It is located on the border of Hungary-Slovenia, 20 kilometers away from Austria and Croatia, provides a good shelter for excourtion to those countries.

Even though the resort is almost at the middle of nowhere, our family enjoyed the quietness and accessibility to countries like Croatia, Slovenia and Austria as it is near the border. Lenti Thermal Spa is also worth visiting , both for us parents as well as for the kids.

This resort had a beautiful view, and every staff were so kind, so we enjoyed staying here. However, though this resort is for long term stay, when I asked a receptionist, she told us a washing machine is broken. And that was pretty inconvenient.

The hotel service was excellent, and its location right next to the train station made public transport incredibly convenient for reaching any attraction. Downstairs, there are plenty of shops and fast-food options. The room was very clean and quite spacious. However, the soundproofing was a bit poor, and it got particularly noisy outside the door in the mornings. Other than that, I have no complaints

The room was very good. We included breakfast as well which got a big choice of food present and also drinks. From hygiene there were some curtains that had some stains. We couldn't use the radiator in one bathroom and it was quite cold there. That was the only big issue. Besides that the stay was very pleasant and I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The location is superb. Just right in front of the railway, Keleti station and bus station. The staffs are friendly and breakfast is served. But the soundproof is really bad as you can hear people next to your room speaking, laughing and watching tv. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper.

The receptionists are friendly and professional. Unfortunately when we arrived, all the people had to check in at the hotel next door and it became a long line. Still the service is fine. They offer drinks on the reception - quite sweet. Drinks in the fridge are also free. The money value ratio is quite acceptable.

Centrally located. Perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Rooms are neat and comfortable. But no kettle, no water, no tea/coffee. TV is rubbish - a couple of news channels and the rest is Hungarian. Breakfast is passable. Not much choice. No fresh fruit. Fridge doesn't work.

What an experience! We stopped for one night but it was more than that. There is an amazing team waiting and caring for you. We were called on route and offered the option to have the dinner prepared in advance since the restaurant was closed upon our arrival (after 20h). Very peaceful place. It's in a remote location that's the only down side. Breakfast was good and the rooms are comfy. Little bit old but fine. The worst thing was the bugs and mosquitos in the rooms. When we got inside the room, there were more than 10 mosquitos and a lot of dead bugs.

The hotel is in an old building very close to the river and to the main attractions. However is in a bad estate. The rooms are well spacious, but the building is very strange. It seems improvised. The team is very sympathetic and well educated. The breakfast is in the fourth floor and is fine. It was a good experience in the end but I would look for better options.

Overall our stay was lovely, however, the property no longer has the rooftop terrace area with the views or the basilica which was one of the reasons we booked. We had plans to utilise this area instead of cooking every night, however, it is now a dental clinic. Very disappointing this is still being advertised.

It was not clear on the booking that this is an Attic room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, always had to be alert not to hit our heads in the ceiling. Asked for an other room but it was all booked.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big.

Average hotel which is as good as it gets in Tatábanya. I got a room which was freshly painted (probably few days ago). Smell of paint gave me headache. However, rooms are clean and warm, people working there are friendly. Breakfast is nothing special but at least you can go early (I think 6.30).

Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived at 23:00 and booking.com had failed to tell the hotel we required an additional bed for our daughter. This was no problem for the hotel and they brought a bed within a few minutes. They also didn't charge us extra. It was all greatly appreciated after driving for 12 hours👍. My partner and I stayed in this hotel in a superior double room in August 2024 for 4 nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was quite outdated. It was great experience at K9 residence. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They accommodated all our needs. They stored our luggage in luggage room and they offered to take parking tickets for us while we were in town because our room and parking were already expired. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Pest. From the outside the hotel doesn't look like anything special but the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. 24hour reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. For the price, I don't imagine you could get better.

A basic, clean hotel with an excellent location. There's plenty to do, eat, shop just as you step out the hotel door. It's right in the center. The rooms are basic, extremely non fancy. The beds are just okay - not very comfortable. But if you're just looking for a reasonable place to crash at within a budget, with a kitchenette, this is a great place.

Excellent service and a great location if you’re travelling. It’s about a 5-min walk from the tube station and the 200E airport transfer bus. The room was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay, including some lovely complimentary local snacks. Very pleased — I would happily stay here again.

The Hotel Chesscom has come a long way and improved/changed significantly in the last ten years. For guests who depart or land at Budapest Airport, the location as well ad the price/quality ratio is hard to beat. Friendly, professional english speaking staff, clean, well heated rooms, with comfortable beds. Stable wifi, good water pressure. The only downside is the weak sound insulation.

Comfortable and quiet with a good breakfast

The hotel is fine, not new but still in okay condition. It was clean and the personal was nice and helpful. The instructions how to get there are really difficult to follow but we asked around and managed.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice rooms. It was clean and special requests such as an extra pillow were dealt with immediately. The location is ideal, as the hotel is right in the center and so you are right on the spot. In addition, the thermal spring/aquapark is only a few meters away.

3 star hotel only. Cleaness and modern furniture will be the most concern for guests who are thinking of booking a room here. But the rooms are spacious indeed. It feels like we are living back to the Soviet era with timed old building and crack pattern street in front. And boild eggs with sausages will be your breakfast are main dishes for every morning you wake up and step in to the cafeteria.

There is nice hotel with local bath as well as the access to the big area of bathes and water pools. The breakfasts and dinners are good, food is delicious. It's a nice hotel close to the metro station but located on a quiet street. The breakfast was very good. Our room would need a bit of renewal but it was clean, warm and comfortable for our short stay. The people at the reception desk were welcoming.

The hotel is near Keleti train station, just a 6-minute walk away. We arrived early and were able to check in right away, without having to wait until 3:00 PM. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was clean but there was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room.

Hotel Klastrom is outstanding. It is well situated on the riverside in Gyor, a superb town that is well worth a visit. We were overwhelmed by the welcome and helpfulness of all staff. Located in the city center, with the old street right next door and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, it's quite convenient. Parking is right outside, but there's an extra charge. The city isn't very big; you can walk around the famous shops in half a day. Breakfast is rather monotonous, just something to eat.

Amazing place to stay with extremely nice And helpful staff (thanks for everything Tímea, Andras, Denis).
