Wow! What a beautiful hotel and a gorgeous holiday❤️ me and my family had the best time here! The food was absolutely to die for, staff were lovely and the rooms were stunning! I have a very severe nut allergy and before every meal the restraunt manager and chef showed me everything I could eat before everyone came into the restaurant they were so lovely and I’d go back in a heartbeat Sauze itself...
Old hotel but ok, terrible spa- old and not cosy at all
Arrival shambolic with no check-in until 3pm despite arrival in resort at 12. Ski hire not available until 3pm either so other than eat lunch, not much to do. Reception / bar area of hotel rather tired, lifts very tempremental. Rooms a good size but bathroom looking tired and poorly touched up. School groups noisy, and the open plan nature of the hotel allows sound to echo. Dinner plentiful but annoying...
I want to say this is an amazing hotel but I’m not going to. Our trip was great and there was nothing bad about the hotel, but there are a couple of areas to highlight for travellers that we were caught out on. The hotel has received a revamp to the exterior; the interior needs an update and modernisation. I’m informed the new group in ownership plan to do so. The rooms and bathrooms are in need of...
Different from thevordinary An amazing concept which was clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Would recommend even if not intending to ski (we were passing through en route home from Greece)
Good Location and great as a base for skiing. About a 10 minutes walk to the Clotes lift or get the bus right outside up to the Sportina lift. The better restaurants and bars are a 5 minute walk away. Good Breakfast with plenty of hot/cold options. Did not try the evening food, but heard it was good. Reasonably priced bar with friendly staff.

They were the extremely accommodating and friendly answering all our questions and really making us feel at home free breakfast and diner, the chef would make sure we were satisfied, amazing views of the mountains and kitchenettes in the room made this place feel too good to be true a short walk to the lift really nothing but great things to say about thus place, would visit again!!

Super comfortable beds, great breakfast with coffee Italian style! No self service machine…. Just ask and they make you whatever you like! Private beach and very good service, I’ll be back.
This place is a real gem. The pool/lake area with the view is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and helpful and does everything they can to make guests feel at home. The breakfast is exceptional! We asked for a vegan breakfast and got a tailor-made vegan breakfast every day with changing treats. The “normal” buffet also had a changing selection of delicacies, cheese and cakes and the best: freshly...
This was our first stop of our 10-day Italian road trip. The whole family was very impressed by the amazing location right on the lake. Lake-view rooms are fantastic. The hotel is very comfortable, breakfast is generous, personel is very friendly. Location is also very good to plan a day-trip to the Borromean Islands. Several dining options within walking distance. A great place to be around Lago Maggiore
Great hotel with spacious rooms and baths. The staff is outstanding! They made us a to-go breakfast as we had to leave for an early morning flight before breakfast opened. The bar had a good selection of reasonably priced drinks and the outside space has expansive picturesque views of the lake.
We stayed 5 nights. Room and bathroom (front side) are clean but to our opinion need to be fully refurbished. The bath is even dangerous due to the shape and slippery. Balcony is too small and narrow to be used. Pool and beach facilities really fine. Breakfast is good and all staff are very friendly. 2 old cleaning ladies are extremely friendly and do their job really well. Overall we enjoyed but...
Great view, nice balconies. The pool is too small to swim but nice to sit if it's hot. Open library was great and breakfast very enjoyable. (Laundry was too expensive tough)

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. The view out the dormer window over the Piazza is quite special. If you're lucky you can catch some exquisite music being played by some up and coming talent.
Great location - super clean, modern, quiet and comfortable - with the wonderful owner Tiziana on hand for all our needs!
My stay at this accommodation in Turin was a truly great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location, nestled in the heart of Turin, was perfect, allowing easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. I highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality and prime location.
The hotel is very conveniently located on Piazza San Carlo, yet the rooms are completely isolated from the noise on the streets. The room was very spacious, modern, impeccably spotless. most importantly, the hostess Elena was very nice and friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. I strongly recommend this place! Grazie mille per tutto!
Excellent location. Spacious and clean room. Our host Elena was warm, friendly, gave excellent recommendations and super helpful. Will stay here again if we ever return to Torino.
Great place. Super location. Excellent, friendly and helpful team. Thank you so much. One wish - the light above the mirror in the bathroom!

