The hotel is very good. Beautiful place. It's exactly located in the bank of the river. To slovakia, it's 15 minutes of drive. Foods are nice. For vegetarians, the options are less. Greetings are fine. View is nice

Hotel very average. The smell of fryer everywhere. The room I received was microscopic, while a colleague received a normal room for the same money. The cuisine was tasty and a big plus for the pool, however, not adequate for the price.

The hotel was beautiful, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the spa was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful, kind and polite. The food was delicious, the room was clean and beautiful. The only negative experience was that the wifi did not work (did not provide internet), and the TV channel scale was not too wide.

The bed is really comfortable. The pillows are very fluffy. The bathroom is clean and big. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The view is amazing. The food is delicious.

Its great hotel, nice rooms , great location but somehow we had a unfortunate experience. We had a stay for 2 nights and it so happened that on the 2nd morning there was absolutely no water in the resort so much so that it was difficult for all the essential daily routines. But i guess it was one of the bad days in the resort, but apart from that the place oa worth visit.

An old hotel very close to the city center. It's an older style hotel (rooms have physical keys and not key cards), but they are clean and overall OK. The staff was nice, the on-site restaurant offers quite a good variety of things at a reasonable price.

I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. 1 metal rod on the stairs holding the carpet in place is loose/broken. I almost fell of the stairs. I mentioned it to reception they did acknowledge it but did nothing. Perhaps glue it on if you do not have a replacement metal strip. That was the only negative point. Would definitely stay there again. Until next time!

Such a warm welcome on arrival and an absolutely gorgeous suite with huge bath. Very impressed with home style cooked breakfast eggs to order. Dora the hotel manager extremely knowledgable about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend for an authentic experience.

The service, cleanliness of the accommodation, and food were typical of cheap accommodations, and I was quite satisfied with the price. However, there was a slight sewer-like smell in the room, probably due to concerns about the drainage, and it never went away. There was also a broken hair dryer.

A good hotel with buffet breakfasts. You can have breakfast on the balcony with a panoramic view of the city. Daily cleaning of the room, friendly staff. The rooms overlook the courtyard, the room has a mini-fridge, TV, hairdryer. I stay here every trip to Budapest, was the third time. I tried to call them many occasions but it went to deaf years. During check in I told the receptionist about it, he responded why not call to mobile number, there was no mobile number in their address and no chance to message them either. The view from the cafeteria is nice. You should have a seat at the balcony. Breakfast is okay.

Many improvements have been done, but my last visit was a bit dissapointing. The thermal pools were dirty, water was not too hot. The bubble jets not in operation. The entry fee is too high for the quality of service.

I just visit the Spa regularly, not the Hotel. Water and spa are excellent. Problem are visitors. To many pensioners from Czech Republic. You can't find the place in thermal Pool or the place for relax.

We went to SPA with kids in December, no staying. Overal, in winter it us a place for adults to chill, but kids were also playing inside in Jungle area. Stayed for 5 nights! Excellent location for seeing the city, and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The service is above and beyond. We used the sauna on site, visited two of the recommended restaurants (both were amazing) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casati! Would definitely return.

Clean friendly staff but needs updating

Well, the place looks nice. Resembles authentic old architecture. Rooms are nicr, bathroom is great. Caution for tourists: Revolut cards do not work, I have no idea why.

Old casino/castle transformed into a hotel, affordable prices, good breakfast and free bicycles to rent throughout all the day. In the very city center near the cathedral, and the parking lot is accesible from the back of the building. 400m to the mall, and the street is full of restaurants with good prices also.

It was a nice, very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It is just a short walk into the town square or a hike up to the mast for a great view of the area. It was during the heatwave, but the hotel was a good temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Price reflects the standard of the room so don’t expect too much. Strange smell inside but clean. Comfy mattress and nice view from balcony. There’s kitchen (small) in the room but neither cutlery nor dishes. It’s great that they have swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.

Lovely place near to everything. Basic IKEA rooms freshly redone. Spotless clean. Own balcony and the nights are so dark you need no window blinds. Breakfast isn't much but the perfect choices are on display. A little bit of everything. Free coffee, tea and fruits really available all day.

The hotel is very close to the local strand, has its own restaurant and also has several restaurants in the vecinity. It was a good choice for one night, as we were passing by. We had a rich breakfast. There is also the possibility to have lunch or dinner, menu a la carte, a bar is also on place. The mosquitos really bothered us during our evening walk and on the balcony.

Location is in a quite area with tram in front of the hotel which is very helpful. Harmonic, well infrastructured place In the heart of the sztyeppés. Horses, plains, trees and the grass is always green. Kind and professional staff. The room was like a guesthouse in a county town in China. It was not good when I was in a hurry. It was difficult to book a hotel, so I was forced to choose this one. I had to pay a deposit of 20 euros to use the air conditioner remote control, which was funny. Ctrip's service is much worse than Booking.
