Overall the hotel was nice. Our mistake was not advising the staff of the sewage smell in our room the first day. We stayed for two nights. Upon check out, I did tell the staff member, and unfortunately, he couldn’t even guarantee that I would be placed in a different room upon my return the following week which left me disappointed with his service.

Location is very convenient, near Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Restaurants nearby have excellent food. Only thing is if you have heavy luggage, please be expected to carry few stair steps before reaching the elevator.

Stayed in the family room. Room is run down and bathrooms tiny. Could smell smoke in our room in the morning, it was suggested it was from nearby balconies or people smoking from the street. Lift was extremely old and tiny. Staff were very friendly and location is great, however I wouldn't choose to stay again.

We had a beautiful room in a wonderful location. The hospitality was very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. We loved everything about it!

Room was clean but very worn. Bed was hard. For being so close to the piazzas and Trevi, it was very quiet.

The room was very neglected. The painting was unfinished, Baseboards were not put on and some had water damage, the shower needs a lot of TLC (visible mold and gunk between the sliding door, overhead shower-head did not have any pressure. The air unit did not work (I understand the AC was turned off but the fan itself was not even working for airflow in the room. The evening front desk gentleman tried but was not successful in fixing it and said the service tech was not available until the morning (but we were checking out). The day time staff did not seem to care - it was more of an "Oh well" type of attitude. I was not impressed at all.

Ask for early check in if you are arriving early before you arrive. Elevator was good and the air conditioning worked great. Not you have a few steps to climb with your luggage when you trove. Great service overall.

Such a great stay! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a perfect location—walking distance to so many attractions

Everything was great! My only suggestion would be to make the bath tub and shower in our room more safe. It was very difficult to get in (high) and extremely slippery. A grab bar and better shower head would make it perfect.