this the best hotel in torino if u want to travel offers everything u want no need to pay double the price for any other hotels
This hotel is a little run down but it's a budget option so what can you expect? Would have liked a couple more savory options at breakfast but overall we had a nice time here and found some good restaurants nearby.
The room was fine for what we needed, a one night stay for transit. The staff were all friendly and a nice breakfast bar was included. A little noisy from the bar downstairs.
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ferrucci, especially thanks to the outstanding service at the reception. The lady (Sarah) at the front desk was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and efficient, provided helpful information, and ensured that I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her warm and positive attitude truly made a difference...
The staff is very kind and helpful, a piece of memory-able for us while traveling in europe.

Fresh breakfast, great choices
T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not.
Great hosting. The receptionists one by one were there every time I needed something and they helped always with a smile. The room was super comfi and the breakfast good. Thank you
Nice and clean, personnel discreet and friendly. Excellent restaurant where you have top quality and good value for your money (for Denmark standards). Breakfast is a must , excellent quality for all tastes including vegan, biological products etc.. Very pleasant stay.
Good hotel with convenient position for lingotto / hospital areas.
very clean and close to transport. half hour walk from the CDB. 2 mins to metro stop. right by the hospital. a little noisy in the mornings and evening because of the traffic. breakfast is included and quite good...but very italian...pastries and coffee. some cereal, meat/cheese and toast stuff too.

Room and bathroom need a little tlc, but thats just being a little picky but everything else was excellent. I would stay here again.
Never book anything on *******. I spent $6000 on my trip and one activity I was denied entrance because ******* never sent a voucher. ******* refuses to refund my $59 even though they never gave me a voucher.
Perfect location across from the lake. Lots of restaurants, and lively atmosphere. Breakfast was incredible. Loved my stay.
Excellent location, friendly staff and amazing value for the stay.

excellent location in a beautiful town with an attentive staff.
This is a nice property that is perfectly situated in Orta San Giulio. They have parking that easy to access and the rooms were nice and very clean. We ate dinner the restaurant there and if we had to do again we would have gotten something in town. Not that it's bad, the service is good however it's a bit pricey for what you get. Overall this is a solid choice that we would be happy to return to.

A nice hotel at the end of the medieval town of Sauze. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room size was ok for the 2 of us, but the storage is very limited, a couple of shelves and a small hanging space so make sure you bring extra coat hangers to put your clothes on, as there isn’t enough space on the shelves. We have just arrived back from this beautiful hotel. It is located at the bottom of a hill from Sauze d’Olux town. The walk into town is about 5/10 mins. H In my opinion, the hotel is located in the nicer part of Sauze’s old town. There are several small eateries nearby, plus a wine bar that became our favourite, its name sounded like a school, which still makes us smile. With the hotel minibus, the location is spot on. At the time we stayed, the hotel was mostly British guests and had a really friendly atmosphere. The staff were amazing: always helpful...
A superb hotel, perfect for our family Ski holiday. Super helpful, friendly staff, and great food. Immaculately clean refurbished rooms (ours was a bit small and no balcony), but had amazing views over the valley. Good frequent minibus shuttle up to the lifts. very good service, very friendly staff and perfect breakfast
Very Nice familial hotel at Turin… Team, Tatiana at the reception and service for the breakfast are wonderfull. Thank you for the moment…
Some of the aspects of the room were perhaps eccentric - the bubble of a bathroom set within the room, the absence of a bedside table. But a fabulous painted ceiling and interesting furniture. And the homemade chocolate cake served at breakfast was the finest I have ever had.
Excellent hotel. Convenient for everywhere. Quiet and in an interesting residential area. A splendid house which was the house of an artist - Carlo Stratti. I had a lovely big quiet room with a bathroom. Very good shower. Good sized bath towels. The door had a real key not a card. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Warmly recommended.
Beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are lovely, room 205 does not get the WiFi and is also above the breakfast area so you can hear everything when breakfast is ready.
Walking into the Hotel Dei Pittori from the summer heat of Turin is a wonderful experience: cool and comfortable surroundings; art nouveau decor, fittings and furnishings; welcoming staff. We loved the unique arrangement of the room, full of vintage charm and modern comforts. Most of all we appreciated the staff, especially our receptionist who was very kind and helpful.

