Great location and amazing gardens to relax in. The bar has an amazing selection and great views over Lago Maggiore, the restaurant serves high dining also with view of garden and lake. We had a week at this beautiful hotel from 9th to 16th June. It was part of a 40th wedding anniversary. We were given room 310, a deluxe suite, which was lovely and spacious with two balconies overlooking the lake. The hotel was not maintained very well. The floor in our room was extremely worn as you walk into the room, and the faucet was leaking.  The leak was repaired with electrical tape, but still sprayed you in the face when the water was turned on full.

We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.

Business in Novara On business I need a nice room, good wi-fi, easy parking, breakfast and attentive staff. The Bussola provides all these. It was great! We stayed only for one nighr but it was very easy to get there, they have private parking so we didn’t have to go around looking for it. This hotel is located in Lingotto, a once industrial sector of the city. There are plaques that tell the history of the buildings and area. The metro is inexpensive clean and safe joyous can easily get to the tourist sector. The train is not as easy even though you can see the Lingotto train station from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is a block away from the town center it was very quiet but easy to walk everywhere. I was disappointed the restaurant and terrace weren’t open, but that’s just a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay again. And having parking was very helpful.

This hotel is very much into cost cutting and skimping. The hotel has good potential but in the end gives as little as it can. My dad nearly fell in the shower as they didnt have anti slip mats, which are generally standard in a 4 star hotel. There were no tea making facilities. Not as great as in the pictures but I'm assuming this is a typical room in a small town such as this. The lighting could be better but overall still okay. Unfortunate I did not manage to go to their restaurant as it was closed on that day.

The room is clean. It is recommended by locals. It is very good. It is also convenient to go to the Plaza Pedestrian Street when going out.

Among many options I found this hotel offered value for money. Stayed for overnight and found rooms were very cosy and comfortable. There is nothing one can worry about. Break fast was typically Italian and it was best. Very courteous staff and very friendly. I would rate this place the best and affordable price.

A fascinating hotel in the former Fiat factory. Very nice renovation, helpful staff, free parking, good breakfast. A little way outside of town but the subway stop is nearby. You can visit the former Ftuat test track on the roof at a discounted rate.

It felt similar to a 100-yuan hotel in China. The window opened to a residential complex, which made it feel exactly like being back home. There's a great pizza place just a short walk away, and the breakfast was quite good too.

The room was very comfortable with free water and coffee provided. It was quiet and spacious. The breakfast was delicious especially the pancakes. We didn't book internal parking in time but there was more than enough space to park in front of the hotel.

The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. Lakeside garden was very restful and the swimming pool was clean and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's jetty for the boat services on the lake was very convenient.

Everything you get is in the name… the rooms are super basic, the fact you leave your room key at the front desk is beyond me. There is ZERO security as you come back say your room number and with no identification they hand you the key.
