The hotel met our expectations – small, intimate, and in a quiet neighborhood (a 7-minute walk to a great beach with sunbeds and bars, and a market and bus stop right next to the hotel – with an hourly bus to the capital)

The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels and linens were changed. The food was excellent, with a wide selection – seafood: shrimp, squid, octopus, fish, and Greek dishes (delicious moussaka) served daily

At the pool bar, it was easy to find the perfect drink. There are always plenty of loungers by the pool at any time of day. There's a Greek night and live music once a week

The service is nice, from reception to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff. Swimming pool super nice with enough places to chill. Price quality ratio is definitely okay but please do something about the showers

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money

Ignore all the bad reviews, at this price, you can't get better. Just keep in mind there is no WiFi in the rooms, but a 15 euro Cosmote sim card with unlimited data for 1 month sorts that problem out quickly

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view

Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. That is clearly stated in advance

It's a very basic hotel, built a long time ago but it's clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, sea views and access to the beach below your balcony is crazy good

The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool at any time. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient

Hotel located in the Tsivili Town just 4 minutes walk to the Tsivili beach. In hotel there are 3 swimming pool. Many sunbeds available. All inclusive option is very good. Great food and nice staff. Good animation team.

Swimming pools were clean but quite cold (ok in october), multiple places to rest near them. Beautiful beach was located 15 minutes walk away from the hotel and there were multiple taverns, shops on the way

The kitchen offered glutenfree bread and the chef showed be which options were safe for me, they even created glutenfree sweets for me

Great location, staff are so friendly loved our room it was spotlessly clean beds are comfortable and we was overlooking the pool,bar in the night played music into the early hours but was more of a distant sound so it didn't bother us

(our part of the hotel we got the room in). Also the swimming pool area could be cleaned well. The Sambuca bar downstairs was totally noisy until 3-4 in the night

Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

We went half board food in the evening was top quality offering a four course meal, never had the same thing twice throughout the week

Very nice family acommodation in quiet location of Vasilikos with very nice staff and good meals. There are some taverns and markets around. Beach is 200 meters from the hotel with sunbeds which are free for guests

There si a good servise and really nice woman. The swimming pool is what you need when its hot weather. The rooms are clean, bathroom is little bit small but It is OK. On the beach you have free boats

I want to mention that our holidays there were very nice, the room was cleaned every day, the food was decent, and I want to highlight the smile of the employees! I also want to give many greetings from Bratislava to the ever-smiling Panos, the bartender, who always made us feel good!

Perfection! I would love to come back here. The accommodation was great. The staff was very helpful. I spent most of my time at the bar with Leda, it was the best. The food was delicious.

The pool area is lovely, the pink flowers along the balcony’s really add to the aesthetic of the hotel, however, we think this may be the reason the for number of flies and wasps which bother you all day

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock solid and you only have 1 flat pillow to lay on, so we had to use towels to put under the pillow

The pool is very cold, we managed to get into it, the sea is definitely warmer than the pool, but in October you wouldn’t expect it to be warm

There is a lovely view point about 15 minutes walk out of the hotel to watch the sun set and has amazing views of Laganas and Turtle island, i definitely recommend the walk up there, just be aware it is relatively steep

Overall, we had a lovely stay in Tsilivi Beach resort, it was perfect for what we needed and it was definitely great value for money. I would recommend this hotel, and I would love to return

The restaurant is nice, it’s a decent size and does have quite a good selection, but the food does get a bit repetitive by the end of the week but we always managed to find something to eat

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed!!! Super friendly hosts. The rooms with private pools are amazing! They are big and clean, also you have a lot of towels, iron (even a small ironing table) and a hair dryer in it

We’ve just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel. We were staying at a different hotel in Kalamaki and wasn’t happy with the area so looked to move to Tsilivi as family was at that resort

The pool is a great size, sun beds have lovely toppers on them and loads of floats and balls for the kids. Food was great for snacks and brilliant option of beverages

The swimming pool was a good size and not too busy. The hotel is located at the edge of Planos/Tsilivi which is nice as the town is quite touristy and busy, but very little noise at the hotel

The pool bar was reasonably priced which is a pleasant change from most hotels. Although breakfast seemed quite pricey. Would not hesitate to recommend to other, or return there ourselves

The hotel was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great. There were many shops and beach bars nearby. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

The area around the pool and jacuzzi isn't very big there was only 1 day we were unable to get a sun bed. The breakfast was really good English bacon 🥓. Mushrooms beans 3 different types of egg

A nice hotel in a quieter area, close enough to Laganas to walk to but far enough away to not be affected by the party goers. There's space outside the gate to park your hire car if you have one

The food at breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the staff are all very nice, especially the lovely Gretta. We visited at the end of the season so it was a relatively quiet period

Pool nice but wasnt v warm especially after the rain! Pool Towels can be hired for €2. Loved the pub for drinks and entertainment. There are mossies about so take repellant. Nice and quiet for a relaxing holiday

There were no parasols on the last day as the sunbeds were being packed away. I do understand the hotel had to pack up but it shouldn't really happen while guests are still staying

