Comfortable, clean hotel with a very friendly staff. A good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. There is everything you need. A little small parking lot for all hotel guests. The linen is clean and tidy. Highly recommend

Room was clean and in an OK state, I liked the mini kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave. Bathroom is above average but I hate curtains in the shower, a door would raise the quality tremendously. I liked the bed. A table and a chair are missing very much from the room. The AC worked.

We paid 75 euro for four people , one night. We got nice and tidy room with two huge beds and kitchen + bathroom. Breakfast was included.

The hotel is in a great location, with a metro station nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city. It takes no more than 10–15 minutes to reach the centre of Budapest by metro. The breakfast offers a good selection of food. On the downside, the bed linen was not very clean — I found quite a few hairs on it and noticed a couple of ants in the bathroom. Overall, I am satisfied with my choice...

The bed was clean, cosy, and inviting, offering a comfortable place to unwind after long days. Sleeping arrangements were clearly well taken care of, contributing to a restful experience. The room met expectations in both comfort and cleanliness. Facilities were in good working order and caused no issues. As a whole, the stay was pleasant and free of hassle.

Nice hotel, towels and bed sheets were old but clean. Room was spacious and tidy l. Balcony view good. Breakfast and coffee wasn't bad itself. Overall it was a good stay. Public transport is just 100-200 m away.

They do NOT clean rooms daily. You MUST request a cleaning. These are all adult rooms. For couples, this may be great. A working man, not so much. I'm in a adult dungeon!

It is in the city centre near to the fortress and castle. Big room with good equipements and nice service. Breakfast and dinner was fine, hungarian taste

I'we been visiting this hotel every summer for the third time now. It is really close to the beach, has an acceptable wellness area(good to have but not a wellness hotel. Beachside hotel at the Balaton. Supercheap, retro with all the problems that come with it. If you spend most of your time on the beach anyway or come with kids it is great. If you want your room to be supercomfy with airconditioning and silence, forget it.

A beautiful hotel at a nice, quiet location close to the center (and even closer to the trams). The staff was really friendly, beds comfy, and breakfast tasty. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was that in our case the rooms weren't too clean and there were some ants inside near the balcony and in the bathroom. Besides that we very much enjoyed our first stay in Budapest and I highly recommend...

It's in the Buda district, and for Buda, it's pretty good. The transportation is convenient. However, I still feel staying in the Pest district is better. The hotel is very close to Buda Castle and Gellért Thermal Bath, both within walking distance.

We stayed for a couple of days here and found it ideal for us. The general decor and rooms are a little tired but it was still very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had our breakfast included with our booking and this was a self-service sort of thing with a small selection of cereals, breads, cheeses etc. along with juices, teas and coffee. The room was a bit small, and the facilities were outdated. Breakfast options were also limited. However, the staff were friendly and kind. The best part is its proximity to the Danube River, just a 5-minute walk away. Public transportation isn't very convenient in the area, as there's no subway station, so getting around mainly relied on Bolt taxis.

I spent 2 nights here with my daughter in Budapest. First of all, if you move 100m from here, you can see the Danube River, and the Szechenyi Chain Bridge and the Parliament Building on the opposite side of the river. The kind staff let us park the car for a few hours longer after checking out in the morning so that we can return in the afternoon after sightseeing. It is easy to go to the city center using public transport.

Amazing building. Had better bathrooms in other hotels on this trip. Breakfast was a disappointment compared with other hotels too. Lots of flies in the breakfast buffet area. The coffee/hot chocolate machine seemed incapable of dispensing a mocha, each attempt produced a different result, maybe blocked somewhere.

We just had a drink and a snack, but the snacks were delicious and freshly made. Very quiet and restful place with an interesting history.

This is an absolutely amazing Hotel so much history in this place and a beautiful garden it is extremely clean and well-kept beautiful modern rooms and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, I immediately extended my stay because of the Super Service minded young lady at the reception I can highly recommend.

Nice little hotel, good to stay one night. Location is perfect. Very quite sunny and sound of singing birds all day long :) Rooms are ok, just walls are so thin you can hear everything from all rooms around you. Breakfast is good but same every day :) Staff polite and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, pleasant garden. Spacious room. Everything works perfectly, everything is clean. Owners or staff willing to help, friendly. The breakfast is delicious, and the breakfast staff are kind and smiling. For breakfast, eggs, sausages, but also cheese, yogurt, kefir, oatmeal, plenty of fruit. The hotel is close to the spa and the restaurant. Parking in the yard, bicycles in the driveway....

A summary of our four-day stay last summer was a bit late, but in more detail: Although the hotel is located next to a quasi-main road, it is still quiet and cozy. Cleanliness welcomed wherever we went and got up at the hotel, the room was wonderful, equipped with a balcony where it was great to sit out after a tiring day and have a glass of local wine. The receptionists and waiters are super nice...

Lovely place near to everything. Basic IKEA rooms freshly redone. Spotless clean. Own balcony and the nights are so dark you need no window blinds. Breakfast isn't much but the perfect choices are on display. A little bit of everything. Free coffee, tea and fruits really available all day.

You would en belive this place existed if you look at the way to get there. Smal, narrow roads through the forest. Then this Pearl. A fantastic place, still, guiet, just so relaxing. Personal is vere friendly and helpful. Kitchen is good. Sorry to only have stayed for one night.

Our team of ~50 colleagues have spent a weekend in this remote corner of Hungary, Gosztola. The wellness Hotel is a good place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms with enough facility around for a larger group of people. Beautiful outdoor place for hiking, biking or just hanging around by car. It's a cozy, romantic place with gluten free bread if asked in advance.

Totally fine for the price. Rooms have aged, but that's okay. Dinner and breakfast was good too. Reception opens at 8 and breakfast also starts at 8. Something you might want to consider, if you have to leave early, like we did.

The hotel has a decent breakfast with enough variety to start the day, and the location is very convenient, near the city centre, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions.

Very uncomfortable... The room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV and remote control were awful; there was no channel list, the remote worked intermittently, and the TV screen was tiny. The mattress was extremely thin, and there was no slatted frame, just a solid board – unacceptable and completely uncomfortable.

The Unicorn is the hotel of choice. It's in a great location for walking around the city. The exterior of the hotel seems to have been renovated, so it was a bit different from the interior, but there was a breakfast buffet and it was a comfortable stay.

I booked 6 rooms, we came to Eger with 12 people for a team building. The rooms were quite old, retro / old school. The rooms were clean. The hotel was in the city center, easily accessible. The staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy. The spa department was very bad: the jacuzzi fell apart and the jacuzzi water was dirty and sandy. For many of us, the breakfast was also disgusting, several day...

The food and dining experience in general was the best part about this hotel. The quality of the rooms should be brought up to the quality of the restaurant. But everything was fine the staff is kind and energetic in general.

What an oasis for recovering from the long flights from Washington, DC! The staff was friendly and here to help us enjoy our stay. The restaurant was a hidden gem with a menu that accommodated both me (who wanted to focus on local Hungarian foods) and my friend (who wanted a hamburger). They focus on using fresh foods and quality ingredients.

This hotel is located right off the main square, so it is very convenient, and it also has a good restaurant.

First time in Europe and the hotel had everything I needed. Food is amazing, everything is walking distance, and it's a very small town. There's plenty to see and enjoy European history. Only two items that are missing but I'm assuming this is a European thing, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal.

Good but not good enough This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff.
