The first night we couldn’t sleep because Darcy was snoring and Xavier kept us awake. The bunk bed is really scary and creaky but other than that it was comfortable. It was really hot and there was a heat ray in the bathroom. Second night we slept well and the lady that serves food was very nice and sigma!

Beds weren't the best, pool was closed and dirty but it was still cold weather. Breakfast was cold and basic. Not a lot around we took a shuttle bus to La Spezia for the train station. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly.

Unfortunately this hotel fell far short of my expectations. First off it is located in the middle of nowhere, it was 1.5km/1 mile approx to the nearest shop even. In the pictures you see a lovely pool and terrace but the pool had no water in it. Both the bedrooms and common areas were extremely dated, it hadn’t got much more than a few coats of paint since the 1970s. The beds were as hard as boards, it was almost like sleeping on concrete. However the AC was quite effective. Entry to your room was by a key on one of those long book markers in decades past and ther was only one per room which is an issue with a group. I do want to add a few positive things, the staff were pleasant although they hadn’t much English and the rooms were serviced daily was a nice touch. But unfortunately there were too many things wrong to recommend

They were very helpful when we had a broken window on our car because of a break-in. They let us park it next to the reception, and we could see it from the balcony in our room. Loved it!

We were given an old room (460). Breakfast was bare. Nothing impressive for a 3 star hotel.

The rooms and restaurant were nice, but the wifi is garbage.

Rooms very poor. But meal the worst I’ve ever seen. Breakfast only sweet, no eggs, no cheese, no ham - nothing. I am very disappointed...
