We stayed for three days. On the first night, we couldn't sleep because of the nauseating smell coming from the sewer pipes! When we contacted reception in the morning, they said a room change was not possible and that they would send a technician to inspect it. Friendly staff, great location near Milan Central Station.

The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.

It’s the best place for traveling and very near AirPort. There is picking-up services for customers. It’s good.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. Everything was lovely, except for the man at the hotel's à la carte restaurant. He refused to give us a table for dinner and simply turned us away. Clean, Good location and service

We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery. Tremezzo is so much more chill than Varenna ( the worst ) and Bellagio. Just that it is a bit harder to reach here if you don't drive.

The location is great and the room was big and had a great view. However if noise bothers you probably don’t book here. You can hear everything. Full conversations from the neighbouring rooms, traffic and I was near the lift/stairs and it was constant thudding. I was underwhelmed with the staff too. Arrived late as flight was delayed by 5 hours but all the hassle was forgotten when we arrived at the hotel. Dali met us and greeted us as if we were old friends. Could not do enough for us and checked in on us a few times during our stay. Gave us lots of good advice as regards getting the most from our stay. Hotel spotless and breakfast set us up for the day.

An excellent hotel that provided a great place to stay for a lovely four day visit to the spectacular Lake Garda and the beautiful city of Verona. The room and facilities provided were absolutely first class, especially the breakfast buffet, and the very courteous and extremely efficient staff made for a very pleasurable stay. Better places This place needs a major renovation. The beds are horrible, hard, the pillow are hard and flat, towels are dingy and the wifi sucks in the bedrooms. Very central, cute but quiet hotel. We slept excellent in the cozy beds and dark, well air-conditioned and quiet rooms, eventhough I am not a good sleeper.
