well

The pool area was also very good and well looked after. Overall nothing to complain about

The food at the bar should also not be overlooked especially the burgers. We even got a few injuries in Zante which meant our mothers had to fly out. But the hotel was so accommodating and lovely helping them get a room

A very nice and quiet place in October. Far away from over crowded touristic areas. It has modern chambers with a great outlook to the landscape and sea. I love this place and it‘s original Greek atmosphere.

A superb welcome from Anastasia, who was smiling and radiant! The location is ideal, just steps from one of the island's most beautiful beaches! The grounds are well-maintained, lush green, with lovely flowers and olive trees

Arrived 29th Aug till 9th Sept. Lovely warm welcome by Maria and her hospitality was continuous throughout our stay. Room 302 was lovely overlooked the pool but also beautiful sea view

Peaceful resort always available sunbeds and sunbed towels replaced through the day. Ate in the restaurant a few times and enjoyed breakfast especially the home made products and the fig jam

The pool was fantastic, perfect for spending the day at or jumping into when we got back from exploring Nearby, there are four tavernas and a small shop

  It’s definitely a hilly area, so hiring a car is a good idea. There are about 40 rooms, and despite it being the start of the summer holidays, the hotel never felt crowded. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable

The hotel is set in beautiful hills with a large mountain behind it, a few miles from Argassi, which is perfect if you want something peaceful, away from busier resorts. The views of the sea are lovely

  Marie greeted us warmly, and the maître d’ and the restaurant team , provided a wonderful service, Mark the barman was always friendly, and Georgina at the pool bar was exceptional, mixing great cocktails and offering fantastic advice for local tips, all while putting up with my silly jokes
