Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the spa! You have to pre-book a slot, it’s only open from 5pm and it’s €30 per person per visit. If you check the small print it does say there is an additional fee…but I think it’s very misleading. Also all the adverts show people drinking in the spa- you couldn’t unless you bought the €180 champagne and fruit package. Apparently it’s safer to have a full glass...

The hotel was amazing! The room was a lovely size with both the bed and sofa being very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. I was in Italy for a business trip, and Milan was my transit hub, making it super convenient to get to Turin, Verona, and Venice. This hotel was a great choice for everything except one minor drawback: it's a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk. However, bus route 42 goes directly to the train station, and routes 43 and 81 pass through the city center. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Exceptional resort and lively staff

Very classy, ​​luxurious, and with a spa. It takes you 15 minutes up a winding road to reach the hotel, but it's worth it. The staff are excellent and the spa is relaxing. It's about 40 minutes by car from the center of Riva di Garda and about an hour from Limone. A wonderful and luxurious experience.

We went there for our honeymoon and received a surprise gift: a handwritten congratulatory note and champagne. It was so touching and I'm so grateful! The property is very clean and well-maintained, and while the location is a bit of a climb, the view is spectacular and well worth it!

Excellent hotel with clean and big rooms. Location is also very close to the Train Station and if you are travelling from Milano just take the z301-bus and it will stop 1 min walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was also good, but quite simple.

Compared to the room with a balcony, I actually prefer this one. that one is great for families with kids. However, the balcony is connected to the neighboring room, so privacy may be limited.

Hotel hallways were very dimly lit. Shower had a leak when trying to use the large spray head so we had to use the removable sprayer only. Can't go from 1st floor down to reception without using the elevator. The young lady at breakfast was very nice, providing service with a smile. Parking was good right in front of main entrance.

Stayed here for two days, it's cost-effective, and you can take a bus to Milan just one kilometer away.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Milano Centrale. Clean room, cosy bed, good lightings controls, hinge of all doors are silent (which is really excellent as no noise is produced when closing and opening doors of the toilet hence not disturbing your sleeping partner or family.