The staff was very good and responsive to any question or issue we had. I think there’s some room for improvement with breakfast and maybe lowering the AC a bit, but otherwise, it’s a really nice hotel

And yes, the access ramp is quite steep, but I still think it’s worth it for the view you get. : The AC can be turned on using your mobile phone, so you don’t necessarily need to pay that extra fee

The water is heated by solar energy so that might be a bit uncomfortable, but I personally value the ecological side of it

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in August, and it was exactly what we expected: a decent hotel with a gorgeous view

They are totally dedicated to you. They really become your family. Clean bedding and towels almost daily. But you have to get up two steep inclines to reach the ground floor, then 2 more floors if your right at the top

There is a pool and there are few people - mostly czech and polish. Beach is really far from hotel, but you can take a hotel bus to the beach and back. We were a Little bit sad with food - Always the same, no big options

The view from the Balcony was amazing, the Air-Con was ok (which only works when the Balcony Doors are shut) which makes sense

The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that

All I can say about the Negative Reviews on here is "Did You Stay At The Same Hotel" Because I couldn't find anything remotely like what people have commented on

Excellent hosting from Yannis who made you feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was everything we needed and the pool area was clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again

This place is great its cheap and its clean staff are friendly and welcoming rooms are large pool is lovely plays a nice mix of English music throughout the day not too loud just right they have different entertainment every night from karaoke to Greek dancers food is great they do English breakfast aswell only fault here is no telly in room was a bit of a shock and bring your own iron everything else...

Was great to be back last month May 2022 for a week. As always spotlessly clean, towels and beds changed regularly during visit, sure it was 3 times

Perfect location, as it's 5 mins from the beach, all shops and car hire is next door. It's also not near the crazy loud part of lagana. Pool and facility are very clean and quiet. Will definitely recommend to others

The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here

Not a soul in the bar anytime we were there. Used the pool once due to lack of loungers. Overall a below average stay in dated accommodation much better places to stay in the resort

Hera is a lovely hotel with a great pool area and snack bar. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. It is a good walk into Laganas, so you need to be fit or hire transport

I never normally write reviews but do always ready them before I travel anywhere. Me and my husband stayed here for a week in Aug 2025. The apartments are ran by a lovely Greek family. The rooms are clean and spacious

We stayed for 10 nights in September We chose the hotel mainly for the location as we had not been to Argassi before Our room on 1st floor was huge with a lounge and separate bedroom, we were in the main building overlooking the pool tucked away in the corner, nice and quiet The hotel was full but we never had any problems getting a sun lounger Breakfast was very good, a good selection...

A small kettle was provided as well as a fridge but no tea or coffee sachets. The room was cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed regularly. Pool area was nice with a snack bar serving a variety of food

We spent 11 nights here at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed with a nice balcony overlooking the pool

I'm sure they must have tipped the beans cold into the food warmers because even if you went to breakfast bang on 8am, the beans were cold. The jam selections for toast were very sparse

Didn’t see any being reserved and so this was brilliant as I hate sunbed wars! There were a few odd tiles missing around the fountain in the pool but nothing major

The grids surrounding the pool are a bit of a health hazard as they are unstable and weak causing them to flip and your feet to fall through. It's hard to avoid as the space between the pool and sunbeds is very tight

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity. Was not that easy to find, have to watch out for small signs posted on the outside wall. The rooms were always clean, the personnel is always super friendly and helpful

Good to have a chat with them and ask for tips where to go, you might find hidden treasures to visit. The breakfast area was nice and the food was also fine, nothing really special, but okay

Overall we felt great, the pool was clean and the water just fine. Breakfast was mild, as you can expect from any hotel of this kind

The obly bad this that I can mention is the bathroom that was kinda small and the water kept splashing from the shower cabin as it didn't had any curtain or door

I want to start this review by appauding the staff, great people starting with hotel manager Petros who was more than welcoming and hospitable with us

We were two couples and we had rooms togheter, each room had a terrace. The cleaning staff came everyday and changed the sheets and towels and also cleaned the terrace

We had to complain three times in six days at the reception so someone would come to take out the trash and bring us new towels and toilet paper (which we had to buy ourselves after the second day)

The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added benefit of air conditioning at no extra cost!! The location is idea as it’s near enough to the main bars but not on top. The kids loved the pool and the slide

Ended up booking this hotel last minute as we had an issue with our original booking and were currently ‘homeless’ in a different country for 6 nights with no where to stay so for the price this was the only option we had, as we arrived the staff were aware of our issues and were very warm and welcoming, they offered us a drink on arrival and were very lovely to us

We had to change rooms at one point as from booking such last minute they didn’t have the same room free for the whole 6 nights but they still managed to give us other options such as moving rooms rather than just cancelling the booking

From start to finish we had a lovely time. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did their very best to ensure our stay was the best it could be- they went above and beyond to make all feel welcome

The Rooms are very modern and are a nice size the one and only down fall is the air conditioning. The menu has a very wide variety of drinks and food so there is plenty to chose from
