Excellent location, just 3 minutes from Alba. You can leave your car right in front of your room. Excellent, generous breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms.

It's a bit cold; the air conditioner isn't working very well. Everything else is fine.

The experience was excellent, with a delicious breakfast! The service was superb; my friend lost his bank card in the bicycle parking area, and a staff member found it and brought it to our room! We were very grateful. The hotel room was clean and quiet. Excellent value for money!

The location and the staff war very nice, unfortunately the room was quite empty, not that cosy and a bit old. The bed was very uncomfortable, it felt like two mattresses pushed together with a ravine in the middle. After the first few nights my back and neck was killing me.

I was there for business, hotel is just front of the river. I choose it for the location but Construction and rooms are behind of expectation. BQH is expensive against its conditions. Also they were selling bottle of water in the room.

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.

We spent two wonderful days again at this hotel. It has a unique location and the atmosphere. Rooms with a lake view guarantee a stunning sight. Verbani is a much quieter and cozier town compared to Stresa. Federico provided us with a personalized approach. You’d be very fortunate to visit this hotel someday.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Have a nice bar that you can also access from outside. Beautiful beach and pool area. It is about a 12 minute walk to the ferry. And sometimes it can be slightly noisy. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again. There is a convenient bus that takes you into Stresa and Arona (the Baveno train station was not operational during our visit).

Key weakness is the quality of the food at dinner. The buffet style offering was inconsistent: eg. a tasteless salmon dish but some reasonable pasta dishes for prima plate. Deserts were really good and with a range of options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Boot room far too crowded each morning but did offer lockers. Ski in ski out OK.

I can’t praise this hotel enough. Rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and had so much choice! The rooms that we got were very spacious and clean, after a long travel by train we had a nice rest in this hotel, that receptionist are are friendly and helped us storing our baggage and ordering us taxis. It is close to the Train station so it is very convenient, also one of the stops from the Sightseeing tour is in the corner, so you can hop off after your tour.

A traditional old prestige hotel. It looks old but clean. Good location in city centre. Walking distance to most of the sightseeing place. Next to bus, metro and train station. But it needs to improve the quality of the breakfast supply.
