The near by hotel must be better maintained, especialy the beach. The personnel was very friendly. The parking is a bit far away, but safe. The hotel is in the midle of all commercial, restaurants, bars, etc

This is in the coast of Balaton see, clean blue water, own sand coach 😍 The breakfast was great and good. Hotel is clean and friendly. We rented bikes nearby and rided round the Balaton see for a week with our 20 persons riding group.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive to guest's needs and requests. They were able to customize everything for us, including temperature settings in hour room on main heat delivery, food for multiple food sensativities, which was always delicious. The hotel is ok. The price and quality are in line. The furniture is not new, the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. The food is delicious, breakfast and dinner are buffets with a selection of national dishes. I really liked the hotel's location and the two swimming pools - one with therapeutic warm water and one with clean cold water. Towels and robes were included in the price.

Great people working here every one was very nice. This hotel, however is old and could use a facelift. I would say that the price was right since everything else in the area is almost double. It’s also a great area to visit. It has a very fun walking zone with great food and music and dancing.

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

This now the third time returning to this hotel. Hotel is pretty decent , the rooms are tidy but a little bit small. Maybe a little complaint about the room fridge - too small and not enough strong .I guess for the price I can't really complain . Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Modern, comfi room and very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked like a nice place to chill. The room was very good. We included breakfast as well which got a big choice of food present and also drinks. From hygiene there were some curtains that had some stains. I stayed here for 1 night with my sister last summer and our room was really big, almost like a small home. I know I paid double the amount for rooms not even half as big before. The location wasn’t the best for our trip but there was an aldi at a gas station nearby. And the gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

Very peaceful place. It's in a remote location that's the only down side. Breakfast was good and the rooms are comfy. Little bit old but fine. The worst thing was the bugs and mosquitos in the rooms. When we got inside the room, there were more than 10 mosquitos and a lot of dead bugs.

Overall our stay was lovely, however, the property no longer has the rooftop terrace area with the views or the basilica which was one of the reasons we booked. We had plans to utilise this area instead of cooking every night, however, it is now a dental clinic. Very disappointing this is still being advertised.

It was not clear on the booking that this is an Attic room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, always had to be alert not to hit our heads in the ceiling. Asked for an other room but it was all booked.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big.

What I really couldn’t understand was that the TV was placed on a stand in the middle of the room, completely unsecured. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.
