The hotel is very well located and clean. Room has no cups or glasses. When we asked for glasses we were given paper cups. The room was also cold and we could not adjust the heating. It was a cold evening, NYE so not the most pleasant to sleep.

We were assigned a room very far away, requiring us to take an elevator, then walk down a hallway full of stairs, and finally take another elevator. The room was tiny, and the bathroom area was minuscule, about 65 x 65 cm, making it impossible to shower. The staff was wonderful, however, it's important to note this detail before booking, as we had several very large suitcases, and it was very uncomfortable carrying those two suitcases plus others we had brought. This was especially inconvenient when traveling with family.

The location is great — close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself feels more like an aparthotel. I booked it last minute on a Friday evening. The room was spacious, but the cleanliness was absolutely terrible. The shower hadn’t been cleaned for a long time; it was full of long black hairs, just like the floor in the room. I honestly don’t understand how they can rent out a room in such a condition. The price definitely doesn’t match the quality. Awful experience.

What does that mean — that the hair was mine? First of all, I have short hair, and I immediately reported the incident to the reception. Please don’t try to say this happened in another hotel — I recorded a video. If your cleaning standards are not up to par, that’s not my problem.

Also, I haven’t even mentioned yet that my whole body was itching after sleeping in your bed. It was a terrible experience. I love Italy, but your hotel completely ruined my last day there.

Bathroom was newly redone, clean, simple room, great location, close to restaurants, minutes away from a square where we got on the hop on hop off busses. It was so hard to book from so far away, wondering and not knowing, but this was GREAT value for price, clean, staff was lovely and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend to a friend. (We did not do the continental breakfast)

The location of the hotel was great and the staff are friendly. The room was tiny and looked nothing like the picture advertised. The hotel is very basic.

For a budget hotel, this is a very good value for money.

The lady at the reception is very capable and very polite.

The rooms are a bit old.

Had been 20+ years ago and it was great .we returned this time and was just ok .service was very good .pleasant staff and awesome location but the property shows a lot of ware and tare .rooms were clean but lacking .no mini fridge , no room service, no bar or restaurant and the roof top area was closed .I will add the desk clerk was great and informative but once again the property fell short on amenities . I will add once again outstanding location and we ended up enjoying a great meal right next door and they offered a very nice outdoor dinning area .

Great location. 10 or 20 minute walk to many sights. Lots of places to eat and drink. Room was a little small, but adequate, and quiet. Could use more storage for clothes. Bed was quite firm, which I like. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