Cosy rooms, beautiful place, and a very friendly welcoming host. A perfect place to relax and recharge. Try out the cold plunge -- if you dare. Also, ask the host for recommendation for local wine tasting places nearby.
A wonderful oasis of calm where you are warmly welcomed by the host. Everything as it should be and couldn't ask for more.
Quiet and posh location. The hosts were very helpful and communicative.
Matteo was a host extrardinar. Our visit was planned last minute and still he organized a visit to a Monferrato vineyard and made a reservation at a truly spectacular restaurant. His farm home is historic and yet so artistically curated and comfortable. An unplanned visit on our last night in Italy turned into our favorite part of out trip. Grazie La Fornace! stanze piccole ma confortevoli. letto comodo e locazione perfetta per chi si vuole muovere facilmente e velocemente nelle Langhe
Excellent rooms, extremely comfy, clean, amazing pillows. The cheapest best quality for the area.
Parking in front of the entrance is good. Regarding the rooms: 5 working outlets, new furnishings. However, on the second day, they took away my soap and another day, my linens... Wi-Fi is relatively slow. No elevator to the rooms on the second floor.
New and clean environment, but extremely unfriendly welcome. Expensive for the services offered. Be careful to specify the costs clearly to avoid surprises like we did.
The room was clean, nothing to complain about, but you can't have central heating. To heat the room, we had to turn on the bathroom heater and keep the bathroom door open. Honestly, it's not a pleasant solution. Another drawback: there's no elevator, and we were on the second floor. Unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience.
New and well-maintained hotel. Excellent location for exploring the Langhe. Bathrooms are a bit small and don't have a bidet. Ample on-site parking.

I wanted to save some money by not staying directly lakefront, and this hotel was quiet, clean, no frills and perfect. The hotel room was large with loads of space for storage and plenty...
We were a group of 8 and had a fantastic time cycling around Stresa. Partucularly, I recommend Lake Orta, a fabulous place. The hotel’s own e-bike rental was incredibly convenient, and the bikes were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, organizing a memorable dinner on Isola Bella and arranging a private boat tour on Lago Maggiore. The hotel itself is charming...
The bedrooms were supposed to be refurbished but ours was not. The material round the bed was ripped all the way round and the terrace overlooked a load of rubbish. The food was reasonable, dinner had a good buffet, 4 choices of starter and main course plus pudding. Breakfast was a continental buffet and was okay.
The location is good, close to the train station and ferry terminal, and the staff are friendly. However, the rooms are average. The first room's door wouldn't close, the second room's safe didn't work, and there wasn't even a bar of soap in the bathroom. There wasn't any shelf in the shower for shower gel or other items. The breakfast was okay, with plenty of options.
The hotel is in the center of Stresa, but not in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), making it easily accessible by car. Parking is a painstaking task in the nearby streets, but they do have a private garage for a fee. The apartment we were assigned was very clean, cozy, and spacious. It had a kitchenette. All was great, especially the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Only minor problem was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. We would stay there again.
Value hotel close to centre of Stresa Central Hotel near lake, station and town. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean but basic rooms. Would benefit from fridge/safe.
The staff was friendly and the new rooms were spacious. The only odd thing was the window between the room and the bathroom—it lets natural light in, but it also gives a view of the toilet.
I booked the hotel for weekend, nice location near to shops and beach ⛱️. The bigest issue is about the blanket. It seems they are not washed properly since when I used it my body was covered with bed bugs bites. The shower room is extra small. In one occasion the room service forgot to close the room door after entering.
Lovely hotel, definitely more to it than the limited info our travel operator gave to us. Breakfast good standard, helpful staff
Near to the lake and the town centre building site across the road, shower alternated between freezing of scalding rapidly so no such thing as a comfortable shower. Breakfast is very limited in selection and availability depending on what time you arrive, lukewarm warm coffee and “hot” water to make lukewarm tea. Saving grace is the staff are friendly, polite and helpful
