Top location. Old and facinated building with a lot of history and appeal.  Being a classic old Italian palace..do not expect moder facilities neither great service. The structure has objective limits...BUT we overall enjoyed the experience.   We asked for upgrade and we got a junior suite. The room was spacious and well exposed on the two faces of the building. 

The hotel's location is excellent – ​​right in the center of Brescia, practically on Piazza Vittria. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't reach 5-star standards in terms of room amenities, breakfast variety, and minibar selection, but the price is also reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Comfortable, spacious, and very nice staff. The rooftop area was closed for the winter, but I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. You should definitely stay here!

Rooms are ok. It was annoying that the airconditioning from the room 106 didn’t work at all. I was trying to cool down the room but i wasn’t always posible. It looks like the control the temperature from the room with a central air conditioning. Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and the conference room is quiet nice for small groups of 20 max.

We had a very pleasant stay during our summer holiday. The food was excellent and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there is no playground or playroom for children. At the end of August, there were also many Asian tiger mosquitoes around, but the hotel can't be held responsible for that.

Great hotel, restaurant offer needs looking at. Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. I guess the hotel had its best years in the 80ties/90ties. It's fine and rooms are OK. Hotel staff at the desk and most others are nice. We only had problems when we (a group of 7) wanted to sit at one table for breakfast - for us (Germans) this was not possible - for similar Italian groups this was not a problem at all !? The breakfast is OK - do not expect too much.
