If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. The breakfast was below average, the rooms could have been better equipped, bed was super unconfortable...

Wellnes, pools (small) but enough to cool down, table tennis, snooker, sauna, bicycles. 10 min to Balaton beach(paid). Lots of restaurants nearby. Wonderful guesthouse with great service. We had a wonderful holiday, in the guesthouse you can not be bored. Pools, wellness, billiards, table tennis, playground. Amazing place to stay with extremely nice And helpful staff (thanks for everything Tímea, Andras, Denis). Very clean, nicely decorated rooms, possibilities to play table tennis, billiiard, use jacuzzi, sauna, pools. Very good location close to Balaton, close to many restaurants. Hello, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Everythhing was ok. Nice wellnes. We can recomend all for acomodation.

Breakfast was fine, got a few options to choose from (even some lactose free and gluten free for those who need it). Our room was clean, the bathroom is nice, however we got two beds that were moved to "appear" as one, but there was a huge split between. Spa is nice there are 4 types of saunas and there are two pools (one very small and shallow for babies probably).

The hotel is very good. Beautiful place. It's exactly located in the bank of the river. To slovakia, it's 15 minutes of drive. Foods are nice. For vegetarians, the options are less. Greetings are fine. View is nice

Hotel very average. The smell of fryer everywhere. The room I received was microscopic, while a colleague received a normal room for the same money. The cuisine was tasty and a big plus for the pool, however, not adequate for the price.

The hotel was beautiful, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the spa was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful, kind and polite. The food was delicious, the room was clean and beautiful. The only negative experience was that the wifi did not work (did not provide internet), and the TV channel scale was not too wide.

Its great hotel, nice rooms , great location but somehow we had a unfortunate experience. We had a stay for 2 nights and it so happened that on the 2nd morning there was absolutely no water in the resort so much so that it was difficult for all the essential daily routines. But i guess it was one of the bad days in the resort, but apart from that the place oa worth visit.

What an oasis for recovering from the long flights from Washington, DC! The staff was friendly and here to help us enjoy our stay. The restaurant was a hidden gem with a menu that accommodated both me (who wanted to focus on local Hungarian foods) and my friend (who wanted a hamburger). They focus on using fresh foods and quality ingredients.

An old hotel very close to the city center. It's an older style hotel (rooms have physical keys and not key cards), but they are clean and overall OK. The staff was nice, the on-site restaurant offers quite a good variety of things at a reasonable price.

I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. Everyone decides if that's much or not. But how the foods looked was gorgeous, as you can see on the pictures

1 metal rod on the stairs holding the carpet in place is loose/broken. I almost fell of the stairs. I mentioned it to reception they did acknowledge it but did nothing. Perhaps glue it on if you do not have a replacement metal strip. That was the only negative point. Would definitely stay there again. Until next time!

Such a warm welcome on arrival and an absolutely gorgeous suite with huge bath. Very impressed with home style cooked breakfast eggs to order. Dora the hotel manager extremely knowledgable about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend for an authentic experience.

The service, cleanliness of the accommodation, and food were typical of cheap accommodations, and I was quite satisfied with the price. However, there was a slight sewer-like smell in the room, probably due to concerns about the drainage, and it never went away. There was also a broken hair dryer.

I tried to call them many occasions but it went to deaf years. During check in I told the receptionist about it, he responded why not call to mobile number, there was no mobile number in their address and no chance to message them either. Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

Many improvements have been done, but my last visit was a bit dissapointing. The thermal pools were dirty, water was not too hot. The bubble jets not in operation. The entry fee is too high for the quality of service.

I just visit the Spa regularly, not the Hotel. Water and spa are excellent. Problem are visitors. To many pensioners from Czech Republic. You can't find the place in thermal Pool or the place for relax.

We went to SPA with kids in December, no staying. Overal, in winter it us a place for adults to chill, but kids were also playing inside in Jungle area. Old casino/castle transformed into a hotel, affordable prices, good breakfast and free bicycles to rent throughout all the day. The place looks a bit old and the cleanliness is questionable, but at least the breakfast is diverse and better than other Debrecen hotels I've been to. There's a nice private parking area, with electrical vehicle charging spots, that also offer a few covered parking places. If you want to get away from city noise, this is the perfect place, out in the suburbs with two supermarkets close by.

The hotel is ok for one night stay, clean , and the receptionist was nice. The problem was that we arrived around 9 o'clock and the restaurant was closed. The bar was closing in 5 min, so we grabbed a couple of beers and went to bed hungry. Would be nice to live in a fridge at reception a few sandwiches for the late guests.

It was a nice, very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It is just a short walk into the town square or a hike up to the mast for a great view of the area. It was during the heatwave, but the hotel was a good temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Kakadu hotel is situated in a quiet piece of town. There is a gas-station approximately 100-150 meters away. The personnel was very nice and they spoke German and English. Breakfest is buffet type and I found it tasty. I can only recommend this hotel.
