My room has several issues, including a water leak on the floor, cold shower, and no soap. When I asked the staff to fix these issues, nothing was taken care of, nor did they even feel a need to apologize for it. The rooms are reasonably sized, but the walls were dirty. Breakfast was not good. The fruit were old and partly rotted. There were no vegetables. There bread was not fresh.

The location is great! The room was pretty nice with the window facing an older cathedral and blue skies. The staff was extremely helpful and proactive. There areas to play pool as well other games and overall the environment is very bright and cheerful! I would love to return again soon!

Nice modern design, clean, functional and good attention to details. We loved it. It's only 15 minutes from Porta Nuova train station and less than 30 minutes walking from the main tourist attractions. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located in the center of the village and the rooms are clean, spacious and it's quite outside. Parking is available in front of the hotel. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel serves delicious food and the personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast with a wonderful selection of sweet and salty produce is served next to the reception.

The hotel was quiet, and the staff were all very friendly, which was very appreciated. They all tried to quickly resolve any small issues in the room. They had a variety of wines and were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for a family of three. The breakfast menu was not very varied, but it was clean. Great hotel in a very nice location close to a lot of cool bars, restaurants and the city centre of Turin. Would definitely stay here again. It's very close to Biella train station, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has good facilities and large rooms, but the corridors and elevators are small. The breakfast is simple.

Fab Hotel great location clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Its less than 10 minutes from the train station in one direction and the old town in the other. Theres a continental breakfast with meats cheeses breads rolls fruit cerealand pastries. We found it good value for money and bonus was we got room with a lake veiw.

I booked this hotel because I had no other choice, as my itinerary was not entirely certain.

The bathroom was too small and the shower stand was dangling, which was uncomfortable. There was a parking lot, but it was inconvenient to have to call the lobby and ask them to open the **door when going out and coming in.

I had an amazing few days at MiaClara Relais! So relaxing and made me slow down and just enjoy! Wonderful food recommendations and the breakfast on site was great (included!). I wish I knew where they got those croissants! Maybe include the wine tasting for guests? Would be a nice touch. Family run for years! No way to do it without a car though and watch out as GPS can take you down some dirt roads...

Good location for skiing in and out, we returned here after an excellent holiday two years ago. We were told that the chef had changed, as a result we found the vegetarian food option less attractive than before.

Friendly staff, room was OK, but there were problems with Wifi and the power/lights. Also not very sound proof towards the hallway, so other guests walking and rolling their luggage and even the cleaning staff was very audible in the room.

As a student of EDISU scholarship, this is a decent dormitory to live. The location is good for me and it takes 25 minutes to reach my university by walking. Also, supermarkets like LIDL and Bennet are close by. Only one issue is that some students make a mess in kitchen after cooking and eating. They don’t value the ethics and mannerisms of a shared kitchen. Otherwise everything else is just fine...

Updated, Quiet and Comfortable This hotel has been updated and was very clean. It is in a very clean and safe place in the city with parking available. The staff was wonderful, the check in staff went over and above to make sure my stay was good. The morning breakfast was well stocked with many options. On my next trip I will happily stay here.
