Great position ,walking distance to many sights and metro to Thermal Baths and Heroes Square.Good amenities but the best thing about this Hotel are the amazing staff. There is shops near, and air-condition was cool but this period a little bit cold and no heating only at winter could activate heating

We stayed for three nights and honestly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast had a nice selection and all was pretty tasty. Our biggest disappointment comes from the lack of hot water in our room. The boiler was broken for our entire stay, so we had to go to the other hotel wing to get a shower, which was just impractical and not something to be expected from a four-star hotel...

The hotel and rooms are a bit dated, but the rooms aren't small and it's not far from the subway station. Breakfast is included and the quality is decent. There's an elevator, and the service is acceptable. They also offer luggage storage. There aren't any supermarkets nearby. It has decent accessibility to both the airport and the city center.

It's a nice hotel close to the metro station but located on a quiet street. The breakfast was very good. Our room would need a bit of renewal but it was clean, warm and comfortable for our short stay. The people at the reception desk were welcoming.

Really welcoming place. Very big and as well international as national breakfast. Suites are really big and have all amenities from water cooker to hair dryer and shampoo but standard furniture. Beneath the carpet on the floor the suite in the sissi wing was clean. Bit far from the city centre but nearby are many restaurants and bars and metro and tram stations.

The place looks a bit old and the cleanliness is questionable, but at least the breakfast is diverse and better than other Debrecen hotels I've been to. There's a nice private parking area, with electrical vehicle charging spots, that also offer a few covered parking places. The location is close to the Motorway, Tesco, Spar and a shopping center with multiple shops. Overall good.

If you want to get away from city noise, this is the perfect place, out in the suburbs with two supermarkets close by.

The hotel is ok for one night stay, clean , and the receptionist was nice. The problem was that we arrived around 9 o'clock and the restaurant was closed. The bar was closing in 5 min, so we grabbed a couple of beers and went to bed hungry. Would be nice to live in a fridge at reception a few sandwiches for the late guests.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the food is excellent, and the location is great. The reception staff is extremely polite, especially a younger man named Feri, who was always smiling, whether it was day or night, and consistently kind and hospitable. Highly recommended!

Location is great, parking is nice but you DO pay for it! Food is hit or miss. The staff is friendly and helpful but it can be a bit difficult to speak to them if you don't know hungarian. I recommend it to older folks who don't mind the slower pace of things. They have a great kids playroom but other than that everything costs money.

The hotel is open 24/7, which was very convenient — I checked in at 4 a.m. without any issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, there is parking available, and the breakfast was tasty. A great option if you arrive late at night or early in the morning.

Stayed here while driving through Hungary. Arrived late in the evening, emailed to state this and very helpful. Room good, wouldn’t say 4*. Was quite warm and other than opening window no way to cool room. Breakfast was typical for country. Would stay here again.

The internet worked well, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and the room was well cleaned.  The location is also easily accessible by public transport. The room was an okay size. The bed, pillows and chair weren't the most comfortable which was slightly disappointing. But, overall for the time period I think the value for money was decent. 

Ibis is about a ten minute walk from Kelenfold railway/metro station. Friendly English speaking recption staff. Beware of coach parties in breakfast room.

Clean, affordable, colourful. Was very appreciative of their customer service as they let us change the date of our arrival with no penalty despite us accidentally booking a non-refundable room (need to email them directly, not through trip). Breakfast was good, but vegan/veg options were extremely limited, so I would have liked to see some more effort on that side to accomodate more guests.

Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind. Beds are nice and not too soft, the breakfast is alright too. A big plus is the free coffee by the reception haha.

The cleanliness of this chain hotel was excellent. Its location is also very good, with a large, well-stocked shopping mall conveniently located right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with both subway and bus options. It's also only about a dozen kilometers from the airport. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Came with a tour group, sharing with one other traveller, room + balcony allow for plenty of space. The renovated rooms have ultra modern bathrooms. This is in the coast of Balaton see, clean blue water, own sand coach 😍 The breakfast was great and good. Hotel is clean and friendly. We rented bikes nearby and rided round the Balaton see for a week with our 20 persons riding group.

Staff were not super helpful. We had to scrounge for towels. Breakfast was great. Walk directly out to thermal pools. The massage menu and prices looked great.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive to guest's needs and requests. The hotel is ok. The price and quality are in line. The furniture is not new, the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. The food is delicious, breakfast and dinner are buffets with a selection of national dishes. I really liked the hotel's location and the two swimming pools - one with therapeutic warm water and one with clean cold water. Towels and robes were included in the price.

Great people working here every one was very nice. This hotel, however is old and could use a facelift. I would say that the price was right since everything else in the area is almost double. It’s also a great area to visit. It has a very fun walking zone with great food and music and dancing.

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. The hotel is in a strategic position to get around the city both on foot and by public transport (including the 100E bus to the airport). I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

Great hotel, good location with easy access to transportation. Good breakfast, a lot of options to choose from. Nice room, excellent staff, but tram disruptive Room was very nice, bed was okay (too soft for my back, but fine for my wife). But, if you are a light sleeper, then the tram that passes by frequently until late night, and from early morning was quite disruptive.

Perfect Hotel to stay in the centre of town. Rooms are huge with air con also there are balcony on every room. Bathrooms are spacious with a nice shower. Real good value to money hotel in great location

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and I highly recommend them. The breakfast isn't extensive, but it's still acceptable. The hotel is close to the train station, making it very convenient for commuting to Budapest.

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Romania. The room we had was on the top floor and was quite small and with a sloping ceiling I had to be careful not to hit my head. The location is good, walkable distance to the Liberty bridge (c. 10 minutes). My room was located in a quiet area of the hotel, far from the lifts. However, my room was very basic with no kettle which could have been a plus for me.

It's not the most modern of hotels. Not air conditioning. Recommended bring a fan or two. No kitchens or bar. They do sell basic drinks from fridge and can make you a coffee. Bring spare towels. But as a basic base with easy access to trains and buses n local bars n restaurants. Cheap as chips

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Modern, comfi room and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked like a nice place to chill. The beach is just at the end of the street, a short stroll away. And everything else is walking distance too. Good value and would stay here again!
