Nice atmosphere at the hotel. We got a full treatment included in the price at the spa and the massage practitioner was very good - unfortunately the pool was very busy and way too loud and it didn’t really feel like to be in a relaxing place.. the breakfast is pretty big and includes some vegan and gluten free options and it was all pretty nice

The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. This is a lovely property with wonderful views of Lake Garda and a quiet, upscale environment. The service from all staff was exceptional and the pool area was a welcome amenity in the heat of August. Be sure to take the breakfast option, as the buffet was quite exceptional. I booked this place for Milan Design Week, which meant the price was astronomical, not to mention the city tax. Even so, compared to other options, it wasn't bad and was a decent place to stay, though it's a bit far from the main attractions. Location is very good, close to the castle it is possible to walk to the historical Center of Brescia - about 10min. It has also an own parking place. It is absolutely ok for one night. You can though see that the facility is not the newest. Worn out parts on door frames/furniture or walls. Some interventions would definitely make it a great hotel.

Small rooms with good bed. Good if you spend most of your time exploring Milano not that good if you want to get work done in your room. A big issue is some of the staff that follows unsafe data practices by coping passports for convenience which is illegal according to EU GDPR.

Very nice location close to Duomo. As a single female traveler I feel safe walking from the hotel to Duomo at midnight. Furnitures are bit dated but rooms are big, bathroom is very nice. The only thing I have to complain is that they were never able to get my room temperature above 19C, which was freezing to me. I call the front desk twice and they said they would adjust it but they never did.

Accurate information about facilities are usually not mentioned properly online. No one is available at the bar to serve drinks for more than half the day, no drinks available in minibar in room. No facility when I wanted to spend time to have a business meeting in the lobby and it's noisy with loud music which prevents from taking any business call. Definitely in the outskirts, the room was super average. It's basically a motel with a facelift. Front desk person who checked us in was an absolute gem. They did have weird policies like one of the main reasons we stayed here is because we needed to get to the airport the next day but we were told that once we checked out, the shuttle service was not offered to us.... and of course we would be checking...

I went on a trip with the class and for the price it is very good, I read the reviews before leaving and I expected it to be worse, the reviews are excessive. It wasn't top-notch and the breakfast wasn't very plentiful but some reviews are truly excessive and very underrated, perfect for spending the night, maximum 2, with friends.
