The mini fridge was a bit loud, but otherwise a perfectly fine room. There was an issue finding my booking at first, but was resolved.

I choose this hotel because of business trip in Brescia. It's great located, near highway and near industrial zone. Hotel have very comfortable and clean rooms. Packing place is allowed. During my visit to Brescia, I spent two nights at Novotel Brescia 2 with my family, and it was an excellent experience. It is a very decent hotel in Brescia. Staff is very helpful. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel. Parking is free and we liked this option. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Bathroom is large. I expected a welcome water but there was not any. Also the ironing room is at the end of the world.

The hotel is very close to Milan Central Station, and it's only about a ten-minute, 5-metro-stop ride to the Duomo. The staff were polite, and for Milan, it offers great value for money.

The hotel is centrally located, and amenities are great. The bed was comfortable and the access by metro easy. On a Saturday night the room on the first floor was very noisy until midnight due to a bar in the area.

It's a very old hotel, but the facilities are good. Because the breakfast is delicious and the overall room rate is lower than the surrounding areas, I stayed here twice in Milan. Opposite the hotel is a large park, which is very beautiful in spring. It's OK to walk to the city center to buy things. The surrounding sushi restaurants and ice cream shops are also delicious.

Very conveniences in the center of Milan.

The hotel is in a great location that allows you to walk to a lot of attractions. The rooms are modern and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Everything is good except that the rooms have no air conditioner. Summer is hot in Geneva. With a fan, it's okay but AC is preferred. Other than that everything is good.

A great stay overall, but somewhat overpriced. The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is standard. Weirdly enough, there is no do-it-yourself coffee/tea option – these must be ordered from the staff.

A good and clean hotel! Free outdoor parking is available! There's also an underground parking garage, but you have to pay extra for that! We stayed here for one night while traveling by car.

The hotel was average but quite practical in its location. I feel the photos are much better than the reality of the hotel. I felt the breakfast room was a bit sad, and the choices just ok- not great. When I asked the waitress for a coffee creamer, she said they didn’t have any. They only had milk. Overall is quite good. We booked the double room for 2 adults and 1 kids (5 years old), but we have to upgrade our room to triple room with extra charge. I have complained about this because our child don't need to upgrade to triple room but they said this is the regulation of their hotel, while we also lived at novotel milano, they are not like this.

Friendly staff, great location near Milan Central Station.

The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.
