We were so happy with our stay. We were wanting a comfortable place to sleep. We didn't need anything fancy being that we were only going to sleep here. It was clean, safe, convenient to the metro, quiet, and just what we needed. We had room 1, which had a private, in room bathroom. Some rooms have an external bathroom. The bed was firm, but we slept perfectly. It has a fridge and closet with hangers. The bathroom was clean and had nice pressure in the shower. Our window was big and facing a busy street. It sounded as if you were in the city. The noise didn't bother us, but keep it in mind if noise bothers you. It is about a 5-8 minute walk from the metro and Colosseum. It's right down the road. We felt safe the whole time. I will add that the walkway is bumpy and cobblestone in places. It is a rough walk with luggage. You may want to take a taxi with your luggage. It is about a 20-25 minute slow walk to Trastevere. It is about a 15 minute slow walk to all of the other tourist places like Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Novona. We walked everywhere at a nice stroll. We only took a taxi to get somewhere fast. There is no front desk. The owners got to us immediately through whatsapp. She waited for us to get there and greeted us at the front downstairs. It is a residential building that they rent out the 4th floor. So you have a key to get into the building. A key to get into Colosseo Panorama and a key to get into your room. There is a small elevator. I would highly recommend this place if you want to visit Rome and not stay in your room all day. If you're wanting a Hilton experience, this is not it. This feels like a studio apartment that gets the job done. We would stay her again in a heartbeat. We don't have one complaint.

i booked to stay here with my grandmother and i can say it was a very nice and pleasant stay. the room was clean and i would say for the few days we were there it was very pleasant. the staff were really helpful and polite. the fact that your a 2 minute walk to the colloseum its perfect. i would definatly recommend.

Location, location, location, absolutely great location, close to coliseum, transportation, Restaurants etc.

The stay was pleasant, I was with my father who is an elderly person and they were always very attentive to him.
